Aqua Beach Hotel

Okay for the good. The location is super great, close to the boardwalk and beach, and the staff usually reacted quickly on most issues. HOWEVER we must address the issues we did have. Upon arrival and we have stayed there previously many times, they AGAIN put us poolside. Front desk informed us that ONLY though the hotel\'s site will they book you into an oceanfront or oceanview room. Next the TV needed to be reprogrammed because we were only getting the OTA Philly stations, that and a clogged toilet and bad water pressure were solved quickly. The pool had paint which came off on my back but the worst was the WIFI, absolutely nonexistent in the room, spotty if best outside. I had to tether my phone all the time there. Now depending on who you get at the front desk depends on the answer you\'ll get. Running the gamut from we\'ll fix it with a booster tomorrow to "what\'s a booster, nothing is wrong with the wifi". Frustrating experience and the last time I\'ll book there.

Only down fall is the parking spaces too close together. And hard to get in and out of vechile. I would of loved to drove further out but parking was an issue if i did.

Parking lot is absolutely horrific. The spaces are way too small.

The location and 5th floor hammocks, and tables. The view is awesome.

Family hotel, if you want a quiet hotel don’t book a room on the first floor along the pool. Kids having fun in pool till 10 pm. Very noisy.

Clean. Beautiful location overlooking beach. There was a miscommunication regarding housekeeping but not a big deal. Staff were friendly & helpful. I would have like some hooks in bathroom to hang clothes or bath towels. Otherwise room was satisfactory.

Room was not ready till 5pm and hotel never contacted me to notify when room is available. Rooms were not bad, just a little dirty. Hotel staff went into my room without my permission and was trying to check me out at 8 a.m. the following day. AC units were leaking water, making walking to elevator challenging.

The property is not clean. The floors weren’t clean and when we checked in they were filled with sand. The shower head was filled with black mold and I had to clean it with bleach before we took a shower. The mattress was all springs and was very uncomfortable.

Clean room, nice staff

The hotel itself is in a wonderful location. However, the hotel definitely needs updates. When walking in our room when we first arrived, we had a tile floor in the bottoms of her feet were dirty by the end of the day. The bathroom had different areas of flooring that was crumbling, and the area under the bathroom vanity looked as if it was starting to disintegrate.

Horrible… Rooms filthy, People hanging out on decks till 2 am screaming partying…. All ghetto trash people… Ive never wanted to get home so fast…. NEVER AGAIN… Clean your hotel for tge prices you charge

The location is perfect for walking to the beach and boardwalk. The hotel is actually perfectly fine. Only issue we had were stains on the sheets and they weren't changed after the staff serviced the room after the first night. Other issue is the staff did not enforce the rules at the pool where it clearly has an age minimum for the hot tub yet it was constantly full of little kids. Would recommend for the location

Clean room, nice staff, nice pool

We have stayed at Aqua Beach several times but it has been several years since our last visit. This time, we noticed that the housekeeping services were lacking. Out of a five night stay, they only made to our room twice. We had to get towels from the front desk the other three. The facilities were clean otherwise. It is conveniently lovted near the boards and is quiet which is typical of the Crest.

This was my fourth stay at Aqua Beach Hotel. My room (Largo, oceanside) was large and clean with an efficiency. The staff was friendly and did their jobs. The pool area was clean. I love the location on the southern end of the Boardwalk. Beach access is extremely convenient. One suggestion. If you intend to make tea/coffee in the room, bring your own mug. The cups in the room were very small. That's a tiny issue. I like it there.

Rooms and beach views were very nice. Only negative thing was the parking spaces are small. We really enjoyed our stay.

The microwave had broken handle and smashed glass. Toilet mostly worked had to shake handle or would keep running .no curtains,blinds only. Lights on right outside window where kept on all night! Light coming through window all nite also. Not able to turn off. Big window for ocean view was great. Should be able to turn outside lights out!!

The location was great! Could literally walk to everything. Rooms are outdated even though they did updates. Rooms were clean. Bed uncomfortable. Parking is tight as in spots are tight (packed in like sardines) but luckily did not have trouble finding a spot. Right across from the beach but it is a far walk but I guess that is normal for the area. Pool area is great but sometimes busy. We had an oceanfront room but they do not have private balconies so it defeats the purpose of paying for an upgraded room when you don’t even really use your “balcony” because it is a walk way. Overall had a good time with my family for the time were there.

Room was large and layout was very adequate.

The bathrooms are less than desirable. No electrictrical outlets, need safety bars in bathtubs, bathtub very slick and when pulling uo knob for shower the whole spout comes out of the wall. There was good water pressure in the shower.

It is a little dated but clean and it has pretty good amenities. I also liked the location so, all in all a great stay.

I'll be honest. I didn't have high expectations for this property, but they were at least met. It can be tough finding a larger unit with a kitchen during peak season on somewhat short notice, and I was happy to get SOMETHING. The room was serviceable, if a bit plain (lots of white), and we did have a view of the ocean from a nice little balcony with a great breeze. However, there were a number of issues that really kept us from fully enjoying the room. 1. The beds were awful. Old, soft, noisy, and the mattresses were shredding. 2. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped, but the drawers and cabinets need handles or pulls because anyone with decent-sized fingers can't use the little recesses. 3. Other pieces of furniture were worn or damaged as well (couch looked like a cat sharpened its claws on it, toilet set was very chipped, one of the vertical blind slats wouldn't stay attached, etc). 4. The AC blew very moist air, such that all our clothing was damp by the second day. 5. Room door didn't close right. Required a very hard shove to latch, and there was a gap around most of it which let in a lot of noise (and there was a lot of noise from other guests). Actually, soundproofing in general was lacking; we could hear loud water rushing whenever someone upstairs flushed their toilet. I do have to add that Joey at the front desk was REALLY great and helped improve our stay. Also, even if the room sleeps 6 or 8, you can only park ONE CAR on the premises.

Hard to sleep. No curtains in bedroom and the blinds let the light in. I would have liked a smart tv

My only complaint was the noise level after 11:00 pm. it was impossible to sleep until way after midnight. The room appeared to have recently been renovated and was very nice.

Our room key did not work until 24 hours after checkin everytime we needed to access our room we had to wait for maintenance which could take about 20 minutes or so. The next day we asked the owner Jadie for some discount in which we were informed to do so the night before she gave us 10% off first night. Also explained there was no parking available. She said it doesn’t say guaranteed just each room comes with a parking spot I assumed that meant we had a parking spot I was mistaken. No chairs around pool available even though pool was empty other then three guest. Every chair was saved with towels. The staff was very nice and felt so bad for our situation but the owner was arrogant and cocky with a smile.

Unfortunately many things were not so good. Starting with the check in. Room was not ready , cleaned in the last minute, they blame it on the cleaning schedule. Bathroom space was very small , although the space was large but empty. Very small sink, toilet seat as for kids, shower head in the shower very antiquated and small. Room has a kind of a kitchenette which I was very happy about but hold on, utensils are very few.. You need to bring your own plates . No coffee on offer although there is a coffee maker in the room . Toiletries you only get in the first day , soap is so tiny that is not enough for a full shower . Also room was very expensive for the service. Over $300 per night That’s all.

The management team is trash. I have a recording from our conversation on Friday about the charges and how I was with a company. They said no problem everything is paid in full. I get there and they need a card on file for accidental no problem give them my card and then I check my account the next morning and they charged me 200 with no authorization from me to charge my card. I asked to speak to a manager and 4 days later she calls and they can’t refund my card and hangs up on me. I actually didn’t mind the hotel or location. Customer service is terrible so I would never let my company stay at this hotel again. Had all the right information to use the company card even a card with the company and my name. So I don’t understand the issues. They have staff on property staying but no one can help but the lady that hardly speaks English.

We stayed here for a couple nights during Memorial Day Weekend and it did not disappoint. Clean rooms, helpful staff, heated and clean pool. There was an issue with our air conditioning and maintenance had a new unit in within minutes.

The staff was extremely cold and unhelpful, especially the front desk.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Concierge at front desk named Joey was caring and ensured all of our needs were met. Thank you AquaBeach.

Unfortunately, the stay did not go well. We had a broken TV. I requested towels and did not receive them. The maintenance team could not fix the TV after several attempts. There were several interrupted visits by them with limited communication. We had to leave that room only to be placed in a new room with other issues. We cut our vacation short because of several issues with the room and they would not reimburse our stay.

Check in was a cluster fudge. Had to wait until 4 until room was ready while others who came after us got their rooms. Kids running wild in pool and upper decks. Morning check out staff was very nice.

Good location, comfortable and clean. Excellent front desk reception services.

Easy access to the beach and hotel has a good sized pool with several grills for cooking. Hotel is near the entrance to the boardwalk and easy access to the tramcar for heading north to the main part of the boardwalk.

10 minutes to walk to boardwalk, bike rentals within 5 minute walk, convenient parking, many dining options within walking distance. great price for a place right on the beach. i will return again

Hotel was clean updated, pool was really nice, walk right to beach or boardwalk to get food. Perfect location.

Good value in off season, right on the beach

Located right off the boardwalk and beach. Nice pool area with hot tub and nice rooftop area with hammocks. Comfortable bed, nice staff.

It clean, staff are always friendly, affordable and close to everything. You park your car and don’t need to drive anywhere the rest of your stay as everything is walking distance, or you can take the Tram Car, please! We stay here every time we come to Wildwood.

The hotel was clean and charming and in a wonderful location with less noise than the more central parts of Wildwood. There is a cafe on site and the pool is spacious with live music on the weekends. What a treat! My only complaint was the lack of curtains, as the room faced the ocean and it was very bright by the time 7am rolled around. I chip-clipped a few blankets I had in my trunk and that solved the problem for the short term.

Perfect place for a family beach vacation. It’s right on the beach, the café is perfect for breakfast lunch or dinner. The food was great and the prices were very reasonable. I walked the entire strip and I really think that our hotel was a great value.

The hotel was clean. The people were friendly. I didn't like the small appliances in our kitchen. the coffee pot was just a basic coffee pot no Keurig. The toaster was again just a basic toaster . The metal plate on the bottom didn't stay closed. There were no way to pop the toast up without waiting for it to pop and it was burnt. It was nice having a fridge in the room but it made a loud banging noise all the time. it did keep everything cold. We used the pool and hot tub a few times. We enjoyed them and they were clean . The people we met at the pool were friendly. We over all had a good time and look forward to going back again.

1st. The welcome was easy . nice group. we noticed that the brochures that would be in the stand's in the lobby were not nothing????? Amenities: shampoo, body cream n towels. Box of tissues. No tub mat, they give a setup for coffee , no filters or coffee/tea/ sugar’s etc. It was nice to stay around the pool Nice little restaurant on 1st floor, serving breakfast n lunch…
