Hotel was very dated except for the lobby. Door deadbolt did not work. Noises travelled at all hours of the night. Air conditioning not accurate and weak.

No breakfast on the check- out Monday morning & no breakfast staff nor any note to be found!! There was just nobody working!! I had stayed @ so many hotels that supposed to include breakfast over the years, this was the first time that no breakfast was served! Tried checking out on that same Mon morning around 8am-ish for a front desk staff & waited for a long long time( at least 30 mins), even asking in a loud voice if anyone was working but no-one answered! I couldn't wait any longer. So, I left a note at the front desk to have them email me the receipt since this hotel directly charged my stay. Yet, didn't receive any email either. Had the feeling that this hotel is a franchise, felt like amenities were in general not being maintained well. Felt like the owner was trying to cut corner or simply gave up. Will not stay again.

This was a very rough property and not what I've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. The campus felt disheveled and the hotel itself felt disheveled. The AC either wasn't working or wasn't on in the main lobby and the hallways. The surfaces of the room didn't seem that clean.

Room had been restocked and wiped down when we arrived. However, the carpet and curtains were noticeably stained and shower and sink had mildew on grout. Shower pan also nearly overfilled when shower was used. (Water filled up corners of the pan instead of going to the drain in the middle.) Bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. This hotel was very noisy at all hours and hallway noise interrupted our sleep several times over the 2 night stay. Overall just a bad experience and wouldn’t recommend.

I booked the accessible room by accident. That would be fine except the condition of the area the room was in and the room itself. The accessible room was tucked in a first floor hallway behind the checkin desk, but the hallway smelled like vomit. The room was fairly clean but the carpet was stained in many places. The carpet was wet by the bathroom which we didn't know why until later. There were coffee supplies but no coffee maker. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was not secured to the wall and kept sliding around. We had a lot of packing to do, and finally tried to go to bed around 10 pm. But then we noticed that the odd hole in the ceiling was a hole for a reason. A steady dripping of water started coming out of the hole onto the carpet where we had noticed it was wet. So at 11 pm we asked for a new room. The new room looked like rooms I had stayed in the previous two years when we had stayed there. But the faucet on the sink was not property set and moved around a lot. I am extremely disappointed because of the issues we encountered byt even more because the accessible room was horrible. You should be ashamed that your accessible rooms are not standard rooms with the appropriate modifications. People needing accessibility should not ne hidden in the worst rooms you have. In addition, the quality of the hotel this year was not good compared to previous years I have stayed at this property. I hope you use these comments to make improvements.
