Beautiful hotel with amazing views day and night. It was high up so the views were spectacular. Lovely freshly done out room, fresh smell, clean and very cheerful decor. Lovely size bathroom.really good shower amazing water pressure too. Only slight down side the room should have a kettle as it was a pain to have to go down to reception to have hot water. Swimming pool was so clean and my partner swam even end of November but was cold (not heated). Very enjoyable traditional breakfast although the weather was bad and it waa raining Torrentially we did manage to just keep out of the rain. Cats if you are not a lover of them are everywhere in and around the city so be prepared to share your space with them. Most are friendly but can pester abit. Overall 9.5 out of 10 from us only downside was no kettle. Staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us. Parking mid November on thr street was no problem but unsure how it would be middle of the season this could be alittle problem as there are other hotels nextdoor and nearby.

Duvarların ince olup ses geçirmesi dışında negatif bir şey yaşamadık. İşletmeci ve personel kibar, nazik ve güleryüzlü. 2 gün kaldık, çok iyi karşılandık ve ağırlandık. Konum merkezi bir yerde. Denize, çarşıya, eğlence mekanlarına çok yakın. Tavsiye ederim.

Araba yeri bulma konusu tam bir kaos bunu göze alarak gelin tek yön bir sokak mevcut ve arabalar iki tarafli park etmis. Resepsiyonda bulunan arkadaşlar yardim etmeye calistilar sagolsunlar ama sorun sokagin kendisi bence. Oda standart bir odaydi klima sorunsuz calisti. Sadece kaldigimiz odanin banyo kapisi biraz sorunluydu kapi kapaninca acik kaliyor ve buzlu camdan yapmışlar. Ertesi gun kisi basi 250 tlye ortalama bir kahvalti yaptik. Fena sayilmazdi.

Otel temiz ve konforluydu. Odalar yeterli büyüklükteydi, balkon yoktu ama odanın önünde eşyalarınızı asabileceğiniz bir alan mevcut bu yüzden hiç sorun yaşamadık. Çalışanlar inanılmaz sempatik ve yardımcıydı. Kahvaltının serpme olarak size özel gelmesi açık büfeden çok daha kaliteli olmasını sağlıyor. Kahvaltıda yumurta,pişi, 2 çeşit börek, kek, karpuz(soğuk geliyor bu çok önemli) mevcuttu gayet doyurucuydu. Konum itibariyle arabanız yoksa zorlanabilirsiniz biraz dar ara sokaklara girmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Araba parkında hiç sorun yaşamadık otopark yok ama otelin önünde yol kenarına otel misafirleri için yer ayırıyolar. Biz 2 gece kaldık ve çok memnun ayrıldık, teşekkür ediyoruz.

Çok güzel bir oteldi. Gümbet sahil tarafına yakın olmasına rağmen geceleri herhangi bir gürültü almadık. Çalışanlar çok samimi ve ellerinden ne gelirse yardımcı oluyorlar. Odaları çok temiz. Yatakları ve yastıkları inanılmaz rahat. Kahvaltısı başarılıydı. Biz memnun kaldık. 2 gece kaldık ama keske 2 hafta kalabilseydik. Tüm arkadaşlara teşekkür ederim bu güzel ağırlama için. Bidahakine'de aynı yerde kalmayı planlıyoruz.

My husband and I had the most incredible experience at Poyz. We had one of the rooftop suites and I recommend it highly for the view! Rooms were clean, comfortable and the breakfast on the terrace was also great. Thank you!

Excellent, perfect, superb Staff and location and hotel was so amazing and a few steps away from the beach. Amazing breakfast with a different variety each day and served hot and fresh . Yigit, Ebrahim , Sigit and the rest of the team are so kind and thoughtful in every way right from receiving you and off loading ur lugguage until they put it bk in your transportation when ur leaving….luved my stay from 25-28 June room 204 had a beautiful view , wifi was working perfect as well which could be a problem with most other hotels in bodrum in general . Rooms are throughly clean n fresh crisp bedsheets used daily ….thank you team Poyz🙏….will be bk soon

Neredeyse hareket alanı hiç yok desem doğru ifade etmiş olurum. Odadaki televizyon boyut olarak bilgisayar ekranı gibi çok küçüktü. Lavabo ve duş alanı da aynı şekilde çok küçük hareket etmenin çok zor olduğu bir alana sahip olmakla beraber pencere hava alma ve gün ışığı yönünden gayet yeterliydi. Kahvaltı az çeşitli olmasına rağmen doyduk. Genel olarak beğenmiş olmakla beraber tekrar kalırsam bu küçük odayı tercih etmem.

Not only was the full breakfast the best hotel breakfast my GF and I ever had, but the owner, Yigit, even took us to Ephesus by car when we told him we were interested in seeing it (roughly three hours each way). We were also surprised to learn that our taxi from Poyz to the airport was free - a very welcome surprise. The hospitality and service during our stay here was unmatched. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel amenities were superb. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again!

Loved the Poyz Hotel! the staff were excellent, the breakfasts were traditional Turkish and had eggs, and the owner has a world-class gym that he includes for guests that stay. If you're traveling awhile, the gym, with sauna and steam room were what the doc ordered. I can't rate the service any higher. This was the best price performer of our several month journey.

When I arrived to this hotel, the staff member wrote me a message that was translated on his phone to Turkish saying that my room was not available because of an issue with one of their personnel… He told me that he would set us up in a sea view room in a neighbouring hotel. I went along as I didn’t know about the other hotel, communication was difficult and I felt that I basically had no choice! Although the other hotel did have a sea view, the rooms were not renovated, AC was very loud and night clubs on the beach were also very loud all night. My son was not happy to be in that room. If there really was a genuine problem with my booking, the hotel should have written and given me the option to cancel in advance so I can choose another hotel of my liking. I really did not appreciate how this situation was handled.

I initially had some issues with WiFi connection and the noise around the room, however, after submitting my experiences through Expedia, the property manager attended to my concerns very promptly - he offered me an extra night stay at no cost and provided me with a chocolate cake for the trouble. I didn't end up staying another night and got a late check-out instead, but I really appreciated their attention to my initial complaints. Really amazing service.

Öncelikle otel oldukça temizdi. Gümbet barlar sokağına çok yakın olmasına rağmen geceleri müzik sesi rahatsız etmiyor. İlk gün hir aksilik olmasına rağmen çözüm odaklı ve güler yüzlü davrandılar. Excellent, perfect, superb Staff and location and hotel was so amazing and a few steps away from the beach. Amazing breakfast with a different variety each day and served hot and fresh . Yigit, Ebrahim , Sigit and the rest of the team are so kind and thoughtful in every way right from receiving you and off loading ur lugguage until they put it bk in your transportation when ur leaving….luved my stay from 25-28 June room 204 had a beautiful view , wifi was working perfect as well which could be a problem with most other hotels in bodrum in general . Rooms are throughly clean n fresh crisp bedsheets used daily ….thank you team Poyz🙏….will be bk soon

Kahvaltıda yumurta,pişi, 2 çeşit börek, kek, karpuz(soğuk geliyor bu çok önemli) mevcuttu gayet doyurucuydu. Konum itibariyle arabanız yoksa zorlanabilirsiniz biraz dar ara sokaklara girmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Araba parkında hiç sorun yaşamadık otopark yok ama otelin önünde yol kenarına otel misafirleri için yer ayırıyolar. Biz 2 gece kaldık ve çok memnun ayrıldık, teşekkür ediyoruz.

First room smelt of chemicals. Got moved. Second room had mould on walls and ceilings, some of the furniture tired and very dusty. Windows filthy, no offer of a further bed cover despite it being cold in the evenings, just a cotton throw was available. Pool not open or cleaned.
