The hotel was nice and clean. It has a restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It also has a bar. The only downside is breakfast hours are limited. They should extend breakfast until 11am. The room was clean and spacious. The beds are soft pillow top and comfortable. There is a variety of soft and firm pillows on the beds that you can choose from. The bathroom was clean and is stocked with Dove Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and Body Lotion. There is also a hair dryer. The toilet and seat should be replaced. The toilet had rust marks inside the bowl and the seat had a peel mark on it like it was painted. They have an indoor pool that is open from 10am-10pm. It’s kinda small but the room is clean and heated. I had one issue with staff to which housekeeping knocked on my door at 1030am my first morning there asking if we wanted fresh towels, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. They did the same thing on the morning of checkout also. They knocked on the door at 1015am asking if we were ready to leave, but check out isn’t until 11am.

Property is located near park and has several options for food. However, hotel is dated. Bathroom is warn and in disrepair. The pool was out of order. You have to sign a waiver for towels. Breakfast cost 15$. Can visit local Dunkin’ Donuts for better options. It served it’s purpose.

The room was excellent - up-to-date with lots of power and USB ports around the room. The heat and AC unit worked great. The bathrooms were very up-to-date and bright. There were other unique functional features that made our room very pleasant. Front desk staff, including Carlos, were very cordial. Easy parking. Easy on and off the nearby highway 78.

Walking into the house it was clean, air was fresh. The concierge was very welcoming. It took less that 10 mins to check in. The hotel has a bar, pool and breakfast for a low cost. Usually i would've did a thoroughly cleaning of the room, but instead just sprayed my lysol just an an added comfort. My family would definitely stay there again Also. Dorney Park and a host of restaurants are less than a 10 minute drive from the hotel.

Staff was awesome for sure from the front desk to the bartender and server's, pool was out of service, all washing machines were out of service, first room we were put in had a shower that would not turn off and made the room damp, but the staff helped us get a new room.

This was the best hotel experience I've ever had in my 25 years of travel experience. Not only were the rooms and entire facility clean, but it was also operated professionally by the hospitable staff working all shifts. The overnight people were just as cordial as the morning and afternoon staff. Lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was also a nice tough! Work out and pool facilities were clean and well managed. Whatever we needed the staff had us covered immediately with a smile. Any time I come back to the area I will frequent this location and encourage my friends and family to do the same. THE REVIEWS ON EXPEDIA DO NOT DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE TRUST ME!!!

Staff and living area of our room were great but bathroom was kind of gross, poor choice of materials, shower door tracks and surround looked impossible to keep clean, dripping shower head, no water pressure, previous guest's toothbrush was left between gap between vanity and wall, make shift repair to door look like the bottom had rotted out due to uncontained water.

Hotel smelled like chlorine due to the indoor pool. Pool water looked cloudy. Room was ok. Floor was dirty. Sink in bathroom not very clean. Bathroom ceiling has brown spots, possibly mold, shower doors would not stay closed. Noisy near road, you can hear the people above you. I would not stay again.

We always stay here when in town. As an IHG rewards member, I was a little disappointed to be given a room that overlooked the highway. By the time we arrived we were too tired to change it though.

Beautiful updated property with very friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable beds and rooms. Only issue for us was the sliding glass doors on the shower in our room would not stay closed, nor would the water fully turn off. So, a constant drip heard during the night, and shower doors just kept opening while trying to shower. I did advise them of the issues, and they wrote down and definitely seemed concerned and wanted to fix. I would think these are minor issues that once fixed, there is no reason to not come back here. Very nice place and service.

The service is not up to par. Called the day before to request an early check-in and was promised my room would be ready at 2pm. Showed up at 2:05pm, was told the room is not ready and that i needed come back at 3pm. Requested a room for 4 people and there was only 2 towels in the room. Called front desk and was told that I have to come downstairs to the front office to request 2 more, as they had no one to send them up. Called front desk and was told that I have to come downstairs to the front office to request 2 more, as they had no one to send them up. More traffic noise than I would have liked. Convenient to I-78, but not well sheltered from noise. Check-in was crowded. Desk clerk was very polite and competent, there were just a lot of people to check in. And one large group had multiple requests and changes. So it goes. We also had a fire alarm go off at 415AM or so. Turns out it was real, kitchen fire, we were outside for about 40 min. No one was injured. We were all safe. Just disruptive night. No breakfast in AM, and we were refunded our prepaid breakfast fee. Events conspired against this being an overall relaxing night. Staff handled everything well, so my compliments to them overall.

The property was located in a odd spot next to a construction suppy yard on a side road with no street lights leading to it. After a five hour ride to arrive at 9:30pm, it would have been nice to have been greeted with eye contact and a warm welcoming smile at the lobby desk instead of a feeling that that you were bothering the staff. I suppose there was little to no hospitality training or the night staff front desk individual did not attend for a smile goes a long way at the least... it was the most unwelcoming feeling I ever received as a hotel patron. The breakfast that was paid for through the Expedia reservation was not available the first morning from staff miscommunication advised. The next morning the pancakes were cold and dry the bagels were hard like bricks, one 4 inch small bottle of syrup was provided after asking for one since none were present. And anther hotel guest came to our table and asked for the syrup since that is all that was provided. When asked I was advised that the hotel didn't have any butter either?? The employees were embarrassed. The lobby desk employee (who was nice and hospitable) could not offer any credit or refund since the booking was not placed through them. On the morning of the third, day a blow dryer was finally provided after asking 4 different employees from arrival. Perhaps this is petty, but the tv channel changer only went in one direction and would not respond to any specific station request- you had to cycle through all.

Our check in was horrible. I had called a day ahead to touch base on a couple of things as there was a few rooms involved. Upon arrival the things discussed ahead of time we're not happening. After a very unpleasant discussion the man on the desk made it clear that he was not changing his mind. I asked for his supervisor and things just got worse. Our room’s bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t shut properly and I have teenagers. So the front desk was very accommodating. asked for a new room, but instead they just gave us an extra room. The employee Daryl was extremely nice and excellent customer service. If you have the option to pay for the breakfast at a discount, do it. We could have paid $10 in advance for 4 but they wanted $15 a person once there so we ate at Chick-fil-A instead. Overall a nice place and close to Dorney Park.

The hotel was nice and clean. It has a restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It also has a bar. The only downside is breakfast hours are limited. They should extend breakfast until 11am. The room was clean and spacious. The beds are soft pillow top and comfortable. There is a variety of soft and firm pillows on the beds that you can choose from. The bathroom was clean and is stocked with Dove Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and Body Lotion. "What did I not like you ask?" There were a lot of things I wasn't expecting and did not like. First, the location was inconvenient. The hotel does not have an entrance directly on/off the highway and everything is about 10 minute drive away because of this slight inconvenience to access the highway. Secondly biggest inconvenience is that the room did not have linens or pillows for the sofa bed. I had call the front desk twice, and even then I still had to go down to the front desk to get the linens only to realize she didn't give me pillows. The total time waiting for these items was about an hour and a half; she originally stated 15 minutes! Once I opened the sofa bed, there were crumbs on the mattress yuk! Third, the bathroom is not being kept clean; it has hard water marks and dust around the ledges. I took pics but there is no option to upload on this site. Fourth, I knew there wasn't free breakfast, but the "restaurant" isn't a restaurant - its basically an open area the free breakfast provides at HI express. Microwave eggs, frozen sandwiches, all processed food for $12-14 each plate! No Chef in sight. They don't even offer complimentary coffee!? I don't mind paying, but it's not fresh ingredients! They don't have half and half; just coffeemate original-this is syrup! There is an in room Keurig, but no bottled water. Lastly, the a/c has no controls in my room? However, room was clean, bed was comfortable, AC kept room cool in 93 degree heat and shades blocked most light from outside. Nice layout with movable tables, lots of outlets/ports to plug into. Breakfast was stellar with lots of hot options and food coffee.

Once I showed him that I had been given the room key, he realized that the clerk on duty at check-in had made a mistake. Staff doesn’t tell you that if you aren’t out of your room by 9:30am your room won’t get cleaned. Glass shower door would constantly slide open. Breakfast is $12.95 per person and doesn’t start till later on weekends - which front desk staff neglects to mention. Whole place needs maintenance and more housekeeping staff
