**Sleep Sheep Hostel Policy**
1. **Location**: Sleep Sheep Hostel is a city hostel situated in the heart of Phuket Old Town, approximately 15 km from the beach.
2. **Quiet Environment**: To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, parties and activities are not permitted within the hostel premises after 10:00 PM.
3. **Service Hours**: Our service hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. If you need assistance outside of these hours, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp.
4. **Staff**: We have limited staff at the hostel. If no one is available at the hostel, please feel free to call or WhatsApp us. We apologize for any inconvenience.
5. **Facilities**:
- **No Elevator**: Please note that our hostel does not have an elevator.
- **Non-Smoking**: All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking of any kind, including weed, vaping, and cigarettes, is prohibited inside the hostel. If you would like to smoke, please do so in the designated smoking area.
6. **Pets**: We have two friendly cats, Kin and Jin, who would love to play with you during your stay.
7. **Check-In/Check-Out**:
- **Check-In**: From 3:00 PM (Self-check-in is required after 8:00 PM).
- **Check-Out**: By 11:00 AM. (A late check-out fee will be charged 100 baht per hour).
8. **Late Check-In (after 8:00 PM)**:
- When you arrive, please check the note on the front door and follow the instructions to access the hostel.
- Please complete your payment in the morning. If you need to leave before service hours, please contact our staff to complete the payment before you leave.
9. **Child Policy**:
- Children under 10 years old are not allowed in the dormitory.
- If you are traveling with children, please book a private room. Children under 10 years old stay for free in private rooms.
10. **Payment Terms**:
- **Thai Baht Cash Only**: Payment is requested upon check-in.
- **Credit Cards**: Currently, we do not accept credit card payments. We apologize for any inconvenience.
