The hotel could be really nice but it’s like stepping back into the 80s . Everything is old and dated. Never saw any staff , no safe in rooms, no tea and coffee in room , paint peeling off ceiling.

So the property is closing after Labor Day for a full remodel and showed every day of its use. Although noted in their notice, I did not catch it and thought that it was a different property that we stayed at previously. My bad

Property run down. Rm carpet disgusting No hot water 2 days Sink doesn’t drain No breakfast as advertised. Housekeeping done at 5:00 pm. Very inconvenient considering I was out of my room all day. Mgr very nice and understanding but used excuse that they’re remodeling soon over and over! However, that didn’t help me in the present. She did give me a small refund but not nearly enough to compensate for my inconveniences, eg I had to shower at a friend’s home nearby twice!! VERY DISAPPOINTED and request that you contact me for further discussion on this matter. This was booked through Expedia.

Amenities? What amenities? There was a pool nice, balcony nice, ice none broken machine, room above constant stomping in room above early morning and evening. Didn't clean room second day until late afternoon, came back to 4 people in the room. Refridgerator in room very noisy sounded like a machine dying. Lots of excuses from front desk about renovation starting Sept2026. So much for summer 2026 guests.😏

My wife and I were extremely disappointed in our stay at the Queen Anne Inn. Granted, we were told that the Inn was sold last November and the new owners planned a massive renovation post Labor Day. Nonetheless, we found the current condition of the property largely in disrepair both inside and out: paint peeling; missing shingles on the roof; collapsing external structures; filthy, spotted carpeting, the swimming pool was dirty and not well maintained. Furthermore, we returned to the room late one evening to find the complete absence of wash cloths and towels (clean or otherwise) in the bathroom; problems with the laundry that day was the explanation. The trash cans were never emptied. Notably, the woman managing the front desk at the time of our departure was extremely attentive and fully sympathetic to my complaint.
