Great relaxed friendly atmosphere, open fire lounge, good selection of drinks. Not a massive food menu, but, and i make no bones about this, The Bridge burgers are probably amongst the best youll ever experience, as someone who eats probably close to a hundred burgers a year, trust me youll not be disappointed. Excellent fresh breakfast good quality meat. The room was decent, clean and slept like id been punched by Tyson! Beautiful area to explore, located in town too. Most definitely will stay again when in the area, be mad not to.

Lovely clean room - it is over a pub so did not expect complete quiet. Staff were helpful. Outdoor area is more for pub customers but not the end if the world. Lovely river with birds to watch.

It was clean and tidy to expectations for pub accommodation. Large freshly carpeted room. Bathroom recently renovated. Staff were friendly and helpful. The burgers were as advertised one of the best I've had. The village is delightful.

Stayed overnight whilst spending a few days fishing on the local river. A warm welcome on arrival and a nice little clean room with everything I needed (comfy bed, warm shower, tv etc). Breakfast was freshly cooked and very good value at £9.85. Beer was also very good and a great selection. Staff were really friendly and happy to have a natter. Look forward to returning next year!

A lovely olde world pub, with a friendly Irish Manager. The only downfall was the cleaners who were moving furniture round in the room next door at 8am in the morning, which continued until we got up at about 9.15.

Very nice triple room in a busy and popular local pub. Ideal base for exploring the area. Service was great. Anything we needed we only had to ask, and we got it.

Lovely staff who were really helpful. My booking conformation said "Pay at Hotel" on it but the manager spotted I had already paid at the point of booking and refunded me due to Expedia's mistake. Despite being in a busy pub, the room was quiet and everything was clean and worked properly.

Wow, what a great place to stay. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The only thing that might be a problem is the single glazed sash windows in keeping with the property, was a little noisy from the traffic but not a problem for us.

We were the only people staying in the hotel on Friday so our breakfast was prepared freshly. I don't know if they do a buffet if it's busy but I suspect not as it's a small hotel. We enjoyed our breakfast but not as much as we enjoyed our dinners. Both nights we had a burger from the hotel, which we enjoyed very much. I rarely eat in hotels but I'm glad I did at the Bridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, in good nick, comfortable and quiet. Even when the pub was busy we could hardly hear any noise and after 23:00 it was almost silent. Tenbury Wells is a lovely little town as well. We enjoyed our trip and we were delighted to be able to bring our little dog with us. If we come back to Tenbury, we'll stay at the Bridge again.

Lovely staff but room was not what we expected and we were really disappointed. This was mainly because the room was cold. Radiator not working properly. Maybe the last minute booking contributed but I slept in my coat and so did my husband. Room heated up a bit by 3am. So we had to wake up to remove coats. We went down to dinner hoping room would heat up. Only food option was burgers and pizza. We had not have this Room still freezing on return. Was noisy at night too but eventually slept and we were relived it was just night Breakfast was nice. Staff nice too. I can stop for a burger in future but did not enjoy staying there mainly because it was freezing cold so won’t be staying again.

We stayed at The Bridge as we were attending a wedding close by. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, letting us check in early before the wedding. Beautiful, spacious room and excellent full english breakfast this morning. Would definitely recommend

Great spot right in the centre of Tenbury Wells. Restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Walls are really thin and you can hear everything. Staff were really friendly and breakfast was excellent.

Accommodation was fine but room was fairly basic; the decor was in good condition but quite plain (different shades of grey). The bar/eating area was old fashioned, being typical for a country pub. We stayed 2 nights and ate in on the first evening. If we return to the area, we would look for a nicer hotel

The room was over a bar whereby people were playing darts below it was really noisy. Had a poor nights sleep. complained to the manager who gave me a refund.

We enjoyed our breakfast but not as much as we enjoyed our dinners. Both nights we had a burger from the hotel, which we enjoyed very much. I rarely eat in hotels but I'm glad I did at the Bridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, in good nick, comfortable and quiet. Even when the pub was busy we could hardly hear any noise and after 23:00 it was almost silent. Tenbury Wells is a lovely little town as well. We enjoyed our trip and we were delighted to be able to bring our little dog with us. If we come back to Tenbury, we'll stay at the Bridge again.

Great spot right in the centre of Tenbury Wells. Restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Walls are really thin and you can hear everything. Staff were really friendly and breakfast was excellent.

Very nice triple room in a busy and popular local pub. Ideal base for exploring the area. Service was great. Anything we needed we only had to ask, and we got it.

Great relaxed friendly atmosphere, open fire lounge, good selection of drinks. Not a massive food menu, but, and i make no bones about this, The Bridge burgers are probably amongst the best youll ever experience, as someone who eats probably close to a hundred burgers a year, trust me youll not be disappointed. Excellent fresh breakfast good quality meat. The room was decent, clean and slept like id been punched by Tyson! Beautiful area to explore, located in town too. Most definitely will stay again when in the area, be mad not to.

Lovely staff but room was not what we expected and we were really disappointed. This was mainly because the room was cold. Radiator not working properly. Maybe the last minute booking contributed but I slept in my coat and so did my husband. Room heated up a bit by 3am. So we had to wake up to remove coats. We went down to dinner hoping room would heat up. Only food option was burgers and pizza. We had not have this Room still freezing on return. Was noisy at night too but eventually slept and we were relived it was just night Breakfast was nice. Staff nice too. I can stop for a burger in future but did not enjoy staying there mainly because it was freezing cold so won’t be staying again.

We were the only people staying in the hotel on Friday so our breakfast was prepared freshly. I don't know if they do a buffet if it's busy but I suspect not as it's a small hotel. It was clean and tidy to expectations for pub accommodation. Large freshly carpeted room. Bathroom recently renovated. Staff were friendly and helpful. The burgers were as advertised one of the best I've had. The village is delightful.

Stayed overnight whilst spending a few days fishing on the local river. A warm welcome on arrival and a nice little clean room with everything I needed (comfy bed, warm shower, tv etc). Breakfast was freshly cooked and very good value at £9.85. Beer was also very good and a great selection. Staff were really friendly and happy to have a natter. Look forward to returning next year!

Car park is small and shared with the riverside cafe so can be full when you need to park. Bar area, eating area ok also good selection of beers. Accommodation is upstairs and it wasn't until the evening until noticed a problem. The rooms look out directly onto the outdoor roof terrace. If you wanted to open your window you would have people sat right outside of it!!. You had to close the window curtain/blind for privacy. No chance of getting sleep as the extremely loud drunken guests frequenting the pub/hotel come and go until closing time. Room extremely hot, fan provided so little sleep between this and the loud drunken guests on the roof terrace. Food don't bother unless you want a burger and that is all you will get. Breakfast is extra and charged at £10 and not the best quality. For starters not butchers sausage, bacon wafer thin. Not worth the money. On plus side staff at bar helpful and could not be faulted when checking in. Room was clean and large. Would not recommend or stay again.

Whilst the room was clean it was absolutely soulless, no pictures on the walls, no soft furnishings of any kind, nothing that made it anything other than a functional space.
