Pool was unavailable for 3 weeks, gym is in disarray, tennis court was locked up and security would even let me barrow a pen and she had 4 sitting right on her desk. Just terrible.

Etablissement très bien situé sur la plage de Miami. Accès direct à la plage, très belle vue, que ce soit côté mer ou même côté baie et Miami. Le check-In est un peu long. L'établissement et les chambres méritent un rafraichissement, c'est assez ancien et pas toujours bien entretenu. Les salles de bain sont assez vétustes, notamment la robinetterie, à changer. Nous avons eu deux appartements, le 1er était assez moyen, le 2e beaucoup mieux. Côté parking, il est inclus, ce qui est une excellente chose, car le parking à Miami Beach est un sujet important, mais attention aux jours d'affluence pour récupérer votre voiture, car c'est un service de voiturier qui emmène et récupère votre voiture au parking. Le dimanche matin nous avons attendu 1h devant l'hôtel avant de récupérer notre voiture. Donc un conseil, partez avant tout le monde. Le lendemain je suis parti à 8h. Globalement c'est plutôt un bon choix car ça reste moins cher qu'à South Beach, mais ce n'est pas le grand luxe évidemment.

Excellent location. Walking downstairs directly to the beach and ocean front. Free valet parking is super convenient. Check in is easy and fast. Swimming pool is also convenient with super warm water. Facility is a bit outdated but everything is working. Restaurant and shops conveniently located on property. 20 minutes Uber to south beach. Room condition exactly as pictured, we booked 1532, amazing ocean view perfect for watching sunrise. 3 large double/queen bed, so spacious. Room decor contemporary and exactly as pictured. Room is decent clean. Provides both towel and beach towel. Room facilities could use some update, but working fine. Great value for this location with amazing ocean view. Would stay again next time.

POOL IS CLOSED! staff isnt helpful, Check in took forever. Valet parking is all they offer and it takes a while unless you tip them big or be prepared to wait. Its not trust worthy!! They brought me the wrong car once and didnt check to see if i was the actual owner. The AC in the apt was very noisy! Could not sleep with it on. PROS:We got a city view which was nice, beach access is convenient. kitchenett came in handy with the basics

I stayed here May 25-May 28 to celebrate my birthday. I’ve stayed at this location a few times before and have never had a problem. I enjoy the beach access and pool, but this time the pool was closed for construction. This was upsetting to find out because I was not told until the day before my reservation. One of the main reasons for my stay was the pool access. Had I been informed sooner that there was no pool access during this time, I would have chosen another location. By the time I was told I was unable to cancel my reservation. The lack of transparency was disappointing.

The we loved the stay ! Although the valet parking was hectic it was manageable and we enjoyed the service. Great views and perfect pool for relaxation.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We booked for two nights. On the first evening when we arrived, we noticed that the hair dryer, the microwave, and several outlets weren’t working. So I called the front desk around 6:30 PM to let them know the hair dryer wasn’t working and that we would need one for the evening. The man on the phone said, ‘I’m sorry, ma’am, there’s no one working at this hour, so you’ll have to wait until tomorrow.’ I kindly replied that I needed a hair dryer that evening and that I didn’t mind coming down to the front desk to exchange mine for a working one. He replied again, ‘I’m sorry, ma’am, no one is working, you’ll have to wait until tomorrow.’ So I gave up on the hair dryer situation and we went out in Miami. We got back to the hotel at 1:00 AM and waited an hour and a half for valet parking!!!!!!! On Sunday morning, we woke up early to go to brunch, and this time we waited another hour for valet parking!! Later that day, we returned to drop off the car again—another hour-long wait just to drop it off. My husband even asked the valet staff if they needed help and also asked to speak to a manager. There was no manager at the hotel, and certainly not at 1:30 AM. This hotel is a disaster in every possible way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

No towels after first use we were required to wash our own. No washers and dryers required a cash card we had to get downstairs The lint traps were disgusting and half didn’t work Had to take our trash in grocery bags to o a trash room The pool was fantastic and heated and the pool bar was great The hallways had a bad odor Had to listen to a valet cuss a customer and his shirt said supervisor Uber drivers said the area of entry is unsafe due to how they do valet Pillows were flat Refrigerator was frozen Shelf for dishes leaned scared to put dishes back on Windows filthy Great views Beach access was good

Do not ever rent on this property. Some of the worst customer service, and the worst property I have ever been on. Both showers did not work in our room. The TVs didn’t work. You constantly have to call for towels and they deliver them when they feel like it. You have to empty out your own trash and they leave you zero cleaning supplies. They shut the pool down for three days out of our five day stay. The curtains in our room, kept falling to the floor, so I had to put blankets up in their place. They don’t allow early check-in, and everybody checks in at three, so you end up waiting in a ridiculously long line. Check out is also at 10. The only accepted valet cars. You wait forever and a day to get your car every time you need to leave the premises.

Es la Primera vez que veo una habitación en este país con tan malas condiciones . Una falta de higiene terrible , piso sucio , detergente de fregar con un mal olor a fosa .Las lámparas con falta de iluminación . Demasiado trabajo para poder coger mi carro …. En fin jamás vuelvo a este lugar!!!

Found multiple roches (bugs) inside the suite. Not at all happy with the suite. Informed host about this. Next day they sent a man with bug spray. Below expectation overall.

I cant even begin to describe who disgusting this place is . Mold, dirty , stained sheets . Hair from someone else. The toiled ewww. When i complained about the water being cold i got the rudest reply . Please dont stayyy there pleaseee

Excelente por juntinho da praia, com ducha ao voltar pro apartamento pra tirar a areia. Manobrista grátis foi espetacular…Piscina boa, Internet excelente. Espaço bom no apartamento. Pontos a melhorar: Microondas enferrujado, Faltava garfos na cozinha, somente um fogãozinho portátil de uma chama , roupas de cama antigas e pouco confortáveis…

location was very good. Apartment is very old and not clean at all. Old blood stain was found in the bathroom and the tub had signs of mold.

Not sure how this place is still open. The room was disgusting. The shower would fill up with water and the water was yellow. We specifically asked for extra towels weeks before checking in and received none. The front desk told us the only way to get extra was to contact our host who told us we had to go downstairs and wash them in the laundry room. The AC unit dripped water immediately upon arrival and never stopped despite us never opening the balcony door. There are no paper towels provided. The sheets had hair, sand and stains all over them. Horrible.

Sheets stained, we took covers from other beb because the one with clean sheets was very loud when rolling and getting in and out of bed.

Place was filthy. Bedding was 20 years old. Elevator was a joke. Pool area was closed at 6. Food at restaurant was garbage.

It was a nice view but the roof was in the way and there was so much cockroaches. I had to spray the whole room down just so i wont bring any home with me. The bathtub faucet was leaking all night and day I couldn’t sleep. Overall we never stayed in the room unless we were sleeping or to shower. Liked the beachfront but thats pretty much it. We stayed 3 nights but they only gave us 2 small rolls of tissue paper and told me they dont restock because they are not a hotel but I booked on ** hotels.com ** they also told me the day of my trip pool was getting repaired but it didn’t seem like they ever going to fix it. It looked fine to me and even still clean but no one can use it so really a waste of money if no one can use pool and they lied saying it was in the listing when its not and denied half refund back for false advertising.

The shower appeared to need some touching up visually (some peeling paint, shower head leaking, etc.), and the “ocean view” advertised for our room was mostly overlooking the roof. However, aside from those two things, the room itself was great. A slight nitpick though - the soaps in the bathroom smelled like burning chemicals, almost like the type of chemical used in perms at hair salons. Outside the room, the property was very busy most times of the day, making the elevators and car valet services difficult to utilize without crowding and/or long waits. With that in mind, overall the stay was very good, especially for the price. The aforementioned hiccups should just be kept in mind if planning to stay here.

No option to self park makes leaving very inconvenient and expensive. Getting bags to room is difficult since you can’t take the carts to your car which is down the lobby stairs. No heater in room and AC is very noisy.

Room view was good, but the property needs maintenance, first floor bathroom lights was broken and the balcony does not close probably, no enough tool for whole family , also the balcony need pest control there's many ants, and flys.

Please for the love of god do not book this property. The building itself is wonderful, except for the roaches in the trash room. The room would not cool. Air conditioning was broken. Host argued with me stating that is was working just fine. Many others had this issue. They came to look at it twice stating it was fine and left fans. Beds were uncomfortable and old. Low price was definitely not worth it. I do not know how they are still in business

The rooms are old. The bathroom needs to be remodeled, the bathtub is so old. The bedroom was fine, but this time the room was in the back of the building with a long small window on the top of the wall looking to a roof and the ocean was a little bit in the view. Last year U had a beautiful view looking to the water canals of Collins Avenue. No this time. Awful.

We rented this apartment to spend time with family with a late flight. It worked perfectly for that with a couch and beds to sit on and lots of room for the babies to crawl around. I was appreciative of the clean port a crib that was provided. Otherwise, I can’t say I would stay again. The guy checking in for valet was incredibly rude. The line to check in was long (we went to the apartment then came back which was better). The apartment was clean and stocked with basics. The AC worked enough to keep the apartment comfortable but was never cold. The bathroom was clean but still felt gross. With three inches of caulk around the sink and all parts of the shower. The tub had been painted and was peeling. The door was warped from water damage. Good price for the area but I would find a different area next time. Communication was easy.

The microwave smoked and not all the outlets worked.

The lobby was nice but not our room was not. (425) It was basically a closet next to the trash shoot. There is NO ocean view. The windows are up too high to look out and when you do it's just the roof. The bed broke and wasn't fixed until the next morning. Tub and floor was PAINTED and peeling. Very cheap and uncomfortable. Outlets for microwave didn't work. Elevators were a nightmare, check in was a nightmare. Security "didn't have my information" so I had to go to the realtor in the basement and beat on the door to which NO ONE answered. Took two hours to check in. The pool was nice but the tiki bar closed at 6pm every night. Restaurant wasn't open. Beach was very small and a straight drop down to the water. 5 ft in and your up to your neck. Not good for kids. There's no entertainment to walk too. If you wanted to go somewhere you had to deal with the valet parking. We basically stayed in our closet of a room all week.

Check in process is horrible. They have the security guards pulling double duty trying to check in, hand out and validate parking passes for dozens of guests at a time. There were only four guests in front of me but it took 40 minutes for them to get to me. After waiting all that time they told me I have no room. The room I paid for was given to someone else. The security guards had to call the managers who tried to tell me it was Expedia's fault. After another 30 minutes I was given another room which was not at all what I booked. I booked an ocean view suite but they have me a non ocean view studio and said they still couldn't change it the next day. Add to that, the bed had no top sheet, just a fitted one and the comforter. It was also on wheels without a headboard which caused it to freely roll around when you laid on it. The wifi did not work and the pool is under construction. I could not recommend this hotel as there were way too many problems.

Muy cerca de la playa, piscina agradable. Pesima comunidad al momento de estar ena reserva (unas sabanas estaban sucias, llamamos para quejarnos y pedir que las cambiaran, sin embargo, nunca llegaron) no contestan correos y rara vez el teléfono (no tienen oficina fisica)

No room service. And was not informed about it until 2 days after arriving! I asked for clean towels and they told me to go wash my dirty towels. I called expidia and they couldn’t to anything .. so they got me half off the price (still pending) I week into my stay I asked for clean sheets and again they told me to go wash them but eventually they changed them!! Stay away!!’ Do not stay here! By the way security is rude beyond belief..

Tercera vez que nos hospedamos allí, lo elegimos por ubicación, comodidad, parking y la cercanía a la playa y al centro y autopistas, pero si es necesario contar con auto. La facilidad de entrar con un código a cualquier horario, es genial. El personal de girasole muy amable, pero la gente de la recepción del edificio (seguridad) realmente mala la atención, malos modos y tratos, es la crítica constructiva para presentar frente al edificio. Por otro lado, pasadas las 3 noches de hospedaje si daría un servicio de cambio de toallas/sábanas y limpieza del lugar.

The experience at Girasole Apartment was beyond disappointing and completely disrupted my plans. Upon arrival, the valet lost my car keys, forcing us to wait hours for a locksmith, which threw off our entire schedule for the day. The inconvenience didn't stop there. At check-in, there was another delay because the staff had failed to inform the front desk of our reservation. When I finally made it to the apartment, I was horrified to find the bathroom filthy and the air conditioning unit leaking water all over the kitchen counter and floor. I had to place a towel on the floor, which was completely soaked through. As if that wasn't enough, there was alarm testing for three consecutive days, making it impossible for me to work. When I requested a refund to move to a different property, Girasole Apartment refused to let me leave, despite the numerous issues I faced. Eventually, I was moved to a new suite that didn’t have these problems, but the lack of an internet password caused further delays in my work. This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I will never return to this place and will make sure others are aware of the terrible service provided.

The stay was great with the best part being the closeness to the beach. The hotel had portable fold up chairs to take to the beach which was nice. The apartment could benefit from some updating but it was good. We enjoyed our stay here.

The lobby looked nice, but the hallway to our room smelled of vomit and it lingered into our room, the rooms were dirty. Staff was subpar. Hotel restaurant closed an hour early and opened late (nowhere else to get food), service was terrible, food was mediocre at best.

Had a nice stay, and it was in a great spot to get to get on the beach. Its not walking distance to many places but the have a restaurant, bar, shops, etc all in the hotel on the base level. Howevever the door handle that went to the balcony broke when i tried closing the door. But over all, i would recommend staying here

Preisleistung ist top , unser Zimmer war für diesen Aufenthalt ok das Bad eher mäßig und die Küchenutensilien nicht zu gebrauchen . Aber alles in allem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und alle waren super nett und die Location und Strand top . Essen am Pool war auch super .also wer in top Lage günstig wohnen will ist hier richtig .

The elevator was a "smart" elevator. Didn't always seem to be all that smart. Not timely. 90% of the time stairs were taken. Slowness of elevator is my only complaint. Positives: Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful! The restaurant service was always prompt has a great vibe. Location is great!

Great location, literally right next to the beach and about 20-25 minutes away from downtown Miami/south beach. Amenities are amazing- the heated pool is a gem and the bar by the pool has great service, good priced drinks/food with very friendly staff. The gym was under construction but will be nice to see what they do with it. There’s also several shops available including a Cuban breakfast spot with fresh coffee. Honestly you get what you pay for. The room had several issues, from having no lock (it was broken off) to the shower head falling off, and the room being freezing with no working temp control. But for the price the view was great and it really makes up in amenities. Oh and the power went out on the last day of my stay. I had to walk my suitcases down 9 flights of stairs. Lol. But the bright side is a very friendly valet member helped me. Just know what you’re getting for the price. I would honestly stay here again. It seems that the building is working on fixing the problems, doing some renovations, and the staff was very friendly.
