We loved the area the hotel was in. It was so close to the river and so many beautiful buildings and amazing restaurants and cafes. The pool was also a highlight, very clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we especially loved the window seats and double windows!

The hotel and staff were great. Friendly and helpful. Hotels.com made two reservations for us when I only needed one. When i called Hotels.com they did not help and I was charged twice. I worked with the staff at the front desk and they were able to sell the extra room and refunded me. Hotel pool was very nice.

The pool and hot tub were closed for the season, earlier than was indicated in the information provided at booking, one of the reasons for making this choice. We only saw the desk attendant once at check in, otherwise we came and went without seeing a soul.

Great property just 5 min walk away from shopping and main dinning area but still in a very quiet zone. Property had pool and outside sit down area which is very nice. One of the rare property in Swiss which provided both AC ( small but working ), fan and elevator. Rooms are on the small side specially of travelling with kids but were ok for shorter stay.

The location is excellent, easy walk to everything. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was good; the whole hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The only thing to note in summer is the rooms don't have AC and it can get hot; there were fans provided which worked well.

We had a double with a wonderful terrace. The pool looked great, although we didn’t swim. The hotel’s location is perfect, in the middle of Lucerne’s old town. Rooms were very quiet.

Easy location from the train station and just a quick stroll into the old town. Right by the river. Worked well for me. Reception team was super friendly. Good size room, basic features..but that was fine for me. I will come back.

Overall, the hotel is very nice and the price is affordable. I stayed here for 6 nights and I love it. Moreover, the front desk staff and service here is excellence especially the gentlemen who help me and sort out the extension of my stay.

Me gustó mucho la posición del hotel, por la relación posición-precio. Tienes cerca todo. No me gustó la falta de servicios (no hay frigobar, el aire acondicionado rumoroso, la recepción está siempre vacía a menos que hables por teléfono para que vayan: además es peligroso). Que tengas que pagar 10 francos por dejar tu maleta tras el check-out. La señora que me entregó la maleta al final de la estadía fue súmante descortés y antipática.

Me gustó mucho la posición del hotel, por la relación posición-precio. Tienes cerca todo. No me gustó la falta de servicios (no hay frigobar, el aire acondicionado rumoroso, la recepción está siempre vacía a menos que hables por teléfono para que vayan: además es peligroso). the staff was extremely helpful and the location was perfect just one block off of the river.The coffee house across the street was perfect and the Restaraunts in the area were great.We attended a Mass/Concert ath the church just a block away and were hyelped by the desk staff to find out various details. Overall I would recomend this hotel to anyuone..

We loved the area the hotel was in. It was so close to the river and so many beautiful buildings and amazing restaurants and cafes. The pool was also a highlight, very clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we especially loved the window seats and double windows!

the staff was extremely helpful and the location was perfect just one block off of the river.The coffee house across the street was perfect and the Restaraunts in the area were great.We attended a Mass/Concert ath the church just a block away and were hyelped by the desk staff to find out various details. Overall I would recomend this hotel to anyuone..

Great property just 5 min walk away from shopping and main dinning area but still in a very quiet zone. Property had pool and outside sit down area which is very nice. One of the rare property in Swiss which provided both AC ( small but working ), fan and elevator. Rooms are on the small side specially of travelling with kids but were ok for shorter stay.

We traveled in March. This hotel has potential to be great but it’s missing simple things that could make a traveler feel comfortable. They had no coffee maker in the room, nor even in the lobby. Everything in the near vicinity was outrageously priced. There are signs in the room saying you are not allowed to even eat in your room which is ridiculous! “Due to hygiene reasons?? Give me a break, do it if you want to risk a 100$ fine! I will not return to this hotel based on the cost and what was received.

A charming boutique hotel that was a perfect fit for our group of six. The room was spacious enough to keep things fun without feeling cramped, the staff was genuinely helpful throughout our stay, and the pool was a lifesaver on the warmer days. Rooms were clean and well-appointed — nothing to complain about there. One thing worth knowing before you go: Lucerne moves at its own pace. Unlike Italy, this city winds down early, and most restaurants stop serving dinner by 8pm. Plan accordingly and you'll be fine, but it caught us off guard the first night. Overall, a lovely stay in a beautiful city. Would recommend for groups looking for something with character over a cookie-cutter chain.

Perfect location. A great warm welcome from staff. Bonus free travel card on arrival. Good eateries nearby (cheaper than those across river). Nice pool and jacuzzi too.

Nice Location, they gave me a warm Birthday Welcome with some Wine and Sodas, Toby is a cool person to have some chats with, very accommodating, etc.! Would love to stay here again on my next Switzerland tour in the future!
