- After your reservation, you will receive an email from the property asking you, your contact number along with your estimated arrival time (ETA), please ensure to respond to any such communications sent directly via property.
- Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After this period, all payments made are final and non-refundable.
- After free cancellation window ends property will be reaching out to you directly to complete the remaining payment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation and you will lose your deposit.
- All reservations in December must be paid for 100% in advance & are strictly non-refundable. Bookings without full payment might be cancelled without prior notice.
- Our Air-cons for all the dorms have a downtime of 2 hours everyday.
- Card payments incur transaction/forex fees which are to be borne by guests. Cash is the preferred option.
- Check-in: from 02:00 PM onwards | Check-out: before 11:00 AM.
- Reception Hours: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
- Late-night check-ins: possible only if informed in advance and is approved by the property. Minimum 2 nights reservation. No check-ins post 11 PM for single night reservations.
- We strictly do not allow groups larger than 4 people. We don’t host group reservations.
- At any given point if an individuals behavior is deemed unfit for the property, including inappropriate behavior with other guests, any misconduct with females, consumption of illegal substances, or violations any of house rules, the management will, without a doubt, kick you out.
- Guests must be between 18 and 35 years of age to stay with us.
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
- Foreign nationals: Passport with visa | Indian nationals: Government-approved ID (PAN card is not accepted). Local IDs are not accepted. Guests attempting to check in with local IDs will be charged as per the cancellation policy.
- By law, we are required to collect your full name, address, mobile number, and photograph at check-in.
HOUSE RULES
- Guests only – Outsiders and walk-ins are not permitted inside the hostel campus.
- Self-service culture – We do not provide luggage assistance, concierge, or room service.
- No substances – Drugs or any form of substance abuse are strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Food & alcohol – Outside alcohol and food are not allowed. Our in-house bar and kitchen are here for you.
- Parking – Limited open parking may be available at the owner’s discretion. The hostel is not responsible for any loss or damage. Confirm availability in advance.
- Smoking – Prohibited inside dorms and private rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
- Noise & respect – Respect your fellow travellers, staff, and the property. Loud or disruptive behavior, especially at night, may lead to cancellation without refund.
- Rights to admission reserved – Management may deny or cancel a booking on the spot if rules are broken or guest behaviour is deemed unfit.
- Breakfast is not included in the booking.
