Overall location was great. Could easily walk to Main Street, dinner options, & shopping. Covered parking was not an option due to narrow access. Side mirrors of our vehicle would definitely have gotten scrapped if we tried to used covered parking. It took us a few days to figure out that we needed to remove the electric floor heater nob from one heater in order to try to control a heater that didn’t have a one.

The main sign was a tad bit tricky when navigating in snowfall; would help for the development sign to be at the turn in to parking like other developments. Just a suggestion.

The location really can't be beat. Two blocks from the base of Peak 9. One block to bus to gondola and base of Peak 8. Two blocks from the park on Main Street. On-site hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to the slopes, there's a hot tub if you don't want to walk to the pool, very close to Main St.

The layout was perfect for two separate parties and access to the pool was easy. This apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator which is something to be aware of for someone with limited mobility. One irritation was a strange lack of glassware and minimal dishware. Otherwise the kitchen was great. The toilet area in the master bedroom looked a bit unfinished, but this was only cosmetic. And, finding a parking space in Breckenridge for a second car was quite a hassle. But, aside from these issues we really enjoyed our stay here.

This is very nice and well appointed condo. The location is a very short walk to town, even with snow. We appreciated the covered parking and amenities that came with this condo (the steam shower was nice). The only complaint we had is the beautiful area rug in the living room would constantly wrinkle and was a trip hazard. We considered rolling it up during our stay so we wouldn’t have to straighten it constantly. I would not let the rug keep you from renting this condo because we would definitely stay here again.

You can't beat this location on 4 oclock road, close to down town and quick walk to the lift on 4 oclock and the bus stops to get to all the bases. We had some challenges with the condo, we were coming in behind a previous renter and the showers were not clean. Additionally the primary bath always smelled of sewage, had to keep the fan on and door closed. There is no heat in either bathroom as it is an older unit and they have put cabinets around the heater. Additionally, the base board heater does not work in the living room because there is furniture over it so they want you to use the gas fireplace. While we were there we had to call them out a couple times because the pilot light would shutoff and not relight. Evidently it was a battery, but even after that it was only good 50% of the time. We just cranked up the baseboards in the kitchen and it did an ok job of keeping it warm along with the space heaters they dropped off. Assuming it is clean and everything works as it should we would consider renting the unit again as we come out there a couple times a year.

The property is in a great location and everything about the property is great except a few little details. The ceiling fans haven’t been cleaned in a while and in the bathroom with the washer and dryer there is a musty smell somewhere in that bathroom. I would stay there again because of location and floor plan of the unit. The property manager responded to issues in a very timely manner.

It spays a mist. We all used the guest shower. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced, it has large dark stains all throughout the unit, very nasty. The dishwasher- top rack broken and soap dispenser broken- note says to put cleaning tablet in the silverware basket. Not sure if this technique cleans the dishes properly. The living room furniture needs updating. All couch cushions are deflated and not comfortable. Arms of the furniture are very dirty and worn, especially the accent chair. On a positive note, the beds slept great and linens were nice.

Upon checkin it was communicated that the washing machine was broken. The alternative was to take my laundry to another unit in another building. During our stay we noticed several outlets broken, the fireplace was inconsistently working, broken towel rack in the kitchen, and the back door would not lock. I would not recommend this condo for any family with small children. My son was also shocked by one of the outlets (didn’t look broken) when he was plugging his phone in.

Comfortable condo. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, boutiques. The only issue we had was the refrigerator was not working properly. It was not getting cold and freezer did not freeze ice cubes.

Very dated rental. Not clean. Living room furniture very uncomfortable. Washer not working properly they did try to fix but probably needs replacement. Bedding on the beds were old . . Would not stay here again. Location was the only positive thing about this place.

Myself and three friends stayed at this condo for weekend ski trip. The place was perfect. Nice large living space, kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms with two beds in each room. Each bedroom had its own bath and shower. It was perfect for our group. Location was also great! Two blocks from snowflake lift. Or you can catch the ski bus to the lift in two different places right in front of condo. Ski rental right across the street. Main Street just short 1/4 mile walk away. Very very convenient.

It was just as expected with 2 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom and separate beds for all that were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and even small toiletries like a hotel. I will say that the sound insulation between the floors is not great and we could hear the people above us walking around - only an issue if you go to bed early or want to sleep late. There was plenty of space to spread out and store all our gear, as well as to warm/dry gloves, hats and boots by the fireplace. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils and large/small appliances- there was also dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and many basic dry condiments in the pantry (like salt, pepper, spices). The full washer/dryer was key, although it is in the 2nd bathroom and it would get hot in there while running. The only tub is in the master and is small, but still worked for a soak if you don’t want to go to the hot tub.We used the hot tubs a few times which are not too far from the condo, but do bring a robe. It was easy to catch the free bus at the edge of the parking lot and ski back there at the end of the day. We drove up in a car, but really didn’t need it much except to go to the grocery store. Main Street is just a block away so easy to walk for dinner or to pick up food. We had great communication about the unit - you get a text when it is ready with detailed instructions so you don’t have to go pick up a key. They also followed up to make sure everything is ok. Overall, I highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! Our family of 7 stayed for 6 nights and the home was perfect for us. The view was absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to Main Street, which was especially fun with Oktoberfest happening during our trip. We also had some of the best hiking trails nearby and even spotted a couple moose! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Nice condo. Don’t recommend anyone sleeping on the pull out.

Excellent property. Close to downtown. Relatively easy access to ski resort, however it is a drive or shuttle if you have to get to Peak 8 for lessons. That slight inconvenience is offset by the walkability to downtown. Definitely need a noise machine at night as you could hear the people in the unit upstairs take every step.

The property was in the absolute best location. It was only a 3 minute walk to main street, making it super convenient, especially with young kids. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was exactly as described. Easy to/from the lifts. Close to shops and dining. Literally parked the car and only moved it when we left. We would stay here again.

It is not 100% a ski in place. You will have to walk about a block. But still very close to downtown and to the shuttle to get to the slopes.
