Everything was great The room was clean and there is a great pizza place next door. Our view was of the river. There is no refrigerator in the room though. Parking at the mall next door seemed odd but it did work out.

Jedes mal das gleiche Problem : es gibt nicht genug Parkplätze !!! Ein Hotel mit mehr als 100 Zimmern, hat weniger als 10 hoteleigene Stellplätze. Das geht gar nicht ! Man wird zwar auf das naheliegende Parkhaus in der Rhein-Galerie verwiesen. Das ist umständlich und nicht gästefreundlich. Beim meinem letzten Aufenthalt (8.1.) war das Parkhaus geschlossen (wahrscheinlich wegen meiner späten Anreise ca.22:30). Der einzige Lichtblick im Hotel : das Hotelpersonal -> sehr engagiert.

Wir waren mit fast allem sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war perfekt und das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir haben einen Parkplatz beim Hotel für 15 Euro gemietet. Als wir am abend so gegen 22 Uhr zurückkammen waren alle Parkplätze belegt. Ein Mitarbeiter zeigte uns dann einen Platz wo wir uns hinstellen konnten. Das hat und nicht so gefallen. Beim nächsten mal parken wir wieder im Parkhaus Rhein Galerie. Aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Leuk modern hotel met shopping mall op 50m.. dus makkelijk mbt eten. Ontbijt in hotel is ok maar niet veel keus. Slaapbank was oncomfortabel en ramen mogen best een keer gewassen worden. Geen koelkast op de kamer helaas. Al met al... prima hotel met relaxt pleintje aan de rijn.

Badezimmer nicht sauber, am Waschbecken Reste von vorherigen Gast. Nachttisch sowie Tisch voller Staub und verschmiert mit Dreck. TV und Bett staubig. Frühstücksraum, keine sauberen Tische. Personal wischt Essensreste mit der Hand vom Buffett auf den Boden. Personal beobachtet wie mit den Fingern Wurst vom Buffett genommen u gegessen wurde. Personal grüßt auch nicht wenn sie Gast auf dem Flur oder Aufzug treffen.

Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt – es gab Bierflaschen und Pizzakartons vom vorherigen Gast. Später bekam ich ein anderes Zimmer und einen Gutschein für ein kostenloses Getränk. Außerdem weigerten sie sich, mir eine Quittung mit meinem Firmennamen auszustellen und baten mich, mit Expedia zu sprechen, obwohl ich über Hotels.com gebucht hatte. Es war ein schwieriges Gespräch mit den Jungs – sie haben mich nicht unterstützt. Ich habe es später geschafft, die Rechnung über einen anderen Mitarbeiter zu erhalten, nachdem ich 12 Stunden gewartet hatte – ein super ärgerliches Kundenerlebnis. Im Allgemeinen keine sehr gute Erfahrung. Ich werde dieses Hotel beim nächsten Mal in Mannheim meiden.

The hotel located in the heart of Ludwigshafen and a 5 min drive to Mannheim. There are plenty of food options locally and within the hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful they provided a delicious breakfast that was needed for all the sightseeing we did!

Nice building and room. Beautiful breakfast. Unfortunately staff is not organised at all. First gave us wrong room with no river view as I had book. Had to go down to the reception and ask for the room I booked. Gave me the correct room but then had to run down again as the key card was not activated. There was a welcome message in my room under another name and had to ask them to move it to the right room. I was expecting more professionalism from a Marriott

Moxy in Ludwigshafen is very modern and comfy place to stay. Room is at reasonable size for 2 people. Walking distance to the shopping centre, city centre (tram and bus services) and train station. Staff is always there to help. Breakfast is good and healthy balance food is served. There are many restaurants around the hotel.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Konzept. Lobby, Bar, Frühstücksraum alles in einem.Gute Lage direkt am Rhein und am Einkaufszentrum mit Parkhaus. Und trotzdem sehr ruhig im Zimmer.

I'm always staying at Moxy when I'm in Mannheim/Ludwigshafen. It's a great hotel. The people are really nice and helpful. The only downside is the price of the breakfast. 18€ is above any budget I can have for a breakfast. It would be nice to have a reduced version under 10€ (coffe/tea+small bite+fruit juice)

Ganz im Gegensatz zu anderen Erfahrungen hat hier alles von der ersten Sekunde gepasst. Supernettes kompetentes Personal, Problem souverän gelöst, sauberes Zimmer , zwar klein aber dafür top ausgestattet. Frühstück in stylischer Umgebung , vielfältig und gut, all das mit Blick auf den Rhein. Das ganze Hotel, obwohl nicht mehr ganz neu wirkt gepflegt, man fühlt sich wohl.

Leuk modern hotel met shopping mall op 50m.. dus makkelijk mbt eten. Ontbijt in hotel is ok maar niet veel keus. Slaapbank was oncomfortabel en ramen mogen best een keer gewassen worden. Geen koelkast op de kamer helaas. Al met al... prima hotel met relaxt pleintje aan de rijn.

Badezimmer nicht sauber, am Waschbecken Reste von vorherigen Gast. Nachttisch sowie Tisch voller Staub und verschmiert mit Dreck. TV und Bett staubig. Frühstücksraum, keine sauberen Tische. Personal wischt Essensreste mit der Hand vom Buffett auf den Boden. Personal beobachtet wie mit den Fingern Wurst vom Buffett genommen u gegessen wurde. Personal grüßt auch nicht wenn sie Gast auf dem Flur oder Aufzug treffen.

Room clean but basic. No wardrobe or drawers. No tea/coffee facilities in the room or fridge. Self service breakfast was good. We had a room looking out of the rear of the hotel so a bit disappointing when staying at riverside with no view.
