Cleanest motel I’ve stayed in in WWC. Facilities are older but very well maintained. Parkinftwas a bit tough but I drive a pickup truck.

The reception employees were very kind. It was a family and they were able to help with the room we had reserved. It is on a great location - near beach and walking distance to all places. However , the pool was very dirty the entire time. We asked reception and they said maintenance would come and when he did he only semi cleaned it . The water had a smell and there was mold all around the pool. The water murky. People would leave the towels and stuff around and that was never picked up. The BBQ was extremely dirty with grease and the burners were clogged with some much grease it took forever to cook. We had to spend our entire time out of the motel because of it. Our family visits wildwood every year and unfortunately we wouldn’t think to return here anymore.

The staff is super nice and friendly. Allowed us to check in and did not charge us a fee for early check in like they usually do as we drove about four hours. Pool area was clean with an area for little kids. Close to the beach and boardwalk too. Only downfall? The carpets were damp feeling, left black residue on the kids’ feet and the sink in the bathroom wasn’t attached to the wall. Other than that, it was a quiet stay, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. For the price we paid, we don’t have any other complaints besides the carpet and the sink. We’re stay here again if they fix the above mentioned issues.

We had the standard queen room which was very small and tucked into a corner under the stairs. I would reserve a different room if I stayed again. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The pool was well-maintained and parking was convenient. The motel is close to the beach, boardwalk, and various cafes, restaurants and market. The hotel has a nostalgic charm which is what makes it special. I would stay again.

Tv in first room didn't work, was told "signal problem " and I could pack everything up and move to another room which I did. That TV lasted 3 hours and had " signal problems "... No TV for the test of the stay as I didn't want to pack up and move, yet again. Glad I had a tablet...

Loved the location of this retro motel. Pool was clean but it closing at 7:30 every night was a bummer. Offered grill on site but were dirty and rusted. You had to request daily room cleaning, which included fresh towels and trash removal. Kitchen was cute but had limited dishes, no bowls, very few pieces of silverware, and you must bring everything from dish detergent to salt and pepper. Beds were comfortable. It was perfect for cheap getaway.

Was not on the boardwalk, had to walk across a major road. No ocean side room like it shows, room stunk of mildew and bathroom so small a person 200 lbs could not fit in it. Pool was disgusting and just to dirty to get in as scared of what you might get. Service desk was rude and very unprofessional.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The convenience to the beach and attractions was great. The actual room itself was outdated, had an odor, the bathroom shower curtain had mold stains all over it as well as the shower head. I felt like I needed a shower after my shower. Not cheap for a room in this condition but more affordable than some other places on the strip. Next time will spend a little more and stay in a more updated and clean establishment.

Not kept with! Sink and bath tub clogged! Toilet hard to flush! Carpet was dirty and room smelled like mildew

Rooms were dated and smelled like terrible cleaning chemicals. The carpets were sticky. The shower dripped and left water all over dirty bathroom floor. Not a comfortable stay at all.

It was a disappointing stay. Very dingy place. The carpets were so filthy! And the place was just not well maintained. The only good thing in this hotel is the beds. They were comfortable… that’s it

Desperately in need of repairs/upgrading. The room wreaked of bleach fumes, it was evident that the bleach wasn't diluted.The bathroom is very small, toilet was not flushing properly, cabinet under sink was water damaged, small table was broken and poorly mended, carpet sticky, the wooden suitcase stand was broke, and the lamp on nightstand did not work. The refrigerator temp setting wasn't working properly, my salad was frozen. I spent 20 mins properly cleaning the coffee maker, inside & out before I felt comfortable using it. The beds were higher than a standard bed, (very high platform), it made it a tad difficult getting on it if you're short. But, the sheets were clean, and staff friendly.

We just stopped in for a quick Saturday night stay. The staff at check in was friendly. The hotel is dated, however it is well maintained and the room was very clean. The mattress was extremely firm which is not our preference, so we did not get much sleep.Overall, it was an OK stay.

Cute hotel. Very retro. Loved the bathroom bright yellow & blue. Will say that everything about this hotel is small. The parking spaces are tight, the actual room itself, the bathroom. We are pretty small people & even so it was hard to maneuver around the bathroom. The drains in the shower were constantly plugged. The sink was about to fall off the wall. Even though orbitz pics showed a kitchen, there is NOT one. Just a fridge, microwave & coffee maker (no stove). Pool was nice, ping pong table a plus. Very convenient 1 block walk to the beach. It was ok clean. Maid service is not a thing even after 5 days.

The doors are actually screen doors with shutters on the front so nobody can see in.. it's extremely noisy outside and every noise can be heard in the rooms. Good area close to the beach and boardwalk. Comfy bed but the bed frame is very noisy. There was someone doing crack outside being very loud one of the nights I stayed. It was hard to sleep. Overpriced stay

Love the old art deco style places. Close to everything and remarkably quiet given the location close to boardwalk. Our 2nd floor room did have a nice ocean view, pink sink and bathtub, perfect little kitchenette.

it was a cute place to stop for the night in wildwood, was a couple blocks from the boardwalk and other good local places to eat and shop! Truly a good location and we thought the decor was cute and the room was clean! I just want to mention again that we were very happy with the cleanliness of our room and sheets. We do want to mention that the beds are very hard, one of the fridges did not work in our room, and the other guests were up screaming until almost 3am with their kids running around and playing ping pong. We took a walk around 1 am and we could hear them from around the block, while no other area hotel had guests this noisy outside during that time. We stay in wildwood often and were surprised that no one from the office asked them to quiet down at any point. Regradless, we thought it was a cute motel with a good location.

The person who checked me in was rude and very short with me. The room was not at all like the pictures. The pictures showed a nice bed spread but all that was there was a sheet. The toilet didn't flush properly and when it did it ran for almost 2 minutes. It took almost 5 minutes for the water to get hot and then it was only lukewarm. The carpet was sticky, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There screen on the door was torn at the bottom and bugs were in the room. More than just from opening the door. All-in-all not a great experience and I won't be staying there again.

Very convenient to walk around boardwalk, Shopping, bike riding, very quiet places for relaxing, we enjoy in pool inside the motel. Owners are very nice friendly and helpful to the guests. I feel like I am in my own home. We enjoyed lots.

My stay was horrible. The toilet to my room was clogged. No one from the front desk helped me with the issue. I was told they didn't have anyone for maintenance. I wasn't offered another room with a working toilet. I had to drive all the way to the wawa to use the toilet. My trip ended early because of this inconvenience.

Staff doesnt come to clean your room everyday i had to infact as the office foe them to clean the room when we stayed 6 nights. When asked for someone to clean the room they give an excuse that made so sense. Its a good stay thats afordable and close to a lot but they need to assure rooms are being cleaned which they dont while youre staying here.

I had called a few days earlier for an early check in. Receptionist told me she would note the reservation but can't garuntee. We did get early check in & she remembered my request - yay! But there was a $20 charge that I wasn't told about. No worries, went up to the effieciency with my sis & 2 kids - AC unit in the living room not working, during a heat wave (96 degrees @ 6pm). I told the desk, she said maintenance would come in 2 hours, and asked if we had a fan- Yes, a stand up fan blowing hot air. After the beach, no one had come yet. Went to dinner, returned....STILL no one had come. Went to the desk, asked for compensation but since it was a 3rd party reservation, they can't do that. I was begrudgingly given a credit for the early check in since I had paid at the desk & late check out. The next day, the receptionist said that a new AC had been ordered and was due in 2 days....but if maintenance never came, HOW DID THEY KNOW IT WAS BEYOND REPAIR??? My conclusion is that they KNOWINGLY put 4 people (who would need both the bedroom and the living room for sleeping) in a room with a broken AC unit. I should have been offered a room change but I guess that was out of the question. Also, pool area had trash laying around, stepped on a maintenance cover and nearly fell in bc the cover came off. Glass window in room had HUGE crack that was taped. NEVER will stay here again.

It was 90+ degrees and the air conditioner was broken in our room. It was weird there was a stand. up fan in our room. The lady acted like she didn't know but cleatly they did and did not care. Anyways, she came up an hour later and told us it would be fixed in 2 days!!! IT NEVER WAS FIXED. We did not get any sleep in the heat. It was the worst experience, I would never go back and certainly deserve a refund. I am letting everyone know to sty far away from this place. Wish I could give it negative stars. I would never go back.

My trip was amazing. The hotel was beautiful. They even offered us early check-in if the room was ready. Kolli and Ketu Took such good care of us. The whole staff was amazing. I love the pool. It was clean and plenty of space for many people to swim!! I personally watched them clean it every night ,one block from the beach one block from the boardwalk , stores all around plenty of parking spots! The room was clean very nice, came with a kitchenette like they said with accessories to cook !! great view, family, friendly, beautiful area to grill with your family or lounge at the pool , play cards at night. They even have a ping-pong table and an kiddie pool !!! Anything you want to do! I don’t know why people write bad reviews. It’s a very cute Wildwood hotel. The staff took care of us anything we needed they were there. They even have chairs outside every room and if you’re a smoker, you can smoke right there they even give you a little bucket with sand. We had a great stay and I appreciate the hospitality they showed my family !! We will be back.!!

We have stayed here 3 years in a row and are always very pleased. The rooms are clean, the staff is always so friendly and it's walkable to the beach and boardwalk which is wonderful for our family.

This property is a unique blend of today and yesterday. A short walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Staff was kind and helped with my laundry. I would stay there again if I find myself back in that area. I didn't have time to try the Pizza Cone at the pizza place along the boardwalk, but they sounded interesting.

Short walk to the boardwalk, beach is less than a block away. Convince store a half block. Plus they serve food.

Parfait petit hôtel vintage près de la plage et du boardwalk. Plusieurs bon restaurant à distance de marche. Grande piscine et espace extérieur avec table à pique-nique et BBQ. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Very clean, able to walk around and the beach was so close. Not too many dining options to walk to though.

Bel Air was way better than I expected! My room was big, clean and the bed was so comfortable. I had a kitchenette which was very convenient to save money and it had pots, pans and utensils. The pool and property were also very nice and clean. Motel is also located near the beginning of the boardwalk in a more quieter section of Wildwood.

It is a typical beach motel. We stayed in a two room family suite with a living room/kitchen area and full size refrigerator. It was cozy and close to the boardwalk and beach. A few restuarants near it, we found a small diner a block away that had good food.

The manager team was very friendly and always asked if we needed anything. The place was clean but had not been updated since the 70s. It was worth it for the price. Great location just 2 blocks from the boardwalk. Great restaurants locally.
