Dar El Marsa Hotel & Spa

I booked a sea view room and when I arrived I was not given a sea view room. I was not reimbursed for the downgraded room or inconvenience. Beautiful rooftop and nice people. However, I was disrespected because my room that I paod for was given away. Hotels.com did NOTHING!! Can’t get in touch with anyone from hotels.com.

Sehr gutes Hotel, direkt am Meer mit vielen Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Tolle Dachterasse mit Restaurant.

L'albergo è buono, con camere molto spaziose, biancheria ottima, servizio molto efficiente. Le uniche pecche - per opinione personale - sono la non presenza di una spiaggia privata (è parecchio sconveniente andare nella spiaggia libera di fronte) e di conseguenza il solarium sul roof intorno alla piscina non adeguato per la presenza di soli 4 lettini ed esposizione solo al mattino. Consiglio il ristorante

A comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. A good location right on the front close to many restaurants and the beach. We had a sea view room which meant we were at the front of the hotel on a busy road which could be a bit noisy and the bathroom was small and not well designed with a large sink taking up too much room and the shower was over the bath which was so high it had a step to get in, not good if you're a little immobile. A very nice roof top bar and restaurant.

Der Empfang war herzlich und der Check in war schnell gemacht. Die Dachterrasse mit seien Pool ist eine Oase und biete viele Ruhe am Tag. Abends ist es herrlich den Sonnenuntergang hier zu genießen. Das Hotel liegt zentral nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und entlang der Strandpromenade gibt es viele Restaurant und Bars. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und vor allem sauber. Sehr gerne wieder.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly, helpful and the service was 5*. Clean property with great facilities. The spa was great value for money, clean and the hamam and massage was 5*. Would recommend this property and will stay here again.

Stort rum med jättestor dubbelsäng, stor balkong med lite havsutsikt. Annorlunda badrum med stort badkar. Slitet rum, slitna sängkläder, inte helt rent, inte heller sängkläderna. Fri minibar med vatten och läsk (fylldes dock ej på). Även fritt kaffe och te. Härlig pool på takterrassen men dessvärre inga solstolar intill utan endast bord och stolar. Livemusik på takterrassen första kvällen som vi inte fick veta innan. Musiken hördes ner till oss på våning 1. Frukosten var ok med olika saker att välja på. Andra morgonen fick vi frågan om vi ville ha omelett. Vi betalde vi incheckningen men vi utcheckningen ville hotellet ha betalt ytterligare för skatt för andra natten. När vi betalade vi incheckningen var summan redan då högre än den vi hade fått bekräftelse på och nu blev den alltså ännu högre. Jag påpekade detta men enligt receptionisterna gick det inte att lägga på andra nattens skatt i deras system direkt. Ingen av de meddelade oss detta vi incheckningen, det missade de...vilket är konstigt om man är medveten om det så borde det vara en sak att säga direkt. Fick ingen ursäkt direkt för detta. Vi tror att vi blev lurade men vi hade inget att sätta emot. Personalens beteende vid utcheckningen drog ner betyget ytterligare. Var definitivt varken 4* eller 5* service.

Excellent sejour , personnel a l'écoute , serviable . Mer a Siham au spa pour sa gentillesse et professionnalisme, ainsi qu'à Medhi a l'accueil. Terrasse de la chambre appréciable. Tres bon restaurant sur la terrasse avec piscine et une vue magnifique sur la mer et les environs .

Cet hôtel n est pas du tout un 5 étoiles mais plutôt un 4 étoiles. De nombreux détails viennent plomber ma note comme le petit déjeuner qui est d une pauvreté hallucinante et du niveau d un 3 étoiles. J ai trouvé les céréales moisies et ai prévenu le responsable qui a changé celles-ci ! L ananas n était pas frais mais en provenance de conserve ! En ce qui concerne la chambre, la poubelle des toilettes étaient défoncée et rouillée ! La chambre a besoin de rénovation c est évident . La femme de ménage fait parfaitement son travail et le personnel est malgré cela aux petits soins pour ses clients. Le rooftop et son restaurant offre une vue splendide sur la piscine et la Méditerranée. Cet hôtel est parfait pour un voyage d affaire car à côté de nombreux restaurants et d un centre commercial! Vais je revenir ? Oui car pour être parfait il faut prendre toutes les remarques comme points d améliorations

We had a very nice stay. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, decent spa. Limited English but good enough for adequate assistance and they were always willing to help. Breakfast doesn't change which could be a bit boring but it was good enough. Location is good and it's fairly easy to hail a cab. We were happy with our stay.

Certains personnel de la propreté n’ont pas un service satisfaisant

Le cadre de l'hôtel est extraordinaire : une vue incroyable sur la mer si vous optez pour une chambre avec cette vue (un peu bruyante jusqu'à minuit-1h avec le balai des voitures et des familles qui se promènent). La vue sur la mer depuis la piscine est incroyable. L'hôtel est très propre et les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est à volonté et varié. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et efficace.

Hôtel très bien situé, face à la mer. Très proche de la gare TGM. Très bel hôtel. Propreté irréprochable. Très bonne restauration

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family, including my parents who are in their late 70s. A huge shoutout to the amazing staff—especially Yasmine! She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. Everyone was kind, patient, and always greeted us with a smile. Their hospitality truly made all the difference. Highly recommend this place!

The Dar El Marsa has to be one of the premier hotels in La Marsa in an unrivalled location on Marsa Plage, the beach promenade. I loved spending time on the balcony of my beach-facing room, and thoroughly recommend the extra cost. The hotel is modern and very stylish. The rooms are wonderful and have an understated resort feel to them. Breakfast will suit every palette. I will definitely go back.

We have stayed in the suite before and it was fabulous, but this time we were told there was only one room available. The room was in the corner next to staff activities and didn’t smell good. The experience in this Hotel will depend on the room.

The noise isolation was almost in-existent. We had to interrupt our stay as our daughter could not sleep at all due to the super loud noise traffic, coming from the road just next to the hotel.

The bed was very soft and not comfortable and breakfast was ok nothing special about it

Although there were some hiccups, the management of the hotel was provided some feedback and they worked at solving the issues quickly. I will go back to this hotel because it offers the quality amenities that I love.

Boonjour, J ai quitté l hotel vu que ma reservation n a pas ete respectée bien que j ai fait deux appels par phone pour preciser au service reservation pour chambre vue sur mer ce qui m a ete confirme par phone. A cela s ajoute le personnel a la reveption n etait pas correct dans son langage. Malgré ces contraintes dues au non recpect de l engagement de l hotel , la recptionniste M avait indiqué que le premiere nuitée me sera facturee. Quelle audace!

The staff is super nice and honest especially Nora on the front desk manager she made sure that I got back jewelry that I left in the room. The location is excellent to go out for dinning and shopping. And the beach is across the street . The breakfast is excellent . Thank you team dar El marsa .

The Dar El Marsa has to be one of the premier hotels in La Marsa in an unrivalled location on Marsa Plage, the beach promenade. The location is great, but the hotel is overpriced because of it. Breakfast was nothing special and low level service. The hotel restaurant is not family friendly. Nothing is "wrong" with the hotel, but I've stayed in much nicer places for less.

Breakfast was terrible. hardly any food and whet there was was old and unhygienic. many flies in the breakfast area. I'd rate the breakfast experience 2/10. Hotel was generally OK but let down by the breakfast. No where near 5*. Hotel 4*. Breakfast 1*

Aucun surclassement de chambre n’a été proposé malgré notre statut Gold chez Expédia. Petit déjeuner très limité Énormément de bruit la nuit (aboiements de chiens en particulier, bruits de vaisselle…) Personnel très bien
