Goed hotel, mooie en ruime huisjes met airco in het midden van de jungle. Heel groot zwembadcomplex, al had het water zelf wel iets meer onderhoud nodig want het was niet helemaal zuiver. Ook niet echt verfrissend. De omgeving en jungle setting is helemaal top, er zijn mooie vogels en andere jungle dieren en er kwamen zelfs brulapen tot in de bomen rondom het zwembad. Het restaurant was ook goed waardoor je een hele dag in het resort kan blijven indien gewenst. Vlakbij de mooie ruïnes van Palenque, zeker een aanrader!

El hotel es hermoso, falta sacarle provecho. Una joya desperdiciada en medio de la selva. Las albercas estaban en mantenimiento, por lo cual no se pudieron disfrutar. La que estaba en servicio estaba muy sucia y llena de lama. Falta de comunicación entre la gente de recepción. Unos dicen una cosa y otros tienen información distinta. Faltan boutiques o tiendas dentro del hotel y mejorar su servicio de restaurante.

The hotel is super beautiful clean and have the best pools. The restaurant has excellent food and wonderful service. They have a Starbucks store but the coffee is not as good as the one we have in USA and the manager was rude and arrogant.

Instalaciones muy cómodas y limpias, teniendo mayor privacidad al encontrarse separadas una de otra, Se siente la seguridad dentro de las diversas instalaciones y se siente la interacción con la selva brindando el contacto con la naturaleza.

The resort is huge and well managed. They have the only natural pool as they have their own source of spring water. The restaurant is big and the food is of high quality. They have a Starbucks, which in my opinion is not necessary. They care so much about their traditions and the planet, No plasticware, it is awesome.

The hotel is located in jungle close to Palenque ruin, like 5 to 10 minute walk to the ticket office. The swimming pool is very nice and the room has excellent balcony patio facing the jungle. We saw some wildlife during our stay. The room is very spacious and clean.The restaurant on site is very convenient and the food is super good. The staff at restaurant wasn't very attentive when we asked for table, being ignored for a couple of times until we were seated, the waiters assigned to our table were nice and attentive serving food and drinks.

We loved everything about it! The grounds are lovely, the rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool is awesome, and the food is really good. It us a lovely spot in thr midfle if the jungle. The hiwler monkeys are the best.

Es una propiedad muy bonita, rodeada de vegetación y biodiversidad en general. Es tranquila y agradable. Se puede tener tranquilidad y armonia. Me gustaron las albercas y me encantó que estuviera muy cerca de las ruinas mayas y parques ecoturisticos. Lo que puede mejorar es que incluyan un frigobar en la habitación. Indispensable para mantener frescos alimentos/bebidas e inclusive algunos medicamentos. Tampoco había una cafetera algo muy básico de cualquier hotel para café o té . Finalmente, el restaurante tiene precios elevados. Probamos una vez y el servicio y alimentos estandar y costo muy elevado. Eso sí, incluyen propina/servicio en la factura sin antes consultaete. No recomendable definitivamente. Tuvimos que salir a desayunar, comer y cenar en Palenque donde encontramos excelentes opciones a precios razonanles. Finalmente, aunque este hotel está marcado por expedia como "VIP", no recibimos ninguno de los beneficios, aún cuando lo comentamos en recepción en el check-in donde se nos comentó que no tenían conocimiento de esto. En general es un lugar bonito, que requiere mejoras significativas en sus servicios y quiza una remodelación de sus habitaciones.

Beautiful property however the room had termites right on top of the bed. Also some of the servers were super late with our food( it would take 1hr and a half from when we ordered to get our food) meanwhile most other families got their food in 30 minutes

En general no fue una buena experiencia, es tedioso que te esten parando al entrar y salir del "complejo", al entrar lo entiendo, pero al salir?? Como para que? Al igual que te hagan esperar al momento de hacer el "check out" con el pretexto de que tienen que revisar la habitacion, todo eso lo pueden informar al realizar el check in, o poner los avisos en la habitacion, para por lo menos tomar en cuenta nuestros tiempos.

Solo en el área de alberca la atención es pésima ya que solo había un mesero para todas las personas, y pedí un guacamole que tardo hora y media en llegar, y las cervezas yo tenía que ir a buscarlas a la barra. De ahí en fuera todo excelente. Los recepcionistas y guardias de seguridad muy amables.

La habitación excelente muy cómoda. Está muy padre el concepto que tienen de terraza, pero el servicio del personal del mostrador muy malo, el Restaurante no tiene buen servicio todo lo demás está excelente

This is a beautiful hotel, it is actually individual cabins in the jungle, with amazing gardens, a beautiful pool and it’s minutes away from restaurants, the town and the archeological park.

This is an amazing hotel - I always stay here when in Palenque - it is beautiful, great restaurant, nature is around you - we were treated to the sights and sounds of howler monkeys in the trees. It is also very convenient for the ruins.

Muy bonito, enclavado en la jungla de palenque, escuchas la fauna pero a la vez seguro, villas independientes por Moo cuál es muy tranquilo. Me encanto! Buena cena!

The hotel is located in jungle close to Palenque ruin, like 5 to 10 minute walk to the ticket office. The swimming pool is very nice and the room has excellent balcony patio facing the jungle. We saw some wildlife during our stay. The room is very spacious and clean.The restaurant on site is very convenient and the food is super good. The staff at restaurant wasn't very attentive when we asked for table, being ignored for a couple of times until we were seated, the waiters assigned to our table were nice and attentive serving food and drinks.

Todo estuvo muy bien pero como puntos de mejora considero que los precios del restaurante son excesivos en comparacion de otros hoteles de la zona, de igual modo falto guia por parte del personal ya que nadie nos acompaño hasta nuestra habitación tuvimos que buscarla y finalmente a la cafeteria le falto experiencia en la preparacion de bebidas y falta variedad de sabores.

The hotel is super beautiful clean and have the best pools. The restaurant has excellent food and wonderful service. They have a Starbucks store but the coffee is not as good as the one we have in USA and the manager was rude and arrogant.

The hotel was really nice. Rooms and pool area were amazing. The restaurant was not good, maybe due to low season. Stuff did not speak English and worked very slow. Overpriced and no good quality. The restaurants around are a lot better.

The resort is huge and well managed. They have the only natural pool as they have their own source of spring water. The restaurant is big and the food is of high quality. They have a Starbucks, which in my opinion is not necessary. They care so much about their traditions and the planet, No plasticware, it is awesome.

Es una propiedad muy bonita, rodeada de vegetación y biodiversidad en general. Es tranquila y agradable. Se puede tener tranquilidad y armonia. Me gustaron las albercas y me encantó que estuviera muy cerca de las ruinas mayas y parques ecoturisticos. Lo que puede mejorar es que incluyan un frigobar en la habitación. Indispensable para mantener frescos alimentos/bebidas e inclusive algunos medicamentos. Tampoco había una cafetera algo muy básico de cualquier hotel para café o té . Finalmente, el restaurante tiene precios elevados. Probamos una vez y el servicio y alimentos estandar y costo muy elevado. Eso sí, incluyen propina/servicio en la factura sin antes consultaete. No recomendable definitivamente. Tuvimos que salir a desayunar, comer y cenar en Palenque donde encontramos excelentes opciones a precios razonanles. Finalmente, aunque este hotel está marcado por expedia como "VIP", no recibimos ninguno de los beneficios, aún cuando lo comentamos en recepción en el check-in donde se nos comentó que no tenían conocimiento de esto. En general es un lugar bonito, que requiere mejoras significativas en sus servicios y quiza una remodelación de sus habitaciones.

El lugar es hermoso, pero en definitiva el personal de recepción es de mal humor, la comida del restaurante es muy mala, el personal del restaurante son muy amables, pero la comida tiene mal sabor abusan del orégano, además de que los tamales no son frescos, como tampoco la carne de las hamburguesas estaba hechada a perder.

We liked everything. This hotel/property is amazing. While showing some age, the rooms/cabanas are spacious and comfortable, featuring nice patios. The three interconnected pools are wonderful with massage fountain features. The restaurant food and service were good. The best part is the natural jungle that surrounds you. The insects, the mammals and the most amazing howling monkeys! Oh I miss them already. Also Starbucks station. The archeological site, most amazing, just meters away. Vert highly recommended.
