Hotel Eden

El desayuno fue muy limitado y ademas quedaban vacias las charolas de alimentos por.mucho tiempo. Yo reserve dos suits y no correspondian a las fotos que se mostraban en la pagina de expedia.por todo lo demas se puede considerar aceptable.

Un poco solo entre el hotel y el puente aún que puedo de ir que es una gran opción dentro de Mostar

I walked from the bus station all the way up hill to the hotel. Arrived 50 minutes before check-in time, and asked if there was a possibility to already go to the room. Frontdesk person didn't even bother to ask if the room was ready - she just said flat out no. I also asked about an airport transfer, she said that she would get back to me, and never did. On the second day I asked if it was possible to change 50 Euro to local money, the hotel does it normally, but because it was a Sunday - she said she couldn't. Finally on the last day, there was no hot water. I informed the front desk, she did nothing. After breakfast, when I informed her again, one of the kitchen staff confirmed this. Only then did she call people to check on it. Hospitality is not something front desk staff is trained in.
