Our bathroom door was broken, pool was out of service, we didn’t have housekeeping

There was no eggs or milk for 4 days for Breakfast! The pool was closed. There was 2 days the room was not cleaned. The biggest complaint was the Hotel did not honor the quote for Hotels.com. I was charged the full price- theHotels.com rate was not honored.

While we were there, the pool did not work. Although it looked beautiful, it was closed, also, breakfast is supposed to be over at 9. We were, uh, it's down at 830 and they were already putting everything away! Also on the buffet, they didn't have everything out. There were no eggs. It was set up to make a sandwich. I guess was the idea, and when we came to do so, they were putting everything away. So what was there was scarce. There also was a leak or a busted, home something, or other in the hallway on the first floor I have stayed at several HOME2 locations and this stay was very disappointing. :(

My Ac didn’t work in my room a the staff at the front desk kept telling me that maintenance was comin to fix it a never did. They didn’t switch my room until I called corporate. They were very unprofessional and the night worker didn’t even wear a work shirt. My car was broken into also during my stay. I parked right next to the door but their camera only pointed to the door

Great place, it was clean and the employees were amazing.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was not as clean or kept up as one would expect for a newer Hilton hotel. Wallpaper peeling over couch and bathroom and kitchen floors very dirty. No shampoo in shower. Tv screen faded so not a clear picture. No tv program options worthy. I was disappointed compared to other Home 2 I have stayed in. Breakfast was ok and acceptable to be a weekeday, but still not stocked very well at 7am with 2 hours left.

Our first room felt like it was under construction, the door to the bathroom was falling off the wall. There was mold in the bathroom around the sink and in the shower & black hair everywhere in the bathroom. We also found hair all over the pillows and in the bed, the entire room just felt dirty.

Definitely was not up to Hilton standards. Numerous things wrong with our room and doors. Air conditioning did not cool room and kept shutting off. Staff was nice but overall the place needs to be deep cleaned and lots of repairs. We will not be staying again. We were very disappointed in this property.

The staff are so nice and helpful. The general manager was polite and eager to solve any issues. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

This place was a disappointment from the start. We booked and noted that we needed an animal room. We go to check in and tell us no we didnt while I had it pulled up on my phone saying we did. They got us a room. As soon as we walked into the room we were amazed at how lazy it was put together and cleaned. Grout smeared over tiles, hand prints on mirrors, molding missing from doors, sticky floors, and just looked like they built the place in two minutes. Went to shower the next day and turned the water onto the cold setting. Nope. Burning hot. Within 30 seconds the water went from cold to boiling. Burned my hand trying to turn it off as fast as possible. The amount of steam from it filled the room and set all the fire alarms off in the building. Told management right away. They said fire crews still had to come. They investigated our room and the front desk woman said oh we didnt find anything that was yours that was a fire hazard. Explained again that its their faulty shower and she just shrugged and walked away. Other guests outside said that this was a reoccurring issue on the second floor which is where we were. Safe to say we will never be back. Its a shame cause the room is a great size.

They have roaches. I called to get someone to bring some spray. They don’t have any. Made them aware I was allergic to them and was told “there’s nothing they can do.

Ac was crazy noisy and the room wasn’t ready at 4. Once I did get it I realized they hadn’t restocked ever including the shower gel. Even though it seems pretty new, everything seems kind of rundown and dirty. Would t stay here again.

We had prebooked 2 rooms, once we got there the rooms had been given away. It took over an hour to remedy this problem. They had to call the manager to come in from home to fix this problem. Once we got to the rooms there were sheets missing for the pull out in one room and dirty sheets on it. No shampoo or body wash left in the bottles in the shower. The toilet seats were too small for the toilets. Phones didn't work. All little problems, but a lot of them. Also, call the property first to get the correct address, as the address on the booking, website and Google Maps is not the actual address. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly, just not trained properly.

This was my second stay at this property, and while my first experience was good enough to recommend it to my family, this visit was an absolute letdown. We were shocked to find no towels in our rooms. On a holiday weekend, knowing the hotel was fully booked, how could they not be prepared? We had to resort to borrowing towels from each other’s rooms, and despite being told repeatedly that towels would be ready "in 20 minutes," that NEVER happened. The desk staff's dismissive and nonchalant attitude only made matters worse. This was beyond frustrating, and it’s clear this property doesn’t prioritize its guests. We will not be staying here again.

The lady who checked me in, Assistant General Managers, she was super nice and very helpful.
