The property's appeal continues outdoors with a spacious garden featuring olive trees, flower beds, and a beautiful saltwater pool with a panoramic terrace, perfect for enjoying the tranquil atmosphere and breathtaking views. A covered outdoor area is equipped with a large wooden table and benches, a barbecue, and a pizza oven. The pool is open from early May to late October, with dates subject to weather conditions. Heating, use of the shared washing machine, additional changes of towels and bed linen, extra beds, and pets (maximum 1) are available for an extra fee.The flat, with its own porched entrance, equipped with outdoor furniture, is located on the first floor and is internally divided into two levels. It offers a loggia with a marvellous view of 'Le Balze', which is furnished with a small table and chairs. It offers A/C in some areas. The pool (saltwater pool) is open from early May to late October. Opening periods may change depending on weather. Shared laundry area (available at an additional cost).
