Did not like that the lobby was constantly locked and you had to use the outside security window. I don't know what that stupidity was all about but the area did not seem dangerous. The air conditioner was very noisy, two light bulbs were burned out and it took about 10 minutes for the sound on the tv to come on. The only thing that would stop me from staying here again was the stupidity of locking the lobby. No obvious reason for it.

Toilet ran all the time. Tub ran all the time. No toilet paper roller. No chain on door. Washing machines don't work. The staff was very nice. I will possibly stay another time.

Breakfast is NOT OFFERED; the hotel needs to update that on Expedia. Laundry facilities broken. However , the room was clean and comfortable, if bare bones. Good for a night.

The facility has some age to it but is kept very clean. The lobby is closed off to entry and there is no breakfast as advertised. The rooms are older, small and in need of some TLC. But the room I was in was cleaned better then some 5 star facilities. Smelled good and was very comfortable. I would stay again.

The hotel didn't have any breakfast that they advertise.. rooms were clean, very basic. Woke up to not having any water.. to remedy it, they brought us a couple bottles of water. Was traveling and wanted to take shower before hitting the road...but not with bottled water. Will not stay here again when we're in area.

Horrible! Check in was fine. Room was in horrible condition. Thre were lots of holes in the liner of the curtin. Paint was missing in several places on walls. Tile on floor was broken and missing. The microwave had buttons not working. AC/Heat had missing key pad buttons due to ware. Refrigerator worked (FROZE everything) and was very rusted all over the outside. The neighbors stayed outside and partied most of the night loudly. There was two partial rolls of toilet paper, not even totaling a whole roll. The room with laundry and ice machine was out of order. Check out is supposed to be 11AM but at 10:30, manager (maybe franchise owner) knocked on door and said check out was 10:30. I said web site said 11. (I was watching a Hallmark movie that ended at 11) he said no 10:30. I had already put my stuff in car so all I had to do is walk out at 11. I had stayed here a few times before because of availability and price. It has gotten worse each time. Very unfriendly manager/owners. Can't recommend this place and will not be back.

Blood stains on the bathroom wall. Baseball sized hole in the tub. Mold on the ceiling. Floors coming apart when u walk on it. Roaches. Fleas. Blood on sheets. Cigarette burns on sheets. Only two sets of towels for four people for a two night stay. And when you go back to ask for more she wanted the dirty ones. There were no dirty ones because my children hadn’t taken a shower yet.

Room #157 looked like it was being worked on. There was a hair in the shower tub. I took pics. Two bulbs above the sink weren't working. Two bulbs missing in the bathroom, in the rusty fixture. A bed sheet had a stain near pillow. The wooden dresser looked like it belongs in a dumpster.

Really was no staff support, the room was not clean, the bed sheets had stains on them. I would not recommend this facility unless you have no other choice. I will not return!.. Holes in the sheets, and floor, toilet paper dispenser was off the wall. Booked for three people and did not have enough towels and rags for the stay. Door key would not work on 1 evening and i had to beat on the door to get someone to the lobby... You get what you pay for

Stayed 1 night while enroute to FL. I selected this spot based on price & previous reviews. It's an older place & the room & furnishings were well worn. You get what you pay for; I probably would not stay here again. The bed was very uncomfortable, way too firm & somewhat lumpy.

I got a non smoking room and my fiancé smokes but not inside and he was standing outside smoking with the door open and some ashes blew into the entrance of our room so I got accused of smoking in the room and was threatened to have $150 charged to my card. First off they advertise breakfast and being greeted upon arrival yet I stood outside waiting for someone to answer to check in. Also a child was answering questions I had and I don’t see that as good management. Anyways room was dusty, tv you can barely see from the bed bc it’s on the wall yet not in front of the bed. Paint peeling. I know it’s an old building so just be careful. Also no room service I stayed 3 nights and had to get stuff myself but upon check out they knock on the door at 9am making you feel forced to leave.

The guy was extremely rude when our room cards stopped working he was also rude when we asked for towel room only had two towels when we had 4 quest customer service is not his best policy

Staff needs to get their attitude adjusted they have poor management and house keeping. No breakfast as advertised. Check out is 10:30 am and they knocking at 9am.

People were from India could not understand them. I would give them a C average for the cleanliness around the hotel.

Horrible! Check in was fine. Room was in horrible condition. Thre were lots of holes in the liner of the curtin. Paint was missing in several places on walls. Tile on floor was broken and missing. The microwave had buttons not working. AC/Heat had missing key pad buttons due to ware. Refrigerator worked (FROZE everything) and was very rusted all over the outside. The neighbors stayed outside and partied most of the night loudly. There was two partial rolls of toilet paper, not even totaling a whole roll. The room with laundry and ice machine was out of order. Check out is supposed to be 11AM but at 10:30, manager (maybe franchise owner) knocked on door and said check out was 10:30. I said web site said 11. (I was watching a Hallmark movie that ended at 11) he said no 10:30. I had already put my stuff in car so all I had to do is walk out at 11. I had stayed here a few times before because of availability and price. It has gotten worse each time. Very unfriendly manager/owners. Can't recommend this place and will not be back.

Really was no staff support, the room was not clean, the bed sheets had stains on them. I would not recommend this facility unless you have no other choice. I will not return!.. Holes in the sheets, and floor, toilet paper dispenser was off the wall. Booked for three people and did not have enough towels and rags for the stay. Door key would not work on 1 evening and i had to beat on the door to get someone to the lobby... You get what you pay for

Did not like that the lobby was constantly locked and you had to use the outside security window. I don't know what that stupidity was all about but the area did not seem dangerous. The air conditioner was very noisy, two light bulbs were burned out and it took about 10 minutes for the sound on the tv to come on. The only thing that would stop me from staying here again was the stupidity of locking the lobby. No obvious reason for it.

I got a non smoking room and my fiancé smokes but not inside and he was standing outside smoking with the door open and some ashes blew into the entrance of our room so I got accused of smoking in the room and was threatened to have $150 charged to my card. First off they advertise breakfast and being greeted upon arrival yet I stood outside waiting for someone to answer to check in. Also a child was answering questions I had and I don’t see that as good management. Anyways room was dusty, tv you can barely see from the bed bc it’s on the wall yet not in front of the bed. Paint peeling. I know it’s an old building so just be careful. Also no room service I stayed 3 nights and had to get stuff myself but upon check out they knock on the door at 9am making you feel forced to leave.

I liked how staff was very polite. I didn’t like how they say free breakfast, my pregnant self was looking for food and they don’t serve free breakfast. No phone, light bulbs out. But it’s somewhere to lay when u don’t have anywhere to go.

Breakfast is NOT OFFERED; the hotel needs to update that on Expedia. Laundry facilities broken. However , the room was clean and comfortable, if bare bones. Good for a night.

The facility has some age to it but is kept very clean. The lobby is closed off to entry and there is no breakfast as advertised. The rooms are older, small and in need of some TLC. But the room I was in was cleaned better then some 5 star facilities. Smelled good and was very comfortable. I would stay again.

The hotel didn't have any breakfast that they advertise.. rooms were clean, very basic. Woke up to not having any water.. to remedy it, they brought us a couple bottles of water. Was traveling and wanted to take shower before hitting the road...but not with bottled water. Will not stay here again when we're in area.

Staff needs to get their attitude adjusted they have poor management and house keeping. No breakfast as advertised. Check out is 10:30 am and they knocking at 9am.

When I arrived at the property to check-in, first of all the lobby was locked at 1:30pm and it was 100 degrees outside. I told the lady I had a reservation and she acted like I was bothering her. Then she was trying to charge me more than what I was quoted to pay. Second thing, I get to my room and it was almost unbearable to be in there because the ac wasn't on and it smelled horrible. The ac never really cooled the room, the refrigerator didn't work very well, the only lights that worked were in the bathroom and the lamp. I was approached by someone staying there offering me drugs. I will not ever stay there again and advise anyone that they need to go elsewhere. That place is a dump and needs to be condemned.
