What an absolutely fantastic hotel. Service was phenominal throughout, very attentive to our needs. We had a full tour of the grounds and our room on check in which was a very nice touch. We arrived early on check in day, and were able to leave our bags which had been put into the room by check in. The room was fantastic, nice and spacious with a lovely terrace. We spent a few afternoons by the pool too which was gorgeous, created a little escape from the bustling city below. 100% reccommend and hope to be back in the future.

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Lovely touch on both arrival ( glass of cava) and departure (small gift). Location is good for walking to central areas. Rooms very clean and modern. Only downside is parking which is very tight and there are only half a dozen spaces ( hotel is small probably no more than 15 rooms total so presumably sufficient). We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was all you needed for a 3 day trip. 10 minute walk to main promenade. Staff were very helpful at all times. Delux double room was a good size(room 35), although no terrace which was a disappointment. There was biscuits, cake and fruit upplied everyday which was lovely. We were given a small bottle of wine on our last night to enjoy before heading out. Plung pool at rear was perfect for a quick dip yo cool off. Thanks to all for a lovely stay

Exceptional stay ,Daniel was amazing,from the glass of cava to explaining everything,showing us how things worked,and booking a taxi for the airport on departure. Beautifully kept small hotel, very close to old town . Nice staff. Room we had booked was fine but bed was too small, so we upgraded to a suite with a balcony and direct access to garden, which was excellent value for money. Parking quite restricted but fine with assistance

The hotel was not quite what we imagined as there were no facilities at all apart from tea and coffee making and pastries/biscuits in the room. This was mainly our fault as we hadn’t checked the details properly and didn’t realise there was no bar or breakfast. There is an outdoor pool but it didn’t look inviting. Staff are wonderful and helpful and the location is great so easy walking to the port and restaurants. The room was very clean. We had a sea view but in the distance over rooftops.

When I arrived later than expected, Victoria was so helpful; and the next morning she even helped me with my bags, despite being told that it was OK. Great place; I’d definitely stay again. It was clean, tidy & comfortable.

Our room needed a good, deep clean. The floor was dirty and the windows and light switches were dusty and generally dirty. The floors werent cleaned properly. We only had one towel for 2 people and it had stains on it. You cannot change the temperature of the aircon and it's either boiling hot or too warm. Much improvement needed. The rooms need a clean al fondo

Equipe de recepção muito simpática e prestativa. Chuveiro muito bom, porém o banheiro exala um certo cheiro de esgoto, mesmo sem uso. A climatização só funcionava na calefação e tivemos que desligar e abrir as janelas para refrescar o quarto.

An excellent hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations and providing anything we asked for (bottle openers, beach towels). The rooms are really modern and clean with excellent aircon. The location is also really good to walk around Santander. The pool is also really nice and much deeper than we had thought! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Døren til vores terrasse var i stykker hvilket hotellet oplyste ved indcheckning …..terrassen kunne ikke benyttes . Døren var ikke lukket helt så al trafikstøj fra gaden ,gik direkte ind i værelset . Fik efter forespørgsel ,fik vi tilbudt et andet meget mindre værelse med adgang til terrasse med en MEGET lille dobbeltseng …..hvilket ikke var det vi havde betalt for og var ikke behageligt at sove i

You should absolutely stay here if you are considering this hotel. Daniel and Katia, the two staff members with whom I engaged the most, are so professional and so genuinely kind. (they would even bring me by my name every day!) I stayed for one full week in a room with a beautiful balcony and wonderful amenities. They seem to think of everything that you might need and they go above and beyond in terms of what they provide in the room. They’re also very generous with the coffee and snacks that they provide each day and it wasn’t unusual for me to be asked by the team if I needed anything else. They genuinely wanted to make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location, in a spectacular neighborhood, is absolutely perfect and convenient to everything. Somehow you’re close to everything but it’s still a quiet peaceful street, and you really feel immersed in the real life of the residents. You should absolutely stay here if you are considering this hotel. Daniel and Katia, the two staff members with whom I engaged the most, are so professional and so genuinely kind. (they would even bring me by my name every day!) I stayed for one full week in a room with a beautiful balcony and wonderful amenities. They seem to think of everything that you might need and they go above and beyond in terms of what they provide in the room. They’re also very generous with the coffee and snacks that they provide each day and it wasn’t unusual for me to be asked by the team if I needed anything else. They genuinely wanted to make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location, in a spectacular neighborhood, is absolutely perfect and convenient to everything. Somehow you’re close to everything but it’s still a quiet peaceful street, and you really feel immersed in the real life of the residents. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Lovely touch on both arrival ( glass of cava) and departure (small gift). Location is good for walking to central areas. Rooms very clean and modern. Only downside is parking which is very tight and there are only half a dozen spaces ( hotel is small probably no more than 15 rooms total so presumably sufficient). We would definitely stay there again.

Good location, not far from main harbour front, bus connections and train station. A small hotel so the reception is not manned 24 hrs, but there is an emergency mobile nos to call. We had to use this when our taxi did not turn up for our airport transfer before 8am. Staff were really friendly, complimentary water coffee and cakes were very much appreciated to get us going in the. morning before venturing out for a proper breakfast. Our rooms were on the ground floor, which we did not like very much as they opened out into the reception area. But it was a quiet hotel with minimal noise so not really a big issue. An excellent hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations and providing anything we asked for (bottle openers, beach towels). The rooms are really modern and clean with excellent aircon. The location is also really good to walk around Santander. The pool is also really nice and much deeper than we had thought! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable hotel for a one night's stay. It's a very small hotel without reception past 9pm. Everything was great with the room and I really appreciated the water and snacks available without charge. The only thing I found strange was that they were reluctant to let me in at any point before 3pm, I was waiting in the lobby at 230 and it seemed that only once the clock struck 3 would I be allowed in. I had an activity that afternoon and wasn't able to get in for the first time till 8. If they had better communicated why it was unavailable I would have understood but it seemed to me that they were on a power trip.

I thought it was a very good quiet location. Staff were very freindly and very informative especially daniel! Room had everything you needed loved the daily pastries. The walls were quite thin so could hear a little noise from next door but apart from that was great!

Hotel was all you needed for a 3 day trip. 10 minute walk to main promenade. Staff were very helpful at all times. Delux double room was a good size(room 35), although no terrace which was a disappointment. There was biscuits, cake and fruit upplied everyday which was lovely. We were given a small bottle of wine on our last night to enjoy before heading out. Plung pool at rear was perfect for a quick dip yo cool off. Thanks to all for a lovely stay

Stayed two nights here, a really nice small hotel, very friendly and near city centre. We even got a welcome drink. Our room had a balcony with city view. Will definitely stay again. Very nice and helpful people in the reception too!

Daniel and Victoria are friendly welcoming and informative, rooms have everything you need and very clean. Hotel is walkable to all amenities . A nice touch when you got back to your room there was a cake or pastry waiting for you , would definitely recommend and stay here if in the area

Excelente atencion de todas las chicas del hotel muy especialmente Victoria quien fue muy maja y nos daba datis de visitas y como llegar a algunos sitios. Tambien Daniel con sus reciomendaciones de los mejores restaurantes, fueron geniales y de muy buen gusto con comidas y olatos tipicos de muy buen nivel.

To anyone that is looking for a place to stay in Santander then this is the place for you. From start to finish this hotel offered everything we could need to make it a perfect stay. From entering the hotel and the checking in process, to the recommendations on what to do, where to go and what to eat, to checking out everything was faultless and we feel very looked after during our whole stay. The rooms have everything that you may need to make a very comfortable stay. The rooms have a fridge to store food and drink, a coffee machine with pods provided daily. Complimentary fruit and pastries after each room clean and every small detail looked after. Words can't give the hotel enough credit for the service they provide and how they made us feel during our holiday and made everything so faultless. A huge credit needs to go to all the staff, the front of house staff for making you feel welcome and looked after all the way through, the cleaning staff for doing an amazing job at cleaning the rooms. The hotel was not quite what we imagined as there were no facilities at all apart from tea and coffee making and pastries/biscuits in the room. This was mainly our fault as we hadn’t checked the details properly and didn’t realise there was no bar or breakfast. There is an outdoor pool but it didn’t look inviting. Staff are wonderful and helpful and the location is great so easy walking to the port and restaurants. The room was very clean. We had a sea view but in the distance over rooftops.

Staff were very helpful in telling us about the area or booking a table or telling the (pre-arranged) taxi driver where to find us! Walkable from many good eating places - we liked Sukura and the Pizza place just down the street. Very quiet and nice rooms.
