Clean, safe, decent TV, exercise room, laundry. It’s not bad. Just don’t expect fancy. And remember it’s long-term stays so people cook in their rooms so the hall can be a little smelly, but it’s fine in your room.

Didn’t have the double bed suite I booked when arrived. Had to settle for 1 bed, a bit difficult with children. Did appreciate the staff and the safety of the property. The laundry facility was a major plus.

No one was there to check in. Room wasn’t ready at almost 5pm and even then still not clean. Most uncomfortable beds ever. No one was there for checkout either and had to call and wait on hold for any service

Property was ok...The hallways have an order that is hard to describe and the carpet is dirty. A pill was on my floor and the floor appeared not to have been cleaned. Check in was great, staff was friendly wish you had coffee.

Good hotel But is is an extended stay so no breakfast and there was nobody at the property and they checked me out 1 hour early I this because my card stoped working at 10am I tried virtual front desk and they told me that I had checked out so they couldn’t get me another key to finish getting my things out the room. My children left 2 bags and a couple chargers that I was not allowed to get. Just clothes and chargers but it was ours. I ended up leaving after waiting till 11:30am to see if someone a human would come so we can get our things nobody came. But the room was tidy and the bathroom had hair everywhere. I will never book at this hotel again. I even asked the virtual front desk for a corporate number he told me that he didn’t have access to it. SMH. Next time I’ll stick with my normal hotel drury at least they serve breakfast and supper. Very disappointing situation

It's obviously cheaper than all the nearby hotels for a reason. The floors were dirty, blanket on bed was dirty. There wasn't a shower curtain so we had to go ask for one. And put it on ourselves. You only get 2 very small pillows, and 2 towels, we had to go ask for extra towels. It's bare minimum

Tub was dirty and had previous occupant's hair in it, no remote for TV, no sleep sofa as advertised, sink drain in the kitchen had old food in strainer, toilet was dirty. They was no one at the front counter when arriving. Had to use the service phone to get someone to come get checked in. The floors looked dirty. The sink area was stained. The pillows was so flat it was as if you didn’t even have one. Called the next morning for an iron and ironing board and the front desk was closed. I was told we could get an iron until 10 when the desk opened up. How am I supposed to iron get dressed and be out the room by 11. This has been my first experience in a hotel with this type of service. I will never stay here again.

Property itself was great and deserves the 5 stars. The people around me were a little noisy, but it wasn’t loud past 11 and it wasn’t that big of a deal anyway. Great location for the airport and felt safe.

My room was empty for some reason. The only thing the room had was a bed with sheets and comforters, absolutely nothing else. No soap, no cups, no ice bucket, nothing not even a shower curtain. I notified the staff and they said they would fix immediately and in my two nights there no one ever came to fix the room. The hotel does not have staff on duty at all times When I checked out at around 9:45am on a Sunday the metal gate was closed at the front desk.

I stayed a night and received dirty towels, went down stairs was informed that there wasn’t any towels washed and ready that i would receive a call, never got one then was told at checkout the next morning that they would talk to a manager about the fact that they didn't have any towels to see if i could get a refund and never heard anything back from anyone first and last stay i will never stay here again.

I got there for a weeklong convention in North Carolina and even though I had a confirmation number on my phone I got there and told me they had no room for me. They were oversold and then I had no room so I had to go to a different hotel. That stinks. I had a confirmation number.

very terrible check in they made me pay twice for one day and I wouldn’t recommend this place all because I came in late mind you any other hotel would’ve gladly accepted me no problems. Not only did it. Take about 20 minutes if not 30 for them to just check me in because it was late. They acted like it was a huge inconvenience and I’m out of almost 100 bucks now zero out of 10 wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The property is great and the front desk ladies that assisted especially the one who came in on her day off to assist is much appreciated . What makes this property poor is the fact the front desk was closed down before the end business hours which left several of us customers in the lobby some for 1hour and a half just to check in and get our keys to rooms we already paid for . There was an emergency phone in the lobby that we all used until finally someone showed up which happened to be the lady on her day off not sure what happened with that and it was never explained . We stayed for an entire weekend our room did not have wash clothes and we dialed zero on the room phone and the gentlemen who answered just kept saying il bring them we never got them and everytime we went downstairs to ask someone the window was down and no one was available . We ended up having go buy our own. We never saw a customer service rep at the front lobby until Sunday check out time and that’s when she supplied cloths and towels after letting her know about the experience we had but of course it was to late we already bought . Definitely need a more reliable and available customer service representative to help weekend traveling guest

My room key didn't work 2/3 evenings when i got back from the work event... when i was tired, extra grumpy and ready for bed... no one was anywhere except at kiosk to fix my key, or i called the number from Google maps and after 20 min found out they could not find my reservation because it's not the right property.

Can't even give a review of the interior of the hotel because no one was there to check us in. There's a kiosk to use for after hours check in and no one would answer us. Had to take my 76 year old father across the street to check in at almost 11pm because the malfunction in the process. Will not be trying this place again.

No one was at the desk, in spite of it only being 9 pm when I arrived. I had to use their kiosk to check in and had to wait a few minutes to get an agent to help me. Not very efficientl.

Hotel in a very good location, quite nice building. But the staff and cleaning issues are really teribble. No one cleaning the rooms, there is no any daily service for clean towels and etc.

Didn’t have the double bed suite I booked when arrived. Had to settle for 1 bed, a bit difficult with children. Did appreciate the staff and the safety of the property. The laundry facility was a major plus.

Property was ok...The hallways have an order that is hard to describe and the carpet is dirty. A pill was on my floor and the floor appeared not to have been cleaned. Check in was great, staff was friendly wish you had coffee.

Good hotel But is is an extended stay so no breakfast and there was nobody at the property and they checked me out 1 hour early I this because my card stoped working at 10am I tried virtual front desk and they told me that I had checked out so they couldn’t get me another key to finish getting my things out the room. My children left 2 bags and a couple chargers that I was not allowed to get. Just clothes and chargers but it was ours. I ended up leaving after waiting till 11:30am to see if someone a human would come so we can get our things nobody came. But the room was tidy and the bathroom had hair everywhere. I will never book at this hotel again. I even asked the virtual front desk for a corporate number he told me that he didn’t have access to it. SMH. Next time I’ll stick with my normal hotel drury at least they serve breakfast and supper. Very disappointing situation

The room wasn’t very clean the hallway smelling, especially the floors extremely dirty. The service was awful my first impression as soon as I walked up I rang the bell. Heard a young lady speaking loudly on a phone call a personal phone call failed to acknowledge me. I rang it two more times and she finally acknowledge that I was there however she said give me a second rudely. The air conditioner was leaking water on the floor, however it worked great. I also asked for a late check out. I let the gentleman in the front now. Someone called my cell phone at 9:15am to ask if I was checking out today Monday morning. After I asked for a late check out. although I did check out at exactly 11 o’clock. he ended up waking me up Los Angeles time so I was exhausted. I didn’t appreciate the disruption. Overall, I would rate this stay at 3/5. I don’t plan to book here again and will never recommend.

Sketchy hotel with lots of transient people walking around, a terrible smell and generally speaking, a very shady vibe. We did not feel comfortable staying here with kids. I do not recommend.
