me dieron una habitacion para personas con discapacidad , que yo no pedi el cuarto estaba como viejo descuidado, me cobraron el estacionamiento aparte , y el personal que estaba el domingo en la mañana muy grosera , cuando le comente lo del estacionamiento

Booked a 5 day stay at this hotel thru Hotels.com., which stated “free parking”. On arrival I was told there would be a $10 per day parking fee. Checked the hotel’s website which states “parking available. No gated parking. No one checking on who is parking. Corporate greed on the part of the hotel and inaccurate property information by Hotels.com resulted in having to pay an extra $50. This property is not in New York or LA to be charging parking fee. Hotels.com needs to verify their claim of free parking.

Antes era el sitio donde quedarse al ir al Paso, en esta visita decepciona que ahora se cobra al huésped por el uso de estacionamiento y más aún decepciona el hecho que el servicio de limpieza solo se hace cada 3 días, cuando la razón de ir a un hotel es que se haga el aseo a la habitación diario para llegar a una habitación limpia para tomar un buen descanso. Consideraré quedarme en otro lugar cuando vuelva a El Paso.

There was no hot water whether you showered early in the morning or late at night. Housekeeping brought clean towels once in 6 days and did no cleaning whatsoever. Elevator floors were filthy.

Es terrible que en ningún momento (desde hacer la reservacion ni en el check-in) se nos informe sobre la nueva política de tener que avisar que SI queremos que se haga aseo al cuarto. Llegamos al cuarto cansados del día, y llegamos a una habitación sin asear porque no avisamos que queríamos que hicieran aseo. Por 25 años la política ha sido avisar (mediante un mensaje colgado en la puerta) cuando NO queremos que se haga el aseo. El decir que son políticas por COVID refuerzan aún más la necesidad de mantener la limpieza y sanidad del establecimiento. Si bien podemos adaptarnos a las políticas del hotel, es imperdonable darnos cuenta de la nueva política a altas horas de la noche, por parte de personal grosero, cuando ya no es posible hacer la limpieza del cuarto. Este hotel (que ha perdido nuestro respeto como hotel de la cadena MARRIOT) acaba de perder 4 clientes.

The room was nice with kitchenette; however, we were only staying one night before a flight at 6 am the next morning. The television screen in our room did not have connection - no TV. Front desk said technician was not available and when asked offered no refund. Then, while trying to sleep because of early flight.... a terrible noise awoke me. It sounded like someone was running a power tool! Unable to sleep, I called front desk at 11:30 pm. This clerk was very kind, said he would walk the hallways and listen. However, at 12:30 am, I heard it again. This time I realized that it was the refrigerator compressor, in the refrigerator in our room!! Solution - I turned off the refrigerator. I reported it to the front desk in the morning. Again, no offer of compensation. I don't know if the hotel has repaired the TV Direct TV connection or if they have repaired the refrigerator. If you are staying here, be sure to test/check/listen for everything in room as soon as you arrive. We did not have the breakfast or use any amenities; it was just to be a good rest before early flight - not.

No tenían la habitación solicitada 2 camas y querían darme con 1 cama. La reserva era para 3 personas. Finalmente si nos la dieron con 2 pero las camas TERRIBLES, totalmente hundidas, deterioradas.

En general bien, no me gustó que no aceptan pago en efectivo. Y adicional a eso te hacen un cargo como deposito en garantía sin avisarte el cual es equivalente al monto que estas pagando por tu estancia. Ya pasaron días y aun no me reembolsan, supongo que lo harán pero es un inconveniente porque puedes traer un presupuesto para tu tarjeta.

En general bien, no me gustó que no aceptan pago en efectivo. We arrived after 11 pm on a Thursday night. We got checked in fairly quickly. Went up to our room, and it was one king bed. I booked a 2 queen suite with fold out couch as we had our 3 kids with us. Went back down to the front desk, and she said sorry, they had no rooms like that available. We had already prepaid, they would not refund and it was so late we couldn't go anywhere else. The next day we were given the correct room, but never refunded for the first night, and half my family had to sleep on the floor. Not what I would expect for a hotel that we paid $140 a night for, and even worse they wouldn't refund our first night. Now I am stuck disputing with our credit card company for the first night. IF the room mess up wouldn't have happened it really is a nice hotel, good location, and everything else was fine.

Everything here was very clean, the service was great, the breakfast was crappy, the area was very peaceful and quiet, parking isn't free so keep in mind before you book because hotels.com or the property dont notify you. Overall a great stay.

me dieron una habitacion para personas con discapacidad , que yo no pedi el cuarto estaba como viejo descuidado, me cobraron el estacionamiento aparte , y el personal que estaba el domingo en la mañana muy grosera , cuando le comente lo del estacionamiento

The cleanliness of the hotel was very impressive. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. I recommend this property highly and would not hesitate staying here again.

We arrived after 11 pm on a Thursday night. We got checked in fairly quickly. Went up to our room, and it was one king bed. I booked a 2 queen suite with fold out couch as we had our 3 kids with us. Went back down to the front desk, and she said sorry, they had no rooms like that available. We had already prepaid, they would not refund and it was so late we couldn't go anywhere else. The next day we were given the correct room, but never refunded for the first night, and half my family had to sleep on the floor. Not what I would expect for a hotel that we paid $140 a night for, and even worse they wouldn't refund our first night. Now I am stuck disputing with our credit card company for the first night. IF the room mess up wouldn't have happened it really is a nice hotel, good location, and everything else was fine.

The hotel was clean, the rooms had very cute kitchen set uos and the breakfast was good. The staff was excellent. They were friendly, helpful and kind. They were the Best part of the hotel.

Excellent accommodations and well maintained facilities. Breakfast is exceptional (eggs taste fresh not like plastic in other hotels). Highly recommended!

Everything was good about our seven day stay except for the Dish TV service . Some days it was working good and other days not so good. But the staff and the room and other amenities made up for it. We loved the large room with a full size refrigerator and freezer. The large closet and storage areas were a plus for our extended stay. The roll out table under the fixed desk also provided a lot of work space. My wife called it our home away from home. If you knew my wife, you would know that is a great compliment and stamp of approval. It may not be the newest and flashiest hotel, but overall it was one of the best places we have ever stayed at.
