Newer updates of an older property. Because of the updates there are adequate plugins for electronics that we carry these days. I loved the Denny’s coupons for breakfast. There’s a special menu just for the hotel and has about nine choices on it Denny’s across the street and about a block away. I had been on the road for 12 days and ended up in Three hotels where the air conditioner didn’t work properly. My room at the Baymont air conditioner worked perfectly. One thing they might think about adding our grab bars in the bathtub area or a nonslip surface or possibly a bathmat. I’m older and very conscious of this so ended up putting the bathmat in the bottom of the bathtub. I really appreciate it opening the door early in the morning before the sun came up and it looked like it was daylight because there are so many outdoor safety lights!

Friendly, helpful staff. Could have been cleaner, but they are clearly working on upgrading the facility since purchase by new owners. Denny's breakfast voucher was a real bonus as the menu for Baymont was more extensive than expected and included what we consider to be a good-sized breakfast. We had 2-egg omelets with ham and cheese and a large tumbler of orange juice.

Plenty of close, well-lit parking. Nearby grassy areas for dog walking. Many fast food options nearby. My room was towards the front so there was lots of street noise. The window curtains were slightly torn off the rod so the bright outside lighting came in to the room.

Looks like a recent refurb - new towels new shower curtain, freshly painted etc. Could not fault anything. Breakfast was at Dennys across the road, which made a nice change from usual hotel food.

Staff was pleasant. They are new owners, so they are trying to update and remodel, so we took that into consideration. There was no coffee in lobby and king bed was very uncomfortable!. I hope in their remodel they get comfortable beds. Room was nice and big had a couple of chairs to sit in which was nice. Had frig and microwave. For the price it was really a nice room. Free breakfast voucher for Dennys was nice. I breakfast was awesome, good cooks!! Friendly staff. I will go vack if I am ever in that area again. Especially if they get comfortable beds.

I believe the person's name that helped us in the office at our arrival was Marissa. She was fantastic, she made us feel l welcomed and offered us a couple room options that made our stay even better than what we booked. Check in was a breeze and we were able to park our car directly in front of our room! As it was pouring rain at the time, it made unloading without getting soaked fast and easy. Breakfast the next morning at Denny's, which was included in the room cost, was delicious and filling. A great send off for our day's adventures! Thank you from Barbie and Ken, to the Baymont by Wyndham Ridgecrest!

Beds were uncomfortable I think springs were kinda worn-out. You can see where they had a larger T.V. and put a way smaller one. Other than that everything was fine

I reserved a One King room but upon Check-in I was given a Two Queen room. The lighting was dim - the lamp on the nightstand didn't work, and the overhead light in the bathroom only lit with the noisy fan. The AC was noisy and barely vooled the room. The TV also didn't work do at 11pm when the neighnore were loadly talking I couldn't drown out their noise. At 2am another neighbor let his two dogs out of the room and they barked loudly, the guy then yelled at them. I bet those were "service dogs", wheras I declared my dog and had to pay an extra fee plus a hefty deposit (neither were mentioned on the website or when reserving the room). I got very little sleep; too noisy!!

Nice room, but with issues. The refrigerator made noise all night long, and the walls are so thin that we heard our neighbors every move. No coffee service in the room at all. No Kleenex in the room. Also no plug available for the bathtub?!? The young lady running the place is very nice, but couldn’t do anything about any of it.

Overall the stay here was very good! It was a wonderful place to stay on the way to Death Valley the next day. It’s located very conveniently next to a lot of things including stores and restaurants. Coffee maker was broken so they offered me a free voucher to Denny’s right across the street for a complementary breakfast and coffee. I thought that was a nice gesture. The only thing negative was the lock seemed to be very loose and looks like the screws were coming loose. Although I wasn’t uncomfortable in the neighborhood, it felt safe staying here, but it was just a little strange.

Bathroom light stopped working, shower curtain Rod about to fall from wall, bathroom tap control very loose. AC thermostat out of whack. Wifi intermittent Conversation in adjacent room sounded like it was right beside me. If those folks had of been loud or stayed up late, would have been a long night.

We were very disappointed in this Wyndham hotel. We booked because of the name and the price. However, the room fell very short of our expectations. 1. No hangers on the clothes pole. 2. No kleenex 3. No light on the desk or nearby. 4. the clothes pole had an exposed screw sticking up - the only thing good about that was we had something to hang clothes on Overall, I guess you get what you pay for. Price was very good, but the room sure missed a lot of amenities. There was no coffee in the room nor in the office. When I asked about coffee, I was referred to Denny's which provided breakfast (that, at least, was excellent. As far as staff is concerned, the woman who checked us in was excellent - very helpful (even though she was just filling in). When we attempted to talk to the person on duty the rest of the time, we had a hard time communicating with him and he wasn't very helpful.
We were very disappointed in this Wyndham hotel. We booked because of the name and the price. However, the room fell very short of our expectations. 1. No hangers on the clothes pole. 2. No kleenex 3. No light on the desk or nearby. 4. the clothes pole had an exposed screw sticking up - the only thing good about that was we had something to hang clothes on Overall, I guess you get what you pay for. Price was very good, but the room sure missed a lot of amenities. There was no coffee in the room nor in the office. When I asked about coffee, I was referred to Denny's which provided breakfast (that, at least, was excellent. As far as staff is concerned, the woman who checked us in was excellent - very helpful (even though she was just filling in). There was no check in desk. My room keys were pre printed and put outside in non lock box. I had to call the number on the door twice to get ahold of someone to get my room Key.

False advertisement about Denny's vouchers, never received one after asking owner. Neighbor was loud, and I mean LOUD.. called 3 times and nothing was done so in result we had to contact police. Owner tried to keep my deposit saying he smelt "marijuana" smoke (I do not smoke ANYTHING, let alone marijuana) I had brought a housekeeper in and asked her if she smelt anything, she said no and proceeded to look for ashes which were nonexistent and he still refused to give me my deposit. OVERALL HORRIBLE, will never return to this location.

Newer updates of an older property. Because of the updates there are adequate plugins for electronics that we carry these days. I loved the Denny’s coupons for breakfast. There’s a special menu just for the hotel and has about nine choices on it Denny’s across the street and about a block away. I had been on the road for 12 days and ended up in Three hotels where the air conditioner didn’t work properly. My room at the Baymont air conditioner worked perfectly. One thing they might think about adding our grab bars in the bathtub area or a nonslip surface or possibly a bathmat. I’m older and very conscious of this so ended up putting the bathmat in the bottom of the bathtub. I really appreciate it opening the door early in the morning before the sun came up and it looked like it was daylight because there are so many outdoor safety lights!

Overall the stay here was very good! It was a wonderful place to stay on the way to Death Valley the next day. It’s located very conveniently next to a lot of things including stores and restaurants. Coffee maker was broken so they offered me a free voucher to Denny’s right across the street for a complementary breakfast and coffee. I thought that was a nice gesture. The only thing negative was the lock seemed to be very loose and looks like the screws were coming loose. Although I wasn’t uncomfortable in the neighborhood, it felt safe staying here, but it was just a little strange.

Plenty of close, well-lit parking. Nearby grassy areas for dog walking. Many fast food options nearby. My room was towards the front so there was lots of street noise. The window curtains were slightly torn off the rod so the bright outside lighting came in to the room.

We had never stayed in Ridgecrest, but if we're near here again we'll stay at this hotel...the next day we hiked in the nearby hills and visited Trona Pinnacles. All-in-all a great visit all around!

Friendly, helpful staff. Could have been cleaner, but they are clearly working on upgrading the facility since purchase by new owners. Denny's breakfast voucher was a real bonus as the menu for Baymont was more extensive than expected and included what we consider to be a good-sized breakfast. We had 2-egg omelets with ham and cheese and a large tumbler of orange juice.

The room was dirty. There was no soap and 2 empty bottles of shampoo. There was supposed to be breakfast but there was not and the office was closed when i left so i could not even get coffee as there is no coffee in the room.

TV was very difficult to use. There was no wi-fi. There was no hot water, only cold showers. Walls were paper thin with a joining locked door to the room next door. I could clearly hear the conversations and TV in the room next door. You could also hear all the comotion outside, the traffic, cars starting, machines running, and such. But the room was clean and looked nice. I chose a higher price hotel for quality. Having no hot water, thin walls and no wi-fi ruined that.
