Veneziano Boutique Hotel

L’hébergement était magnifique! Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Cependant, n’arrivez surtout pas un samedi à 20h. C’était l’horreur. L’heure de pointe, des routes étroites, du monde à pieds partout, des motos qui circulent rapidement de tout les côtés de la voiture, aucun stationnement de libre, sauf les 2-3 stationnements payants presque complets. Pour des touristes, ce fut anxiogène. Une fois la situation gérée, nous avons vraiment adoré l’endroit. C’est très vivant dans le quartier. Vous êtes vraiment au cœur de l’action.

Excellent location in Heraklion, walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as the sea. Would suggest that the hotel put A/C units downstairs in any two floor units.

The staff was terrible. There was nothing in the instructions on where to park. We called the property for advice and the first lot they mentioned didn’t have overnight parking! On the call, they said “if you need anything else, please call us”. The property was bare bones for amenities. Basically nothing. One of the only amenities was a hot water pot. When we got there the base was there but the pot was missing. I needed hot water to take some medicinal tea and called the numbers provided to ask where the pot could be and no response. I messaged them … no response! When I checked out, no apology and any acknowledgement! Rude!!!

Staff was fantastic. Very pleasant vibe. Parking is a huge problem like all properties in this area. But love this area of Herakleion

Great hotel, cute maisonette, amazing location surrounded by so many fabulous restaurants, shops and even the harbour is close (10 min walk max). Many bus stops around to go to Knossos, and beaches. Breakfast was great, staff super nice. Bathroom is small but it serves its purpose :). Would come back without hesitation😍
