エレベーターが2機だったので乗るのに時間がかかりました。それ以外の設備、スタッフの対応は良かったです。暑い時期でしたので、本来入室時にカードを挿入しないと電気設備が作動しないのですが、あらかじめカードを挿入してくださっていたので、エアコンが効いていて、入室してすぐにもかかわらず室内は快適でした。

駐車場の説明で当ホテルの裏とか言われたけど、解りづらくて市営駐車場に停めたが提携してないので割引出来ませんと言われた。最初から提携している駐車場の名前教えてくれれば良かったかなと思います。施設とかは静かで清潔で申し分ないです。

Lots of food options around. About 2 minutes walk from the nearest tram station. Staff is friendly, coin laundry available at a very cheap rate (¥300 for washing ¥100 for tumble dryer). Can't ask for more as I've only paid £32.60 for it via Expedia.

A nice hotel, and good breakfast options with traditional Japanese options and western options for overseas guests. The hotels location was very good, located in the heart of Hiroshima and a few minutes walk from peace memorial park. My only criticism of the hotel was the bed throw was dirty, and the carpets were also quite dirty which was a shame, as the facilities and everything else at the hotel were perfect.

Staff, service and breakfast were all excellent. Breakfast in particular was fantastic, work a very wide selection of both Asian and Western dishes. Great location too. The room wasn't huge but a decent size for the price. It did unfortunately smell strongly of cigarettes, despite it being a non smoking room.

All around excellent stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view. The staff were kind and always willing to help. Had vouchers to the breakfast buffet and enjoyed the options that were provided. Would highly recommend!!

Check in was straightforward and made easy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideal situated right in the heart of downtown with the okonomiyaki village just a street away. There is a streetcar stop just a short walk away, which makes this hotel perfect for exploring this lively city.

Friendly Check in. Could also get my room about 30min earlyer than check in time. Free Tea/Coffee at the reception. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom very nice. Breakfast wasn't used. So can't tell anything. Location was very good near shopping and entertainment. Also walk to Hiroshima Peace park in about 15min. Check out within seconds. I would stay there again. 😊

This hotel was conveniently located- close to the shopping street, close to a station, and walkable to the memorial sight. The hotel was clean and easy to access. It was quite busy when we arrived on a Friday, so we had to take a number and wait a little bit to check in, which might not be entirely ideal if people expect a quick check-in so they can get out and sight see quickly. Check out was quick and easy.

Great hotel in Hatchobori. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Great coffee shop opposite called Progress. Okonomiakimura is just around the corner as is a huge Don Quiqote, as well as Parco. The Peace park and monuments are only a 15min walk away. The hotel is easily reached via Hiroshima’s excellent tram/street-car system. Every street-car goes there and it only takes about 15 mins. Rather than leave amenities in your room, the hotel operates an amenities bar found in the reception. This includes lovely Flavell masks, tooth brush, razors, etc. Can’t speak to the breakfast as we didn’t have it. But there are lots of other options around, including a Family Mart opposite and a 7/11 just around the corner

The room is huge compared to other hotels, very accessible to shopping, don quiote us jus beside the hotel, nex block is okonomimura.u can leave ur liggage n check out early n stroll the area plus its a walking distance to the hiroshima atomic dome.

位置絕佳、出門右邊是堂吉訶德、左邊是parco,後面就是本通商店街，必逛的商店這裡都有。，附近有好幾家便利商店、走路到廣島SOGO也不遠下次來廣島還是會選擇這裏。比較不方便的是飯店停車場入口比較不好找

早餐種類很多，非常豐富，吃的到在地料理，房間寬敞舒適，淋浴區與廁所是分開的，這點我覺得規劃的非常好，櫃檯人員服務態度非常好，可以適時的給我需要的資訊與幫助，非常貼心與友善，我一定會再次選擇這家飯店，做為我廣島旅遊的選擇！

Good hotel centrally located. Rooms look a bit old but the size is good enough. Breakfast has very few continental options so I wouldn’t recommend if you aren’t japanese.

Staff, service and breakfast were all excellent. Breakfast in particular was fantastic, work a very wide selection of both Asian and Western dishes. Great location too. The room wasn't huge but a decent size for the price. It did unfortunately smell strongly of cigarettes, despite it being a non smoking room.

朝食ビュッフェが種類も豊富で美味しかったのとビュッフェの食材やそれをとるトングもキチンとしていて気持ちよく食事ができました。部屋のバスとトイレもユニットバスではなかったのでゆっくりお風呂も入れて良かったですパーキングとホテルがすぐ行けるように作られているのが助かりました。

Centrally located near Parco mall, shopping streets. However, this hotel is used mostly by tour groups. I was staying as an individual (2 adults, 1 child) and was denied breakfast because it was reserved for a large tour group. There is little else open early for breakfast, so we had conbini instead, which was an inconvenience for us.

Dubbelrummet var litet och frukosten ok. Inget hotel som jag kommer välja om jag reser igen till Hiroshima utan det är värt att betala mer för ett bättre rum.

La relación precio calidad del hotel es muy buena, no le falta nada, cuenta con todo lo necesario y más para lo que se pagó comparado con otros hoteles que utilizamos en nuestro viaje a Japón, incluimos el desayuno que tuvo más opciones que otros más caros, si bien la habitación es pequeña fue suficiente. Lo que si cambiaría son las alfombras de los pasillos que se ven viejas (o faltaba luz, no supe si era una u otra cosa pero esa aperiencia daba). Llegamos más temprano que la hora del check in y tienen un servicio para dejar el equipaje con llave muy práctico. Está muy bien ubicado justo a una cuadra del área comercial con muchas opciones para comer o cenar y caminando a 10 minutos del parque de la paz.

Clean and practical room. The location of the hotel was nice, with many food options on the same street that open late. It is nice that they have bag storage area in the lobby that you can store your bags before or after check-in/checkout. There are washers and dryers available close to the lobby area that is coin operated. There is coffee machine in the lobby, and they seem to provide lemonade in the afternoons right by the coffee machine. The location was convenient, we took a bus from Hiroshima station, and the bus drops us off only a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Very easy walk to Hondori area with more shops and food options. Only about a 15-18 minute walk to at the atomic bomb dome/peace memorial Museum if you wish to visit during your stay. We did not purchase the breakfast option from the hotel so we cannot comment on that.
