Incredibly clean. Six excellent restaurants for dinner and multiple food service options for breakfast or lunch. Great drinks service poolside with three beautiful pool options with swim up bars. Additional options available at their sister property in the marina area of Cabo with frequent shuttle service between the two. Perfect place to completely relax with no need for planning if you take the all inclusive option. Would absolutely stay at this property again.

We got a room upgrade and really liked our stay. The property has several pools and some are limited to adults only. Reservations are required for some restaurants for dinner, but we never had a problem getting a spot.

The staff is amazing!!! And the views are incredible! Lots of different restaurants to choose from and the hotel has 3 different properties AND a sister hotel that you can shuttle to for free. IVAN was absolutely the best bartender and went above and beyond for my husband and I. So personable and really took care of us. TRINIDAD was also sooo nice and welcoming and took us wherever we needed to go. We will definitely come back here because the hospitality/views were amazing.

This is a beautiful resort set upon a cliff above the ocean between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. It is quiet and restful, so if you're looking for a party this isn't it. It was perfect for us. Our room was great, we asked for a garden view ground floor room and that's exactly what we got. Beautiful views from multiple areas in the resort! There's a shuttle that goes into downtown Cabo every 2 hours (no charge) so you can get into town and back easily. They drop you off at the sister property which is the Marina Fiesta and you are able to use the pool there as well as the restaurants downtown that are included in the all Inclusive package. The pools are warm, the drinks are cold, the food is decent, and everyone was kind and helpful. The resort is well kept, aside from the odd broken pool tile, but the grounds are beautiful and the buildings are well maintained and clean. The service is a bit slow, and you do have to sign for your drinks and meals, but overall it is a great resort and we would definitely come back. Complaints (not major ones though): Slow service, housekeeping didn't always replace certain bathroom amenities like facecloths, soap etc, they inflate the prices of the food and drinks here I believe in hopes of getting bigger tips so be aware if you are not choosing the all-inclusive option, the "presentation" that they say takes about 90 min, actually took almost 4 hours so it's not really worth the "discounts" that you get for doing it. We enjoyed it!

Our first stay at this resort. We loved it. Excellent restaurant options with a variety of cuisines. Make sure you reserve early as they get full fast. The tequila and taco restaurant doesn’t need reservations and is an excellent option. The resort itself is very modern, clean and accessible. Has 2 great gyms with new equipment. Tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickle ball courts. Great pools with excellent service for food and drink. This resort has a good mix of ages. We travelled with our 2 kids 15 and 10. They had plenty of other children to hang out with. There is a great adult area to hang out if you need a break from the rascals.

Our family of five included my 89 year old mother in law. The rooms were big and convenient and had beautiful views from the balcony.The property was beautiful and had many restaurants to choose from. The pools were amazing and the pool bars had very good service. The tequila and taco bar and Sr. Sushi were my family's favorites.

Positive: affordable, clean, spacious room, beautiful decor, great scenery, good food, courteous and fun staff, affordable all inclusive upgrade to get premium liquors, adults only infinity pool by the ocean Negative: no swimmable beach, no nighttime activities, must sign checks but its still all inclusive, dinner restaurants follow strict dress code If you want to go to a swimmable beach or go out at night the resort has access to transportation to do that. We just decided to enjoy the on site pools. The dinner restaurants require men to have closed toe shoes and women to have at least dressy sandals. Despite all this, we will definitely be coming back here. Also, absolutely loved the hammocks!!

This was my 2nd time at this property and I was excited to bring my daughters for some much needed relaxation and fun. The staff is phenomenal and so helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the views outstanding. Food was good, service was great. The beds and towels are so comfortable, we had an overall fabulous time!

No es la primera vez que nos quedamos y me sorprendió ver que ha decaído mucho la limpieza en la barra de desayuno del bufet me tocó ver cucarachas por qué fuimos Muy temprano se lo señalamos a los meseros pero sólo dijeron que ahorita checaban! Igual en los baños y elevadores nos tocó ver sucio u cucarachas por áreas comunes el servicio es bueno el personal muy amable es muy difícil conseguir reserva para los restaurantes en la noche aunque esté co. Poca gente!

Overall a good resort. Resort is nice, reasonably clean, mostly friendly staff, and decent food for an all inclusive. They have a tiny beach area (rocky, can't go in) but children are not allowed in that area. Based on our deal, price/value equation was great. The rooms could be cleaned better IMO. Floor was a bit sticky and felt it could have been more thoroughly vacuumed and mopped. Food/Drinks can be very slow and you have to sign for everything when you pay even though its all inclusive. One of the tips we got charged at a restaurant was clearly doctored (10x what we were normally leaving) so had to get that sorted when we checked out but otherwise no issues.

The property was very nice. When we got to our room there was a leak from the A\C therefore there was a big puddle of water in the master bathroom. Some of the lights in our room didn’t turn on. When I wanted to blow dry my hair the outlets didn’t work. The jacuzzi would overflow and water would get all over the balcony. The rooms were great comfortable. Once the problems were resolved. Room was cleaned every day, fridge stocked. That part was great! What I didn’t like was that they sold the package as all inclusive but we couldn’t get service in the room that was an additional cost. We didn’t have a concierge to help with bookings for dinners, he didn’t tell us where restaurants were located etc. we had to ask or figure out our selves. When it came to our transportation to the airport we had to do all that our selves. The staff is friendly and ready to help. However, when it came to the some waiters we had to wait 30min for our check. They catered to the whites not us that we are Mexican. You can see that they were treated way better! For these reasons I only give 3 stars.

Me sorprendió ver mucha cucaracha en las áreas de restaurant y áreas comunes, elevadores sucios y desagües hacia el mar... El servicio muy bueno el personal es amable y el hotel es bonito pero creo que si están descuidando la limpieza ya había estado otras veces ahí y si note una baja en el servicio en general.
Me sorprendió ver mucha cucaracha en las áreas de restaurant y áreas comunes, elevadores sucios y desagües hacia el mar... El servicio muy bueno el personal es amable y el hotel es bonito pero creo que si están descuidando la limpieza ya había estado otras veces ahí y si note una baja en el servicio en general.

The heat/ac was broken. We called it in. Maintenence guy just shrugged. Shower drain was blocked, water ran into the room. The maid dried the floor, no repair. Thin walls. We asked for 2 queen or double beds in the booking. Nope, was told it's not available on arrival. We will not return.
The heat/ac was broken. We called it in. Maintenence guy just shrugged. Shower drain was blocked, water ran into the room. The maid dried the floor, no repair. Thin walls. We asked for 2 queen or double beds in the booking. Nope, was told it's not available on arrival. We will not return.

The property was very nice. When we got to our room there was a leak from the A\C therefore there was a big puddle of water in the master bathroom. Some of the lights in our room didn’t turn on. When I wanted to blow dry my hair the outlets didn’t work. The jacuzzi would overflow and water would get all over the balcony. The rooms were great comfortable. Once the problems were resolved. Room was cleaned every day, fridge stocked. That part was great! What I didn’t like was that they sold the package as all inclusive but we couldn’t get service in the room that was an additional cost. We didn’t have a concierge to help with bookings for dinners, he didn’t tell us where restaurants were located etc. we had to ask or figure out our selves. When it came to our transportation to the airport we had to do all that our selves. The staff is friendly and ready to help. However, when it came to the some waiters we had to wait 30min for our check. They catered to the whites not us that we are Mexican. You can see that they were treated way better! For these reasons I only give 3 stars.

I liked the rooms and the great ocean view from my 2 bedroom option at the 4th floor. Perfect fit for family of 6 people with 1 master & 1 additional room for 4 adults. Very spacious room with personal jacuzzi in room patio. Would like to have better restaurant options like Asian menus as well.

Our family of five included my 89 year old mother in law. The rooms were big and convenient and had beautiful views from the balcony.The property was beautiful and had many restaurants to choose from. The pools were amazing and the pool bars had very good service. The tequila and taco bar and Sr. Sushi were my family's favorites.

The pool on our balcony leaked water all over the place then the pool abound us did the same thing the day after..water running out over the balconies. Our room key was cancelled the day BEFORE we checked out and had to walk back to the lobby to get that fixed. Twice. Bathrooms are really old. But still had a nice time.

The staff is amazing!!! And the views are incredible! Lots of different restaurants to choose from and the hotel has 3 different properties AND a sister hotel that you can shuttle to for free. IVAN was absolutely the best bartender and went above and beyond for my husband and I. So personable and really took care of us. TRINIDAD was also sooo nice and welcoming and took us wherever we needed to go. We will definitely come back here because the hospitality/views were amazing.

STAY ELSEWHERE. Beautiful property. Service sucked from day one. We are patient and don't typically complain. Finally on the second to last day we had to let them know what was happening and you know what they said?? that we were getting bad service because we had booked through Expedia. What?! I have never had that happened ever. We asked a couple more guests and they too agreed service was bad. I'm talking over 1 hour wait for food, luggage to wrong rooms, delayed pick ups. If you can afford to, stay elsewhere. Won't be coming back.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help you out. The hotel has golf carts to move around the property and they were quick to pick you up and take you to wherever you were trying to go. Hotel was very clean.

Food and service staff were incredibly friendly. Concierge was always willing to answer any questions. Having to constantly turn down the offers to view the time share presentation was quite annoying. My only complaint is the wording that tips are included in all inclusive being on every receipt, but that doesn't actually include any tip written in on your bill. That was a nice 400 dollar surprise at the end of an otherwise wonderful trip. Next time I'll get cash and give directly to the staff, because I feel it'll actually get to them that way.

Our butler Daniel was amazing!! Everyone was fabulous, so friendly and always wanting to make sure everything is perfect! The food was exceptional at every single restaurant we ate at! The room and grounds were spotless! We are already planning our next trip back to the resort!

Property was beautiful and the food was really good probably one of the best for being an all inclusive. The only issue was the service at pools and restaurants. They seem to be understaffed so it took forever for food and drinks to come out. Got a massage and it was amazing.

Run don’t walk away from this place. We have a family vacation where we booked 3 rooms. Ready to have fun together when you walk in it looks massive/impressive but you are quickly soured with the taste of someone selling you a TIMESHARE or Real estate opportunities. This is also not the only time you will be asked of this. It will be a constant theme of your stay. On top of that bad service and terrible food. It’s sad that this place has any stars at all. We were all so disappointed with our stay that we spoke with the manager on site. Which at the time was very nice and tried to be accommodating but it was too much bad. Service had a lot of bad but the worst came at lunch when your in the middle of giving your order and the person stops you to take another persons order, gives attitude and then get served extremely burnt and also raw food. The manager David Medina had said if he could he would refund us our money but we had to go through Expedia first. Called Expedia and he’s the one that denied our claim. In the end it was a lesson learned We ended up at the Hyatt Ziva and they were fantastic! Such a change from the extreme salesman and bad attitude

This is a beautiful resort set upon a cliff above the ocean between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. It is quiet and restful, so if you're looking for a party this isn't it. It was perfect for us. Our room was great, we asked for a garden view ground floor room and that's exactly what we got. Beautiful views from multiple areas in the resort! There's a shuttle that goes into downtown Cabo every 2 hours (no charge) so you can get into town and back easily. They drop you off at the sister property which is the Marina Fiesta and you are able to use the pool there as well as the restaurants downtown that are included in the all Inclusive package. The pools are warm, the drinks are cold, the food is decent, and everyone was kind and helpful. The resort is well kept, aside from the odd broken pool tile, but the grounds are beautiful and the buildings are well maintained and clean. The service is a bit slow, and you do have to sign for your drinks and meals, but overall it is a great resort and we would definitely come back. Complaints (not major ones though): Slow service, housekeeping didn't always replace certain bathroom amenities like facecloths, soap etc, they inflate the prices of the food and drinks here I believe in hopes of getting bigger tips so be aware if you are not choosing the all-inclusive option, the "presentation" that they say takes about 90 min, actually took almost 4 hours so it's not really worth the "discounts" that you get for doing it. We enjoyed it!

Yes it was safe but its not walkable at all to the streets compared to other facilities Transportation is horrible in and out, they refuse ubers just to make money out of taxi and its more than double uber. Stafd are not helping and saying on the face we are making money out of uber and refuse to give rides with their golf cars to the gate although they mentioned that they can do this in the check in process. Dinning options is a trap. Mestizo is a great option inside the hotel. However took the shuttle to the DT to try other options like Baja lobster which is part of out All inclusive, found out we cant try and lobster or any chef specials, we said fine, waiter came late to ask ask us for more time to prep food we said fine, they refuse to serve more food claiming the following - we didn’t finish the whole plate when we said we finished they told us this is finished and show us an empty clean clear plate! - one of us as a group of 10 didn’t get what he ordered fried and they got it grilled claiming its fried, he left it they refuse to got another plate, also soups didn’t served till the desert time! Overall a good resort. Resort is nice, reasonably clean, mostly friendly staff, and decent food for an all inclusive. They have a tiny beach area (rocky, can't go in) but children are not allowed in that area. Based on our deal, price/value equation was great. The rooms could be cleaned better IMO. Floor was a bit sticky and felt it could have been more thoroughly vacuumed and mopped. Food/Drinks can be very slow and you have to sign for everything when you pay even though its all inclusive. One of the tips we got charged at a restaurant was clearly doctored (10x what we were normally leaving) so had to get that sorted when we checked out but otherwise no issues.

The property is very beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Food/Restaurants were plentiful, views were spectacular, room was comfortable, shuttle to sister property in town was convenient. Here are a few things to be aware of: while the property is oceanfront it is not beach front. You can walk down to touch the ocean, but it is rocky/not swimmable. You can gain beach access via the sister property at a public beach a 10 minute walk from that hotel. The property is built into the side of a hill, so there’s a lot of elevation changes throughout and you get to walk a lot to get from place to place. We didn’t mind that, but if walking isn’t your thing there’s a shuttle you can call for. If you have the all inclusive plan you will still get a bill at the end of each meal presumably so you may leave a tip. While I’ve not encountered this before at an all inclusive, that was ok. What wasn’t ok was the super long summary of all these dozens of tip charges at check out. There were some daily charges which when we questioned them turned out to be optional, but you had to notice them & bring it up to be deleted. I also noticed 2 restaurant charges which they could not show backup documentation so they were deleted. All in all, I’d recommend a stay here.

Highly recommend having the breakfast buffet at Las Marias outdoors on a cliff above the sea. Try the hacienda coffee and the Mexican chocolate! We’ll be back!!

This resort was absolutely fantastic! Although the location is a bit away from the Marina, the shuttle transportation provided is very convenient. The dining option were excellent. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. And by far the ocean views are amazing! It was awesome!

Don't recommend. Overbooked and gave away our room then pretended to upgrade us only to give us a horrible room overlooking an active construction site the water in the room was brown and even though we paid for premium all inclusive it took 24 hours to get any water in the fridge then my daughter got food poisoning. The staff is split between management who repeatedly pretend they are going to help you and then never do and some wonderful,really hard working front line staff like Mia who are forced to deal with lots of unhappy guests day in and day out.

Do not buy the extra charge for premium alcohol and food, you can't get into the right restaurants to get the premium food. Make restaurant reservations a week before you go and you may get into the better restaurants. We travelled with 8 people and we stayed 4days/3nights and half our group ended up with food poisoning from the steak/beef. So our trip overall was 2/3 stars.
The property was gorgeous and well maintained. The restaurant choices were less than favorable. Do not buy the extra charge for premium alcohol and food, you can't get into the right restaurants to get the premium food. Our first time staying at this property. 2 adults and 2 kids under 5. Great family friendly environment. The food was great! The breakfast service was always fast, the dinner not so much. We waited on average 50 minutes from sitting down to appetizers hitting the table, not the best. Don’t get me wrong the food was amazing! Another thing we didn’t like was the singing receipts every 30 Minutes when at the pool, especially when you are all inclusive and have to get your kids out the pool to sign a receipt is not ideal. Also night entertainment was cancelled due to slow weekend.

The staff were all very nice and welcoming. There were lots of food options (quality was good not excellent but very convenient). Our favourite restaurant's were El Eden taco and tequila bar and La Trajinera. Multiple pool options although the seats at the pool closest to the ocean fills up fast.

Property is beautiful. Staff was great. Best food I ever had at a resort. Property is large with a ton of nice places to hangout. We walked everywhere but staff does drive around with golf carts to transport guest. My only complaint was having to wait everywhere you ate or got a drink for the bill to come, even being all inclusive. It’d take at least 10 minutes to get a can of Diet Coke from the bars due to having to print up receipts.

This was a beautiful property with good food and spectacular scenery for an affordable price. Positive: affordable, clean, spacious room, beautiful decor, great scenery, good food, courteous and fun staff, affordable all inclusive upgrade to get premium liquors, adults only infinity pool by the ocean Negative: no swimmable beach, no nighttime activities, must sign checks but its still all inclusive, dinner restaurants follow strict dress code If you want to go to a swimmable beach or go out at night the resort has access to transportation to do that. We just decided to enjoy the on site pools. The dinner restaurants require men to have closed toe shoes and women to have at least dressy sandals. Despite all this, we will definitely be coming back here. Also, absolutely loved the hammocks!!

This was by far the best all inclusive I have stayed at. I read reviews to be wary of which inclusive package to get. We chose the premium and asked for a bill copy for everything. All was good. We did not do any time share talks and were very up front about it. All the food was amazing as well- and I’m a finicky eater. Would go back again!

Property was beautiful and the food was really good probably one of the best for being an all inclusive. The only issue was the service at pools and restaurants. They seem to be understaffed so it took forever for food and drinks to come out. Got a massage and it was amazing.

Es la quinta vez que visitamos este hotel como familia teníamos 7 habitaciones reservadas 5 por este medio la verdad desde que llegas están en construcción, en general la experiencia es mala cara desde que llegas la chica de recepción una en particular muy mala actitud, nunca me había tocado que nos limitaran el servicio en un todo incluido en ningún hotel y aquí nos negaron carne para dos chicos de 11 años que iban en el grupo que por costos, se nota mucho la preferencia al extranjero el hotel estaba solo y queríamos una mesa grande porque festejábamos dos cumpleaños y simplemente no quisieron ninguna de las tres noches en la última nos reservaron en pero aunque el restaurant estaba solo pusieron dos mesas separadas y no permitieron juntarlas aunque éramos los únicos en todo el restaurant, como estas muchas cosas mas les pedias a los meseros y te decían literal mmmmm como diciendo otra vez, cerraban super temprano, los restaurantes principales cerrados, el colchon del cuarto estaba hundido como un nido muy incomodo y e sun hotel no tan viejo. la verdad comparando con otros hoteles de la misma categoría pésimo servicio, nos arrepentimos mucho de haberlo escogido por que en esa zona estaban muy buenos hoteles que por el mismo precio te brindan un super servicio, en geeral teníamos invitados de Guadalajar amigos de mis hijos por los y todos hicieron comentarios de malos tratos de meseros etc etc. es una pena por que era uno d enuestros hoteles favoritos si checan e

This was our 2nd stay at Hacienda Encantada and it did not disappoint. Our family loves the entire property, from the El Patio pool & bar up to Mestizo for dinner. Rooms were excellent and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to concierge David for all of his assistance, he really made our stay special and we look forward to returning again!

The entire staff was amazing, greeted us with a smile by name after just 2 days. Breakfast on the rooftop was a great way to start the day. I loved the chia seed parfait. Sashmi at the swim up pool bar was my absolute favorite meal. The cart service was prompt (Romero, Leonardo) Manny at concierge was most helpful setting up excursions.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and roomy. Lots of pools, bars ,restaurants. Great activities. Loved the karaoke! Shuttle to Cabo marina was great! Shout out to wait staff at the pool bar (Martin, Anselmo, Margarita). Isabel at breakfast and Concierge David.
