Check-in was a rather less than enjoyable experience. Perhaps it’s a difference in culture, but in hospitality, you are supposed to feel welcomed - I didn’t feel that checking in to this hotel. The breakfast was very delicious. The room was very clean, albeit on the small side.

This was a nice holiday in a good area right beside opera house. However it was 30 degrees when we stayed and there was no AC. We got an upgrade to the adjoining hotel which was much better. Floor needed washed in original room It was v stained

Very helpful staffs and very comfortable bed. Wish every room would’ve an air conditioning. We were not alert of no ac in our reserved room but the manager was very helpful and changed our room. Thank you so much for your effort. Great stay! I would stay there again.

Pluspunten: op loopafstand van oude centrum, het meer is om de hoek, restaurants en winkels/supermarkt in de buurt. Heerlijke douche! Body lotion in de kamer, super handig! De receptie (samen met hotel Opera) is 24 uur open, anders dan op Expedia staat. Minpunten: Kamer was in oppervlakte klein, lastig lopen, vooral met z'n 2-en. Het kussen was zo zacht, dat je net zo goed zonder kon. Let op! Wil je een airco, dan niet in dit hotel verblijven. Er is wel een Dyson ventilator, maar dat is voor 2 personen niet voldoende.

Hotel management went above and beyond to accommodate. Very pleased we stayed here overall and the location is really lovely. The balcony units are great if you can get one of those. Would stay again in the future.

Great things to say about the location, staff, and property but there's one thing that might affect an overall recommendation. It wasn't made clear in any of the welcome emails (6 in all) from the hotel that the city was under a government weather warning the day that I arrived. This lowers my overall rating to a 3 star experience as a visiting guest are not made aware of government announcements regarding extreme weather that may affect your stay.

Great things to say about the location, staff, and property but there's one thing that might affect an overall recommendation. This is a horrible hotel, the rooms are so tiny that if they are 2 persons one has to out of the room so that the other can walk into the bathroom. It is not clean and the bed and pillow are old and not comfortable at all. The shower is joke, it is not a proper shower, the water comes out into the room, it's horrible a nightmare. I recommend not to say here!
