Chino Motel

I stay in about 30 hotels a year and this one by far was the worst ive stayed. Front door didn't full close. Top latch broken off as if the door was kicked in. Carpets stained black, shower curtain Barley hanging on, poor lighting. First and last time. Stay at your own risk.

There fridge does not work and managment doesn't seem to care . I need it for my medicine

My stay was average at best. I heard the upstairs guest walking around late at night and early morning. The walls are Thin, I could hear the room next door. The bed was comfortable.Furniture was old and dated.I most liked the area, walkable and safe. Room was clean. A/C worked fine. Plenty of space for parking.

well, just so you know they will tell you when you get there that you need to pay them CASH as some type of deposit, rather than just using the card you used to book with so if you dont have cash, you cant stay and but you can use their ATM and pay a fee. all for them to not even check the room for whatever damages the measly $20 was for. we had to check out at 2am and took forever for someone to ask if the door was shut so i could get my $20 back. went to the office to get clean towels around 8 pm but they apparently dont have a key to the laundry room for the building they own/run. like they dont keep any accessible for customers when they may not be able to access anything? kind of absurd. then the lady got all crazy with me when i told her it was crazy that they dont have that stuff on hand for people staying. i would not stay here again

It was a nice facility. Clean room, decent bed, shower and sink. For the price and last minute accommodations it was perfect for my needs. There were a couple things that could use improvement. When I turned the tv on it was on the adult channel, so that was a surprise LOL. I just hope that doesn't happen to anyone else with families because it might be uncomfortable or awkward for them. Also, there were some spatters on the wall to the side and behind the toilet, not difficult for the cleaning to see and clean. I couldn't tell if it was blood or poop. Both are easily fixable, they just need to take an extra minute to check when they're cleaning the room. Aside from that the staff was helpful and I was able to get in fairly quickly with my reservation and check out fast. Not a bad place in a pinch. Thank you!
