Banyu Biru Villa

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice villa, great location!

The resort was ok, but I expected better. The rooms were clean, but only had ac in the rooms and not in common areas making it impossible to spend time together in your Villa. People and service were nice, but everything was more difficult getting around than necessary. Their buggy’s or shuttle system was not optimized for getting around the resort leading to a lot of waiting around.

The bathroom was not adequate for 5 people . Water drainage was bad. No airconditioning in the living room . So we couldnt sit downstairs.

Employees are so kind that we felt comfortable

Villa was nice and clean. Staff were nice and friendly.
