Wow, what a stunning hotel! I loved the design of the property throughout. The pool area is lovely, the gym is top notch with great variety of the equipment and a few classes to choose from. Spa is small but nice and I had one of the best massages of my life , and I had many ;) I would totally recommend

This property is unreal-- the most gorgeous space with every detail intentional, beautiful and full of depth. The service was exceptional and we were very well taken care of with every need anticipated. The room was exquisite with a beautiful bar, spacious bedroom and living space and modern. Bed incredible. The spa and gym were insane and the rooftop patio and bar offered such incredible views. This is one of the most exceptional hotels and is a must when visiting São Paulo.

The service was exceptional and we were very well taken care of with every need anticipated. The room was exquisite with a beautiful bar, spacious bedroom and living space and modern. Bed incredible. The spa and gym were insane and the rooftop patio and bar offered such incredible views. This is one of the most exceptional hotels and is a must when visiting São Paulo.

We had a great stay at Rosewood after arriving with the night flight from Lisbon. Was lucky to get an early check-in and they also gave a late check out, which was much appreciated. They have lovely restaurants and great breakfast - especially the porridge, egg white omelette, croissants and the cheese bred was amazing. The only downside was a wedding that occupied the roof top so it could not be used for 1 day. That was a bit annoying, but apart from that, great stay. I don't think it's the best location in town (which can be expected for this kind of price), but it's still about 8/10 for location.

Tudo perfeito, hotel realmente é acima dos demais da categoria, no entretanto tem um ponto que tornou a estadia pessoa, chegamos pra usar a piscina de manhã abrimos a porta com a chave, um segurança veio atrás e disse que não poderia usar pois ali seria feito uma gravação. Total desrespeito, reservei pra usar a piscina pois é um dos lugares mais lindos do hotel, não tava avisado em nenhum lugar que nesse dia a piscina seria fechada, total desfeito com o hóspede. Outro ponto o café da manhã, é servido na mesa, e o atendimento é pessoal do café, tem nada a ver com o padrão do atendimento do hotel. A gerente dos restaurantes DANI é o ponto forte do hotel, simpatia além da conta e um atendimento espetacular.

Gorgeous hotel. You will never feel you are in the middle of a huge city, the ambiance is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel gym and spa is to die for if you are person into fitness. I love Rosewood hotels, they are worth every penny.

Hotel luxuoso no coração de SP, próximo da avenida Paulista. Decoração respira arte. Porém, a comida não é boa. Pelo valor que o cliente paga, acha-se que vai viver uma experiência gastronômica incrível e a decepção é na mesma medida. Não recomendo o café da manhã. Não gostei do atendimento do restaurante. Há fila também, o que é um absurdo! Ambas as piscinas do hotel são pequenas. Principalmente a do rooftop. Tirando isso, foi uma boa experiência mas não pretendo voltar.

Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência, pensando em uma hotelaria de alto padrão e tão cara! A começar pela chegada: pelo fato de termos entrado pela entrada lateral, nos fizeram andar sozinhos com as malas por uma garagem com rampas, entrando assim por uma porta nada agradável (ou seja, primeira impressão do hotel já não satisfatória)… uma de nossas malas não foram entregues no quarto, demorando alguns minutos para “acharem”… nosso banheiro alagava em TODO banho, ensopando TODO o chão, sendo necessário colocar várias toalhas no chão para conseguirmos andar em piso seco ( a água chegava a entrar no quarto, onde o piso era de madeira). E mesmo tendo falado a recepção deste problema, nada foi resolvido, ou seja, para não nos indispormos e pedir novo quarto, tomamos banho TODOS OS DIAS com banheiro inteiro alagado! No segundo dia de estadia, não limparam nosso quarto! Ao sair pela manhã, a camareira que estava limpando ao lado do nosso quarto, nos viu sair, e ao voltar as 15h, o quarto não havia sido limpo ainda! Eu iria receber um maquiador as 15h no quarto e por conta disso, liguei para a camareira e pedi urgência. Após 15min da ligação ninguém havia chegado, e ao fazer nova ligação ela me disse que eu precisaria esperar acabarem um quarto, para depois somente virem limpar o meu! Neste dia, nosso quarto foi limpo somente após as 18h Café da manhã de domingo com fila de espera, 30min aproximadamente, com atendimento bastante confuso! Enfim, péssima experiência!

This hotel is very classy! Starting with the check-in. The food is next level and if you chose the "the breakfast as included" ootion, you will not be disappointed. I will have been to 21 countries this year and the small details in the room are first class. One of the first things i do when checking into a room is trying to figure out the light switches. Some hotels drive me crazy. This hotel is the best.They have toggle switches that are very easy to navigate and so convenient. They also have a box full of adapters for your electrical needs. This was also a first. The cleanliness of the room is impeccable and they also offer a turn down service at anytime. Black out drapes and shades are automated with bedside toggle switches. It almost sounds like I am affiliated 😊 but I am not. My experience with luxury hotels is vast, having stayed in 30 to 40 this year alone. The room and amenities are in the top 3 with Okada in Manila and Marina Bay Sands in Singapore probably being #1 All in all my one word description of this hotel is "CLASSY"

Hotel muito luxuoso e completo. Excelente atendimento, inclusive nos restautantes. Ficamos num quarto muito amplo e confortável, porém barulhento em virtude da proximidade do restaurante Taraz. Vale a pena conhecer!

A única experiência realmente péssima que tive em toda a minha vida, marcada por inúmeras falhas. Escolhi este hotel para comemorar meu aniversário e vivi um verdadeiro pesadelo. Funcionários não retiraram toda a minha bagagem do Uber, o que resultou na perda de uma sacola com itens pessoais. Mesmo quando o motorista retornou ao hotel para tentar devolver, não houve qualquer empenho em resolver a situação, obrigando-me a tratar tudo de forma independente. We recently stayed at the Rosewood São Paulo for the second time, and once again, the experience reminded us why we love this hotel so much. Our first stay was absolutely flawless—everything from the room to the service was impeccable. On our second visit, we encountered a few hiccups at the beginning, but what truly impressed us was how the situation was handled. Natalia, the manager, and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was corrected promptly. Not only did she take care of every detail with genuine care and professionalism, but she also made sure that both us and our guests felt incredibly welcomed and valued. Thanks to her, the rest of our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Rosewood São Paulo continues to be our favorite place to stay in the city and one of our favorites in the world. We will definitely be coming back!

Quarto limpo e agradável. Porém o serviço deixa muito a desejar pois trata se de um hotel 5 estrelas . Demora no atendimento do quarto, café da manhã equipe demora demais e você tem que ficar chamando o garçom para te servir o mínimo que é um café. O almoço outra surpresa pedi um peixe no Lê Jardin e o m som veio ressecado, sem tempero e quando reclamei o garçom simplesmente pegou o prato e me ignorou. Totalmente debochado e além de estragar meu almoço não tive nenhuma retratação do restaurante.Hotel bonito porém o atendimento em geral é bem ruim , a única equipe que é prestativa é a da recepção.

We had a great stay at Rosewood after arriving with the night flight from Lisbon. Was lucky to get an early check-in and they also gave a late check out, which was much appreciated. They have lovely restaurants and great breakfast - especially the porridge, egg white omelette, croissants and the cheese bred was amazing. The only downside was a wedding that occupied the roof top so it could not be used for 1 day. That was a bit annoying, but apart from that, great stay. I don't think it's the best location in town (which can be expected for this kind of price), but it's still about 8/10 for location.

Sou hóspede frequente deste hotel desde a sua inauguração e, justamente por isso, sinto-me no dever de registrar esta observação. O café da manhã tem sido o principal ponto de atenção negativa. Hotel luxuoso no coração de SP, próximo da avenida Paulista. Decoração respira arte. Porém, a comida não é boa. Pelo valor que o cliente paga, acha-se que vai viver uma experiência gastronômica incrível e a decepção é na mesma medida. Não recomendo o café da manhã. Não gostei do atendimento do restaurante. Há fila também, o que é um absurdo! Ambas as piscinas do hotel são pequenas. Principalmente a do rooftop. Tirando isso, foi uma boa experiência mas não pretendo voltar.

Longa espera para sentar à mesa do café da manhã. Música alta e vozes altas durante festa de casamento no hotel até além de 1:00 da manhã. O hotel é incrível, a piscina maravilhosa, o cardápio do café da manhã é fantástico. Mas esses dois problemas prejudicaram a experiência durante a estadia.
