We really enjoyed our stay here. A very nice layout with a practical kitchen. We had trouble with the room tablet that gives the WiFi info so we messaged the property and the responded within minutes. Very walkable area with plenty of food and entertainment options. Comfy and quiet room. Will stay again.

호텔이라기 보다는 아파트형식의 숙박업소인데요~ 사진에 나온 것보다 훨씬 더 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 조용했고, 위치적으로 아주 훌륭했습니다. 수건이 부족하다는 정보는 미리 알고 갔기때문에 갈때 안쓰는 수건을 미리 챙겨가서 쓰고 버리고 왔고, 세제가 1개 준비되어 있었고, 캡슐세제와 빨래집게를 몇개 가져가서 더운 날씨라 아침마다 베란다에 수건을 널고 나왔더니 훨씬 더 여유롭게 사용이 가능했어요. 만약에 그렇지 않았다면, 수건은 매우 부족합니다.(인당 1개만 준비되어 있슴) 호텔의 서비스가 아닌 것을 인지하고 간다면, 다른 모든 조건은 너무나 훌륭해요. 주방사용, 냉장고, 에어컨도 2개, 넓은 침대2개, 욕실과 화장실의 구분, 도보로 캐널시티가 5분이내로 있다는 것, 편의점도 5분 이내, 택시도 빨리 잘 잡혔고, 가족여행시 후쿠오카에서 지내야 한다면 추천드릴 수 있어요.

The room was ok in terms of cleanliness. Facilities were average and a party of 3 had to share 2 mugs!! Even though the room was equipped with a washing machine, the container of laundry detergent was empty. Will not stay at Legatio Hataka if I revisit Fukuoka!!

나카스강 바로 옆에있고 캐널시티랑은 걸어서 7분정도 소요 되는 곳이라 편의성은 좋아요. 세탁, 취사 가능해서 간단히 식사는 할 수 있어요. 그리고 멀티어댑터도 빌려줍니다. 짐보관은 안해주는게 아쉽긴해요. 근처에 세븐일레븐, 패밀리마트 있어서 늦은시간에도 필요한 물품 구매 가능합니다.

캐널시티 완전 가깝고 텐진이동거리도 좋음. 걷는 거 좋아해서 무리 없었습니다. 텐진으로 가는 경로에 맛있는 명란 가게도 있고 저녁되면 야키토리의 맛있는 냄새가 가득합니다. 이동 중에 있는 어느 가게에 가도 맛있게 식사할 수 있네요! 아침과 저녁의 나카스 강을 바로 볼 수 있어서 상쾌하고 기분 좋았습니다. 사진으로 보는 것처럼 공간이 넓었고 여분의 요와 이불도 있었어요. 침대가 편안 했습니다. 실내 슬리퍼와 일회용 칫솔이 제공되네요. 세탁기 사용가능하도록 세제도 있었고 수건은 큰 것 작은 것 모두 넉넉했습니다. 드라이기도 있고 옷장도 따로 있어서 겨울 점퍼 걸어두기 좋았습니다. 작은 욕조가 있고 욕실이 좁지 않아 씻는데 무리 없었습니다. 전자렌지와 식기류가 있어서 야식도 맛나게 먹었습니다. 조용하고 편안했습니다. 엄청 가까운 곳에 맛있는 장어덮밥식당과 타코야끼 가게가 있습니다. 텐션 좋으시고 친절한 사장님이 계세요. 세븐일레븐 가깝고 큽니다. 가족들하고 갈 때 또 이용하고 싶어요.

Seems like a new apartment building. Apartment size is excellent for 2 persons, but for more occupants with big luggage bags, space will be tight. Nice canal facing. Disadvantage: only 1 elevator, so if it breaks down or there’s emergency, it’ll be terrible. Thank God, we had a something-going safe stay.

まず部屋に入るとキッチンに飲みかけのアルコール缶があり時計は電池が切れてるようで止まったまま。ベット側の壁には何か分からないシミ。 1番最悪だったのが冷蔵庫で汚れがあり冷凍庫も赤い氷が溶けたようなのがこびりついておりかなり不快でした。冷蔵庫は掃除して使いました。今まで宿泊した中でこんなことはなかったのでかなりビックリしました。

お風呂の掃除が行き届いてなかったり、シャンプー、リンスが常備してあったが、水で薄められている感じ。徒歩でキャナルシティに行けたり立地条件は良かった。

There was dust and dust bunnies on the tv and closet. The beds were uncomfortable (slumped in) and the linen looked wrinkled and just had us question if they were even switched. We could hear the water and other noises from the unit above. Also our room was directly facing a cemetery, with it being New Year and all it was disconcerting given our culture. It would have been good to know prior to our stay. At least then we could ask to change units. Overall the unit was spacious and well equipped.

房間的床都是凹陷的、很明顯已經是壞掉的床了，枕頭也很扁，真的不怎麼舒適，房間打掃的很隨便，地上都還有其他房客的頭髮，洗手台上也還有上一個房客留下的牙刷。真的要睜一隻眼閉一隻眼才能好好休息

A bit dirty in the room. Some weird brown stains on the kitchen wall and quite a bit of dust. In spite of that we enjoyed our stay here. This is our second stay at this hotel and we plan to return. It’s a very bright apartment like room with an excellent view. Very relaxing place to stay and close to everything. You can even walk 15 minutes to Hakata Station.

별 기대안하고 방문했는데 만족감이 너무 좋네요. 기본적인 청결도 마음에 들었고, 가스레인지와 세탁기 있는거 너무 좋았습니다. 에어컨도 빵빵하게 두대가 있네요. 나중에 부모님이랑 후쿠오카 방문할 때도 여기 오겠습니다.

일단 나카스 강 뷰여서 좋았습니다. 화장실이 일반 일본 호텔의 화장실보다 2배는커서도 좋았습니다. tv도 크고, 거실도 넓고, 전체적으로 만족합니다.

ホテルはとても綺麗で快適に過ごすことができました。予約した際に、ホテル側からチェックインの方法を前日までにメールで送信していただけるということだったのですが連絡がなく、チェックインが17時でしたがその時間帯にフロントにスタッフの方もいらっしゃらず、電話で対応していただきました。チェックアウトの際は特に何もしなくて大丈夫だったのですが、その旨を知らず、チェックアウトの際にも電話で連絡をしました。全体的に宿泊に必要な情報が不足していた印象を受けました。

Nice location. Good view of riverside and quite around. Check in time is not so early (5 o’clock evening) is only issue but reception people are friendly and very helpful to all the requests. Walking distance to station and nice restaurants around.

出發前照顧小孩流感，我們疏忽沒注意飯店規定，需要15點才能入住，發信問服務人員如果提前準備好的話可不可以提早入住，人員拒絕要求並回覆提早入住需要前一天申請，小孩不舒服只能靠著我們在沙發區從11點多入睡到15點，清潔人員明明13點多就已經打掃完畢不懂到底堅持什麼？連續入住五天，兩位大人一位小孩，提供4條浴巾，跟人員多要3條毛巾替換不肯，說可以用洗衣機，但是沒有提供烘乾機，到底要怎麼替換？隔天毛巾都有霉味。因為感冒需要衛生紙，人員說會給，結果到入住結束都沒有提供，連續入住沒有提供優惠，如果沒有連續住5天，是不是要提供5套盥洗用具，打掃5天？我連續入住多要一份毛巾而已，省了多少成本，不懂在小氣什麼？只有地點好，床也爛爛的，也沒有提供鎖行李，不推薦台灣人選擇。

가족여행 하시기엔, 좋습니다~ 캐널시티 근처에 있고, 편의점도 도보 3분이면 있습니다. 숙소가 역 근처는 아니라서 공항에서 숙소로 바로 이동시 택시 이동이 좋습니다~ 택시 1900엔 정도 나옵니다. 잘 쉬다 갑니다.^^

Is really close to Canal City and Yatai area only 2 minutes walk. 20 minutes walk to Tenjin area. The view for the canal is amazing.

몇몇분들이 청결하지 않고 위치가 애매하다고 하셔서 걱정을 많이 했는데 저희 가족은 만족스런숙소였어요 레지던스라 공간이 넓어 여유롭게 지낼수있고 더블사이즈의 침대 2개와 쇼파베드 1개가 있어서 세식구 편하게 잤어요 베란다에 건조대를 놓을수있을만큼의 공간과 나카스강의 야경을 볼수있다는 점이 너무 좋더라구요 하카타역과 텐진과의 거리가 있는건 맞는데 걸어서 다닐만했고 캐널시티가 5분도 안걸리는곳에 있고 야나기바시 시장도 가깝고 동네 골목골목에 숨겨진 맛집들이 많아서 넘 좋았네요ㅎㅎ 다음에 부모님과 오게되면 다시 방문하고 싶은곳입니다
