Firstly? The hotel was clean and tidy and well presented. Staff were approachable and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and had a lovely variety. My bedroom appeared clean and tidy however there was an awful sewer smell for my first three days and I had to complain. It was awful. I tried to put up with it but it really made me not want to spend any time in the room at all. I ended up having to move rooms which was an inconvenience given I had unpacked everything. I had to repack and then move to another room. (It was good of them to give me another room, however they must have knew this was an issue because there is no way the cleaners wouldn’t have been able to smell this when going in. Even after they’d been in the awful smell could be smelt through the cleaning products which were strong) The 2nd room did not have an awful sewer smell. Maybe I should have complained earlier about the smell rather than waiting for 3 days. I absolutely would never pay the price I did to stay somewhere with that awful smell. It did only appear to be one side of the hotel but it’s definitely something they need to sort out.

Great value accommodation with superb continental breakfast. Shower very small but pretty much my only gripe. Great location for exploring and free use of bikes was superb benefit. Highly recommend

Sara, Gulia, Alessandro and Vanessa were the kindest, most helpful, and friendliest HOTEL staff we have encountered. The property is immaculate. Newly renovated last year. Breakfast was fabulous. Every one of the staff we met had a smile on their face. This is a superb property. Pesaro is a beautiful seaside family Town that is reminiscent of the good old days. Don’t miss it!!

Hotel is in great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bar can get nightclub level noisy even in early evening hours that carries into the rooms.
