Impressed by the level of service provided by the staff and owners themselves. Very accomodating, informative, friendly yet very professional. 5 star! The room and all the other areas were very well maintained and kept clean daily. Breakfast was superb! A good amount to choose from. Highly recommend staying here. Plus the view from the room and property itself is just breathtaking!

We loved our stay here and didn't want to leave! The sea view is incredible and it was nice to return to the peacefulness of the hotel after a busy day exploring. You've also got easy access to the beach and the beach restaurants. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Anything we needed, they sorted out for us (scooter rental, laundry service, water taxis, dinner reservations at good local spots, etc. They even organized our transfers to/from Naples so we didn't have to worry about public transportation (at an additional cost). Any time we had questions, someone was there and happy to help. Honestly can't recommend this hotel enough if you're heading to the Amalfi Coast. Great location, great views, and a team that actually makes your trip easier instead of harder.

They arranged seamless airport transfers and booked our two semi-private boat excursions—the Amalfi Coast tour and the Capri tour—both of which were absolute highlights! You can even buy SITA bus tickets right at the front desk. Pro Tip for Arrival Day: Arrange for your private driver to pick you up at the airport and take you on a quick tour of Naples on your way to the hotel. It’s a great way to cross Naples off your list without adding extra transit days! Fantastiskt plats med magiskt utsikt över Amalfikusten! Hotellet ligger lite avskilt, vilket var skönt eftersom det var mycket folk i Positano och Amalfi. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam med både restauranger, transport, dagsutflykter, rekommendationer etc. Det erbjöds gratis skjuts till och från de närliggande restaurangerna, vilket gjorde det enkelt att förflytta sig. Stranden var väldigt trevlig. Lugnt och skönt med både restauranger, toalett och möjlighet att hyra solstolar och parasoll. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Minus att det var många trappor för att ta sig ner till stranden. Frukosten var väldigt fräsch och vi gillade konceptet att man själv fyllde i på ett papper vad man ville bli serverad. Tyvärr var ventilationen/AC:n möglig i första rummet som vi fick men personalen var hjälpsam och gav oss ett nytt rum. Generellt skulle rummen kunna vara lite renare men vi uppskattade att man fick både nya handdukar och nya vattenflaskor varje dag. Kan varmt rekommendera det här hotellet!
