Gammalt och slitet hotell en bit från stranden. Trevlig pool och poolområde. Okej utbud i barer förutom baren på stranden som endast serverar läsk och öl. 5 minuters promenad till stranden och hotellets egna solsängar. Maten är över lag bra men kyckling och fläskkött var ofta underkokt vilket alltid fick kontrolleras samt ofta kastas då det var rosa. Personalen i barerna var från Filipinerna och de var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma medan den Bulgariska personalen kunde bli lite bättre. Rummen är slarvigt renoverade för 10-15 år sedan och skulle behöva en ny översyn men fungerar.

Şahane bi aile hoteli merkezi konumda çalışanlar yardımsever güler yüzlü işlerinde çok iyiler özellikle Erkan bey ve Boran beyin yardımseverlikleri muhteşem animasyon ekibindeki Dinko beyin ilgisi alakası samimiyeti takdir edilesi çok teşekkür ederiz bütün tatillerinizi geçirmek isteyeceğiniz kadar güzel temiz yemekleri çocuklu ailelere göre de ekstra düzenlenmiş çok çok teşekkür ederiz

Super clean and excellent food! Location was perfect! Close to beach pubs and shops. Pool lovely. 30 minutes from bourgas airport. A must visit is nessebar aqua paradise water park free shuttle from flower street 20 mins away.

The hotel is very old, and the furniture was broken. The air conditioner was also not working. The food and drinks were not good at all. It makes no sense that this hotel has such high ratings online. We had to check out the next morning because they couldn't repair the air conditioner and didn’t offer to change our room. We couldn’t imagine spending a second night there with our baby. He spent the entire night crying because it was too hot, and opening the windows wasn’t an option since it was very noisy outside. Basically It's a tourism Trap.
