This hotel couldn't be more centrally located! It's literally 20 steps from the Plaza Mayor on a lovely tranquil plaza of its own. The rooms are ample and comfy. It has everything you need to make a meal, and sleeps four. If you need to park your car, do call to ask the reception how to access the garage they use.

Location: Excellent Staff: Very nice Room: somewhat small but equipped with everything you need. Breakfast: Good but out of all the days that we were there, there was no one there. Beverages such as coffee or orange juice are served. So with no staff there there is no way that one can get their morning coffee. The lady would later come up and serve us. Not practical There is a place on the rooftop that is SUPER nice, quiet, and spacious for those who need to do some work. The hotel has an elevator. However, you need to walk and carry your suitcase up to the entrance of the hotel. OVERALL still very good.

Ottima esperienza. Siamo stati accolti con cortesia e professionalità. Il locale è molto bello, pulito e confortevole. C'è una saletta all'ultimo piano dove rilassarsi. Il riscaldamento a pavimento è un'ottima soluzione e rende le stanze davvero calde e piacevoli. L'angolo cottura è funzionale e c'è tutto l'occorrente. Si trova a due passi da Plaza Major e c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare in un parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento (€15.00 per 24h) che si trova vicinissimo allo stabile. Consigliatissimo.

Situación inmejorable. No tiene parking pero muy cerca hay uno concertado. El hotel parece muy nuevo con poco uso. Muy limpio y comodo en general. La cama de 1,40 podría ser más amplia, y los interruptores de las persianas fallan, así como que no bajan del todo. La atención de 10 y el desayuno aunque justo muy bueno y personalizado. El café es bueno de maquina y la chica te lo hace en el momento al igual que el zumo de naranja recién exprimido.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkunden. Die Suite war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher usw.). Das Hotel verfügt über eine schöne kleine Dachterrasse. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und authentisch spanisch. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. The hotel far exceeded our expectations. It’s situated right in the centre and, although it was festival weekend, we didn’t hear any noise in our room. The rooms are very modern & very clean & spacious. The receptionist who we dealt with was Rosa, who was very friendly & helpful. I would high recommend these studio apartments & will definitely book them again when we return.

The hotel in general is good, but the air conditioning system DOES NOT EXIST, it is a non-standard air conditioning system, which means that there is heat in the room and you have to sleep with the windows open and in our case we were on the floor Low, I would not return nor recommend this hotel

Quarto ótimo, com armários, escrivaninha, mesa com duas cadeiras, cozinha com utensílios, cafeteira, microondas, pia e fogão elétrico. Banheiro espaçoso com armários e ótimo chuveiro. Café da manhã com variedades de frutas, frios, queijos, pães, e outros alimentos muito bem servido. Recomendo esse hotel, voltando a Salamanca ficaremos nele novamente.

The property is in a gorgeous little plaza lined with bars and restaurant/cafes. It is walkable to just about everywhere. The rooms themselves are on the small side which is not overly comfortable for us, but others may be ok with it. Everything is in your room, we just found it cramped, the biggest part of the apartment is the bathroom. Good electric shutters on the outside door. Salamanca is a lovely place.

Great location! Great room with a comfortable bed and a nice kitchen space. The only thing is that there is not a real AC in place, they will tell you that they have a system that's eco friendly but the reality is, that the room doesn't have a proper AC. On a positive, it has a great ceiling fan that keeps the air moving, and when I visited I was in luck that the weather in Salamanca at night was around 72F, so we opened the window and it was nice to sleep.

Location: Excellent. Walkable to all the key sights. Great restaurants right at the doorsteps and short walks in the area. Room: Room 205 Comfortable bed, night tables, writing desk with chair, plus two barstools with a high desk (a couple can eat a meal here). This room faced the front of the hotel with a lovely balcony and view of the small tree lined courtyard. The electronic shades in the balcony were lovely for darkness and privacy. The TV had at least one English Channel BBC News - so this was sufficient to keep up with world news. The kitchenette was fantastic - cups, plates, glasses, cutlery, kitchen knife, can opener, a fry pan, cooking pot, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, decent size fridge with freezer, sink, dish soap and sponge, two burner electric cooktop we’re all included. Bathroom was large, large plush towels, great back lighted mirror, large rain shower head with good water pressure but the controls for the hot/cold water were NOT user friendly and hard to turn. Lobby was pleasant looking and welcoming but there are about one dozen steps to climb to get up to the reception for check in. Once up at reception then there is an elevator to take you up to your room. Both the ladies Asuncion and Rosa always had a smile on their faces, always greeted every hotel guest, and were helpful in every way. In summary, this was a great hotel and we loved our stay here. We would recommend it to others. Thank you from Toronto, Canada

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Pode-se fazer tudo a pé, com curta caminhada. Restaurantes e pontos turísticos tudo perto. Os funcionários são super atenciosos e gentis. Cheguei por volta das 23h, a recepção estava fechada mas me mandaram instruções para um self check in. Tem uma pequena cozinha muito bem montada que permite até mesmo fazer pequenas refeições. Se voltar a Salamanca, com certeza fico de novo. Super recomendo.

Friendly staff and nice property, high end touches in the apartment. There was a leak from the ceiling which woke us up early morning. We had to wait 15 minutes to have breakfast as the room was full.

This ultramodern renovation is perhaps not what you'd expect to find in the old city in a centuries old place like Salamanca, but the updates are very well done and it really fits into the block pretty well. The location is terrific, a great place to explore the Plaza Mayor, the university, the cathedral, and all the other historic sites we all go there to see. Everything is easily walkable. The staff were friendly and efficient. An excellent value.

The location was excellent. We were a block from Plaza Mayor and had many options for dining and places to see. The only negative was the A/C. The A/C could not be lowered, consequently would not turn on and we had to open the windows. Since the windows were open there was some noise. Other than this, everything else was excellent.
