Séjour d'une famille de 4 personnes dans un appartement avec cuisine. Les lieux étaient propres à notre arrivée. L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 min à pieds de la mer. Si vous êtes côté rue, bruit de vaisselle toute la journée provenant de l'hôtel d'en face. Vous avez accès aux piscines avec toboggans de ce même hôtel par contre conditions d'accès aux piscines à revoir, de nombreuses personnes se baignent avec des habits (habits religieux et habits non religieux). Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

El alojamiento está muy bien, muy limpio, con una gran terraza, y facilidad para ir con mascotas. Lo malo es el aparcamiento eb general de Pineda de Mar, o, que en el aparcamiento del apartahotel es un poco caro para estar varios días. Buen servicio, tranquilidad y muy buen buffet en el hotel Caliu que pertenece a su mismo grupo hotelero. Además, en el hotel, se puede entrar en las piscinas y aquapark que tiene el mismo, muy buenas instalaciones.

Magnifique séjour a refaire vraiment on a apprécié l'accueil de Ricardo, très souriant et serviable il a su toute suite répondre à nos questions, l'appartement propre spacieux et on a meme eu accès à l'hôtel d'en face pour la piscine et autre activités, on reviendra promis

Staff was very friendly, the apartment had everything we needed and we were also allowed to use the kids splash/pool area in the sister hotel resort, which is just across the street.

En general bien, personal muy amable, piscina del recinto muy bien, las amacas no estaban excesivamente limpias, aunque como se pone toalla por encima no hay problema, y el parking un poco complicado aparcar, pero ya lo tienen condicionado para que se pueda aparcar mas o menos bien, me ha costado dormir ya q se escuchaba la gente por la escalera ( era sabado en agosto) y de otra habitación, pero no es excesivo, muy bien todo, ninguna queja, la terraza super bien, bien equipado...nos ha gustado mucho!

L'appartement est propre et très fonctionnel et une très grande terrasse. Une petite cuisine mais très bien fourni. Un parking privé payant sur place de 12€ la journée, un conseil prenez le, car les places de parking en extérieur sont complets. Sinon l'endroit est très calme et la plage n'est pas terrible. Déplacer vous à Callela pour le shopping et à Lloret de mar pour la plage.

These apartments are basic but comfertable with most of what you need. Not the cleanest though and no chance of clean towels regardless of how long your staying. Balcony doors dont lock and safe doesnt work. Dont expect to get what you paid for during busy season unless you arrive very early before all apartments are full. 2 years running we paid for an upper apartment with a balcony and spare beds. Both years they tried to put us in lower ground floor with dark terrace. Last year after an hour of having to explain and prove what we paid for, and call hotels.com for assistance we finally got the correct apartment. This year after a nightmare journey and after having to explain and proove again what we booked (hotels.com app isnt enough, you have to send them the email confirmation) we had no choice but to accept a ground floor then change the next day, which wasnt gauranteed, so left without a room for 4 hours!! Staff are not helpful about this issue, no apologies just claim nothing they can do. Well there is something they can do, place visitors in the apartments they paid for and not base it on first come first served. We wont be back as dont want the same hassle every year.

Appartement spacieux et bonne localisation. Cependant impossible de profiter de la terrasse qui est face aux poubelles et déchargement de l’hôtel en face. Propreté très succincte. Manque de lampes de chevet dans la chambre et un peu d’équipement cuisine.

Après contact avec l'établissement,attente de plus d'1 heure dans le hall (avec 3 enfants fatigués de leur journée passée à Barcelone) pour accéder à notre logement. Jour de départ plus d'accès au parking. 3 jours de parking facturé à 12 € alors que la voiture est restée qu'une journée et 1 nuit Bref la galère En plus le wifi ne fonctionne pas. Merci de nous indiquer si l'établissement est disposé à accorder un geste commercial pour les raisons indiquer ci dessus. Belle appartement. Tout est équipé. Seul bémol c'est comme en France il y a pas de dosette de café dans l'appartement. Et l'eau par moment est froide mais sinon c'est parfait spacieux propre sécurisé. On reviendra

Mooie, schone appartementen, met een grote keuken, goede airco en fijne bedden. Maar als je een kamer aan de straatkant hebt, dan heb je vreselijk last van je spoelkeuken van het hotel aan de overkant.

El lugar está muy bonito aunque las camas olían a polvo. El televisor era imposible verlo, una luz de la cocina estaba dañada (no dejaba de parpadear), el secador de cabello en el baño no funcionaba , el wifi tampoco. Sin embargo, lo realmente incómodo ha sido que me exigieran una tarjeta de crédito como fianza o 100€ en efectivo cuando esa información no estaba en ninguna de las condiciones de la reserva. Luego al realizar el checkout la persona que recibió la llave del apartamento no tenía ni idea de la fianza, se quedó extrañada de mi caso ... En fin, estás cosas se notifican para no quedar fuera de lugar . Cabe destacar que han dicho que es culpa vuestra porque tenían que notificarnos ya que la reserva ha sido con vosotros .

These apartments are basic but comfertable with most of what you need. Not the cleanest though and no chance of clean towels regardless of how long your staying. Balcony doors dont lock and safe doesnt work. Dont expect to get what you paid for during busy season unless you arrive very early before all apartments are full. 2 years running we paid for an upper apartment with a balcony and spare beds. Both years they tried to put us in lower ground floor with dark terrace. Last year after an hour of having to explain and prove what we paid for, and call hotels.com for assistance we finally got the correct apartment. This year after a nightmare journey and after having to explain and proove again what we booked (hotels.com app isnt enough, you have to send them the email confirmation) we had no choice but to accept a ground floor then change the next day, which wasnt gauranteed, so left without a room for 4 hours!! Staff are not helpful about this issue, no apologies just claim nothing they can do. Well there is something they can do, place visitors in the apartments they paid for and not base it on first come first served. We wont be back as dont want the same hassle every year.

Muy mal soy categoria oro dewards u nunca me habia encontrado una situcion asi. Cangee mi habitacion por una de muchas que tengo acumuladas y solo quedo para pagar las tasas alli. Mi sorpresa fue que una vez alli me dijeron que tenia que pagar 20 euros mas por el apartamento porque iba con pareja cosa que pone bien clara en el precio base es para 4 personas tu pagas el valor del apartamento como total. Por no discutir pague pero creo que no es correcto y roza la estafa porque delante de alguien parece que no quieras pagar y no es asi. Creo que hoteles.com como empresa seria que es deveria tomar medidas con esto. Porque desde que estoy con hoteles.com nunca he pagado mas de lo que se me ha pedido en la reserva. Tasas a parte claro.

Une belle experience, l'environnement est paisible, les commercants aimables. Lappartement etait propre, mais la reception est ouverte que 2h le matin et 2h lapres-midi. Il ny a pas d'interlocuteur quand il y a un soucis. La communication se fait par WhatsApp, et il ne sont pas reactifs. A part ça ce fut un séjour très agréable.

Magnifique séjour a refaire vraiment on a apprécié l'accueil de Ricardo, très souriant et serviable il a su toute suite répondre à nos questions, l'appartement propre spacieux et on a meme eu accès à l'hôtel d'en face pour la piscine et autre activités, on reviendra promis

Sehr geräumige und saubere Wohnung. Hoteleigenes Parkhaus für 15 €. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze auch an der Strasse sind schwer zu finden.Rezeption ist ab 17.00 Uhr geschlossen.

Abbiamo soggiornato dall'11 al 23/08/2023. Il nostro appartamento al 1^ piano, era pulito, dotato di molti comfort con cucina ben attrezzata e con un bellissimo balcone. Alla reception Riccardo ci ha accolto con gentilezza e molta disponibilità, rispondendo sempre a tutte le nostre richieste. La spiaggia libera era molto bella e con un mare sempre pulito. Vicino alla struttura ci sono diversi supermercati e la stazione dei treni che ci ha permesso di muoverci con facilità verso altre spiagge e località.

En general bien. Falta personal en recepción pues no encontramos a nadie nunca, teníamos que llamar. La limpieza: se preocupa mucho por los animales y no por otras alergias, como a los ácaros, por lo que mi hija lo pasó fatal.

Séjour d'une famille de 4 personnes dans un appartement avec cuisine. Les lieux étaient propres à notre arrivée. L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 min à pieds de la mer. Si vous êtes côté rue, bruit de vaisselle toute la journée provenant de l'hôtel d'en face. Vous avez accès aux piscines avec toboggans de ce même hôtel par contre conditions d'accès aux piscines à revoir, de nombreuses personnes se baignent avec des habits (habits religieux et habits non religieux). Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

L'appartement est propre et très fonctionnel et une très grande terrasse. Une petite cuisine mais très bien fourni. Un parking privé payant sur place de 12€ la journée, un conseil prenez le, car les places de parking en extérieur sont complets. Sinon l'endroit est très calme et la plage n'est pas terrible. Déplacer vous à Callela pour le shopping et à Lloret de mar pour la plage.

El alojamiento está muy bien, muy limpio, con una gran terraza, y facilidad para ir con mascotas. Lo malo es el aparcamiento eb general de Pineda de Mar, o, que en el aparcamiento del apartahotel es un poco caro para estar varios días. Buen servicio, tranquilidad y muy buen buffet en el hotel Caliu que pertenece a su mismo grupo hotelero. Además, en el hotel, se puede entrar en las piscinas y aquapark que tiene el mismo, muy buenas instalaciones.
