Room smelled musty, room was not well cleaned (dead bugs) and what looked like dried blood on the bathroom door. We have stayed at this property multiple times and this was the worst experience we had. Front desk person at night was very helpful. We couldn’t find the remote to the tv, went to call the front desk from the phone in the room only to find out it wasn’t connected so called on my cell phone. As I was asking for the remote I saw it under the desk against the wall. She asked if we had another one and I said no. She personally came to the room with another remote and got the tv hooked up for us.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays. We stayed for 5 nights and for the first two nights, housekeeping only brought towels and did nothing else. We ran out of toilet paper on the third day and asked to change to another room because of light seeping through the front door. The second room was better but the tub drain was clogged and drained slowly. Again, beds were never made and our room was never serviced. Breakfast was sad with sausages and egg patties every day. Coffee was bad. We mostly ate out for breakfast. There have been many complaints and management is very aware of the problems but has done nothing.
