An excellent stay at a luxury hotel. Everything about our stay was exceptional. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable and our room was a good size with a fantastic view. The new kids club and family spa was well received by our children. We look forward to returning to the hotel during the summer.

The hotel is located just outside of Kitzbühel and has multiple facilities. (+) several saunas, a jazz bar, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, high-tech room with a smart TV that we could connect our phone to (hence watch our favorite Netflix shows) (-) We had no views from our balcony. We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing.

Great stay at the foot of the Alps. Staff was very kind and their local shuttle was really convenient. 2 train stations in town made it really easy to come and go for more exploring. 2 restaurants and a bar on-site and the pool/spa provided everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

Staff here is dressed in traditional Austrian apparel. Everything you need is anticipated. There is easy parking on site, a shuttle to slopes/shopping every 1/2 hr thru 17:00. Gourmet breakfast buffet included- best I’ve ever had. The workout area matches or exceeds any I’ve ever seen, with views of mountains, loads of cardio machines, weights & yoga. Outdoor pool big enough for laps. Lovely indoor pool & steam. Rooms are great quality, very spacious. On site restaurants with good food. In short, one of my favorite places ever.

Great property with 3 onsite restaurants. The parking is 45 Euros per night. The rooms are large with nice balconies. The spa is family friendly and has a thermal pool with hot tub and saunas. There is even an adult only textile free area. The resort has a shuttle bus to the ski slopes every 30 minutes and the resort has a ski rental shop and can even sell you passes to skiKitz. GREAT resort, and the food is amazing. The breakfast spread is HUGE!!!

Wir haben 2 Nächte übernachtet und man muss echt sagen, dass die Lage des Hotels hervorragend ist. Binnen 7 Minuten ist man im Ortskern von Kitzbühel. Das Service war wirklich mehr als nur zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hervorragend! Auch die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig mit riesigen Balkon. Die beiden SPA Bereiche waren ebenfalls sehr beeindruckend. Einziges Manko ist meines Erachtens das Parken, welches mit € 30,- pro Nacht verrechnet wird. Das sollte eigentlich im Zimmerpreis enthalten sein, denn ohne Auto kommt man dort sowieso nicht hin.

Eine traumhafte Anlage! Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise dort. Nächstes Mal wird das Golfbag eingepackt. Tolles und hochqualifiziertes Personal. Moderne und große Zimmer. Ein wundervoller Spa & Wellnessbereich der wirklich alles bietet. Das angrenzende Restaurant am Golfclub bietet sehr gutes Essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

The staffs were friendly. Hotel facilities are top notch. Food services was excellent. Everything was near perfect except the Ski Shop in hotel. I understand the hotel may just leased the build to ski shop and the shop may not be a part hotel at all, but it doesn't match with hotel standards. The skis were outdated, no high end skis even they claimed they had, and didn't allow you return rental ski early for any reason. We did many many ski trips in Austria Alps this is the first ski shop has this kind ridiculous policy. Try to avoid The hotel Ski Shop. You can rent ski at Ski Resort at better brands, better price, and NEW skis.

Check In super chaotisch, wurden einfach in der Lobby vergessen, unser Gepäck wurde unbeaufsichtigt im Eingangsbereich liegen gelassen, Reinigung des Frühstückstisches inkl. Sitzpolster verbesserungswürdig. Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt, große Zimmer, Poolbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Essen top.

Wir haben knapp 1.000 € pro Nacht in diesem Hotel bezahlt und waren entsprechend enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Beim Check-in bekamen wir zunächst ein größeres Zimmer, das jedoch in einem katastrophalen Zustand war: Überall war Staub, in der Badewanne lagen Haare, und an der Tür waren Blutflecken zu sehen. Nach einem Anruf an der Rezeption wurde uns ein neues Zimmer angeboten, das in Ordnung war. Der Service im Hotel war jedoch eine absolute Enttäuschung. Beim Frühstück waren die Speisen teilweise nicht frisch, und in den gesamten sieben Tagen hat uns nur ein einziges Mal jemand gefragt, ob wir Kaffee möchten. Die Mitarbeiter waren hauptsächlich mit Unterhaltungen untereinander beschäftigt, anstatt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Wir haben bereits mehrere Hotels in Kitzbühel getestet, aber dieses war mit Abstand das schlechteste. Es zeigt sich einmal mehr: Ein Hotel steht und fällt mit seinen Mitarbeitern. Besonders irritierend war, dass etwa 90 % des Personals nur Englisch sprechen. In Österreich erwarten wir, dass deutschsprachiges Personal vor Ort ist – schließlich befinden wir uns nicht in der Türkei. Alles in allem sind wir komplett unzufrieden und können dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Da das Hotel am 20.12.24 den neuen Anbau eröffnet, hat gar nichts geklappt! Das Personal war komplett überfordert. Die Zimmer wurden nur 1x (31.12.24) gereinigt, WC -Papier aus, Kleenex aus. Beim Abendessen mussten wir bis zu 45 Minuten auf einen Tisch warten, obwohl wir immer einen fest bestellt hatten. Der Sylvesterabend war eine Katastrophe! Kein Menü wie letztes Jahr, sondern ein drittklassiges Buffet. Keine Tischdecken, keine Dekoration. Man hat den Eindruck das Hotel wird zu Tode gespart.

Was uns an diesem Hotel besonders begeistert hat, war die absolute Freundlichkeit, das Interesse an uns als Gast und das alles so überaus gepflegt und wunderschön gestaltet ist. Unser Zimmer hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Für uns persönlich war das Bett ein bisschen zu hart, aber das ist reine Geschmackssache und es ist nun mal nicht möglich, dass für jeden Rücken immer das ideale Bett in einem Hotelzimmer steht. Doch alles andere war wirklich hervorragend. Der Golfplatz hat uns sehr gut gefallen- vor allem der ausgezeichnete Pflegezustand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

An excellent stay at a luxury hotel. Everything about our stay was exceptional. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable and our room was a good size with a fantastic view. The new kids club and family spa was well received by our children. We look forward to returning to the hotel during the summer.

The hotel is located just outside of Kitzbühel and has multiple facilities. (+) several saunas, a jazz bar, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, high-tech room with a smart TV that we could connect our phone to (hence watch our favorite Netflix shows) (-) We had no views from our balcony. We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing.

Staff here is dressed in traditional Austrian apparel. Everything you need is anticipated. There is easy parking on site, a shuttle to slopes/shopping every 1/2 hr thru 17:00. Gourmet breakfast buffet included- best I’ve ever had. The workout area matches or exceeds any I’ve ever seen, with views of mountains, loads of cardio machines, weights & yoga. Outdoor pool big enough for laps. Lovely indoor pool & steam. Rooms are great quality, very spacious. On site restaurants with good food. In short, one of my favorite places ever.

De kamer was helemaal geweldig. Groot en luxe. Twee grote balkons. Jammer was dat we, ondanks dat we een superior kamer hadden, geen uitzicht op de bergen hadden..... Ook was het best warm in de kamer maar men had voor het gehele hotel de airco uitgeschakeld en we kregen het advies het raam open te zetten. Dat was zeker mogelijk maar we hadden dan wel last van de machines die buiten het nodige geluid maakten waardoor we slecht sliepen. Verder was er een mooi en groot zwembad met een geweldige saunaruimte. Helaas maakt het hotel geen gebruik van de mooie omgeving. Als je binnen bent of in het buitenzwembad zie je daar weinig tot niets van. Ook is het belachelijk dat je € 30,- moet betalen om je auto parkeren. Zo veel ruimte in de omgeving en de al aardige prijs voor de overnachting, dan is het best irritant als ze hier zoveel geld voor vragen. Ondanks alle minpuntjes is het hotel toch nog zeer zeker de moeite waard.

The Grand Tirolia is truly in a class by itself in Kitzbuhel. The resort is beautifully designed and furnished in chic tyrolean style set in a perfect location at the base of the mountains. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and very well layed out. We travelled with lots of luggage for a ski vacation and the closet space was amazing (in addition to the ski storage room). The bathroom is very large and has a super nice rain shower and soaking tub with separate powder room. The deck is also quite spacious and views were amazing. The service in the hotel is top notch; warm, friendly, helpful and professional. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Johannes Lehberger, who really welcomed us after a particularly trying travel day from Spain. Thank you! The front desk staff was also great including Natayolia from Bulgaria, she's wonderful! Two off the chart aspects of the resort; breakfast and the Spa. The breakfast spread is incredible and has among other things an egg/omelete station, amazing Austrian cheeses, fresh juice made to order (e.g., my wife had a freshly blended carot, ginger, orange), fabulous coffee and teas. Literally the best breakfast spread we have ever had; beats Paris/London grand hotels. The spa has three different types of saunas, steam rooms, whirlpool, outdoor/indoor pool and is really outfitted well. All in all, this is the best place to stay in Kitzbuhel, enjoy!

Check In super chaotisch, wurden einfach in der Lobby vergessen, unser Gepäck wurde unbeaufsichtigt im Eingangsbereich liegen gelassen, Reinigung des Frühstückstisches inkl. Sitzpolster verbesserungswürdig. Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt, große Zimmer, Poolbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Essen top.

Vielleicht lag es am Ende der Sommerssaison, aber wir waren mit dem Service nicht so zufrieden bzw fanden ihn nicht 5* würdig. Ein paar Beispiele: beim Checkout war die Rezeption mit 1 Person besetzt, sodass man auch telefonisch keinen Kofferwagen bestellen konnte und die Koffer dann selbst runterbringen musste; unser Auto (30 € pro Tag Parkgebühren) kam dann leider auch nicht, weil "gerade niemand da ist"; beim Essen wollte ich einen Glaswein aus der Karte, bekam irgendeinen anderen, weil "das ist der Einzige, den ich als Grauburgunder offen habe"; beim 2. Tag gab es beim Frühstück keine Waffeln, beim Dinner erhielt ich Fisch statt Ente etc etc. Alles keine Killer, aber nicht 5*würdig

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem hervorragenden Hotel. Hier war nahezu alles perfekt, Einrichtung, Service, Ambiente und Freundlichkeit. Wir werden das Haus ganz sicher wieder besuchen, denn die Umgebung ist sowieso ein Traum, auch unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Besonderes Kompliment noch an den Front Office Shiftleader Max, er ist hervorzuheben, immer freundlich und bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Danke für eine fantastische Zeit!

Wir haben knapp 1.000 € pro Nacht in diesem Hotel bezahlt und waren entsprechend enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Beim Check-in bekamen wir zunächst ein größeres Zimmer, das jedoch in einem katastrophalen Zustand war: Überall war Staub, in der Badewanne lagen Haare, und an der Tür waren Blutflecken zu sehen. Nach einem Anruf an der Rezeption wurde uns ein neues Zimmer angeboten, das in Ordnung war. Der Service im Hotel war jedoch eine absolute Enttäuschung. Beim Frühstück waren die Speisen teilweise nicht frisch, und in den gesamten sieben Tagen hat uns nur ein einziges Mal jemand gefragt, ob wir Kaffee möchten. Die Mitarbeiter waren hauptsächlich mit Unterhaltungen untereinander beschäftigt, anstatt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Wir haben bereits mehrere Hotels in Kitzbühel getestet, aber dieses war mit Abstand das schlechteste. Es zeigt sich einmal mehr: Ein Hotel steht und fällt mit seinen Mitarbeitern. Besonders irritierend war, dass etwa 90 % des Personals nur Englisch sprechen. In Österreich erwarten wir, dass deutschsprachiges Personal vor Ort ist – schließlich befinden wir uns nicht in der Türkei. Alles in allem sind wir komplett unzufrieden und können dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

The structure and facilities can be rated 5 star, but unfortunately that isn’t enough at this price point. The rooms are spacious and so is the spa, but there is literally no proactiveness in terms of service. Plus charging EUR 30 per night for parking in a ski area is rather petty when you already pay 1k per night for bed & breakfast…

My mum, our dog, and I had the most wonderful stay. The room was exceptional, the facilities were beautiful and newly renovated, and the food was truly delicious. The team was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back.

A truly wonderful experience! 😍 Everything about Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding, the staff were welcoming and professional, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. The location is stunning, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is pure luxury. Great stay at the foot of the Alps. Staff was very kind and their local shuttle was really convenient. 2 train stations in town made it really easy to come and go for more exploring. 2 restaurants and a bar on-site and the pool/spa provided everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

Et fantastisk flott hotell hvor man føler veldig velkommen. Superfint rom, men ville valgt utsikt mot fjellet neste gang. Det sjekket ikke jeg godt nok når jeg bestilte. Frokosten er helt topp med et rikholdig utvalg. Og restauranter ellers på område var og veldig bra. Det eneste minuset for oss var at det var veldig harde senger. Til tross for det ville jeg valgt samme hotell igjen. Drar gjerne tilbake. Ellers er det en veldig fin golfbane og man går på sti inn til Kitzbuhel på ca 45 min. Men hotellet både kjører deg inn/henter gratis frem til kl 17.00.

Wir haben 2 Nächte übernachtet und man muss echt sagen, dass die Lage des Hotels hervorragend ist. Binnen 7 Minuten ist man im Ortskern von Kitzbühel. Wir haben 2 Nächte übernachtet und man muss echt sagen, dass die Lage des Hotels hervorragend ist. Binnen 7 Minuten ist man im Ortskern von Kitzbühel. A truly wonderful experience! 😍 Everything about Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding, the staff were welcoming and professional, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. The location is stunning, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is pure luxury. I will definitely return!

An excellent stay at a luxury hotel. Everything about our stay was exceptional. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable and our room was a good size with a fantastic view. The new kids club and family spa was well received by our children. We look forward to returning to the hotel during the summer.

Vielleicht lag es am Ende der Sommerssaison, aber wir waren mit dem Service nicht so zufrieden bzw fanden ihn nicht 5* würdig. Ein paar Beispiele: beim Checkout war die Rezeption mit 1 Person besetzt, sodass man auch telefonisch keinen Kofferwagen bestellen konnte und die Koffer dann selbst runterbringen musste; unser Auto (30 € pro Tag Parkgebühren) kam dann leider auch nicht, weil "gerade niemand da ist"; beim Essen wollte ich einen Glaswein aus der Karte, bekam irgendeinen anderen, weil "das ist der Einzige, den ich als Grauburgunder offen habe"; beim 2. Tag gab es beim Frühstück keine Waffeln, beim Dinner erhielt ich Fisch statt Ente etc etc. Alles keine Killer, aber nicht 5*würdig

Staff here is dressed in traditional Austrian apparel. Everything you need is anticipated. There is easy parking on site, a shuttle to slopes/shopping every 1/2 hr thru 17:00. Gourmet breakfast buffet included- best I’ve ever had. The workout area matches or exceeds any I’ve ever seen, with views of mountains, loads of cardio machines, weights & yoga. Outdoor pool big enough for laps. Lovely indoor pool & steam. Rooms are great quality, very spacious. On site restaurants with good food. In short, one of my favorite places ever.

Great property with 3 onsite restaurants. The parking is 45 Euros per night. The rooms are large with nice balconies. The spa is family friendly and has a thermal pool with hot tub and saunas. There is even an adult only textile free area. The resort has a shuttle bus to the ski slopes every 30 minutes and the resort has a ski rental shop and can even sell you passes to skiKitz. GREAT resort, and the food is amazing. The breakfast spread is HUGE!!!

Staff brilliant, facilities superb and we had a great time. Only issue was the room temperature was too warm for us until we figured out the climate system in the room... Ski boot room was fantastic and heated, dry boots each day made all the difference. We opted for half board for a change and were pleased we did. Breakfast superb, dinner menu changed each night and 2 of the 5 nights the food was exceptional, 2 nights very good and 1 night good. We'd go back albeit pricing looks to have increased sharply from when we booked before.

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr schön, auch auf der Terasse möglich. Wer Golf spielen möchte ist in diesem Hotel genau richtig aufgehoben. Gastronimie ist ausgezeichnet.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einem wunderbaren Hotel mit hervorragenden Mitarbeitenden. Das Spa ist ebenfalls absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gern wieder. Einzig die Speisekarte im Restaurant wie im Clubhaus könnte mehr Auswahl an vegetarischen oder auch veganen Speisen bieten.

Aber leider ein paar Minuspunkte in Anbetracht der 5* - Parkplatz (30€ pro Tag) - das Wasser im Spa Bereich war sehr kalt. - Fruhestuecksbuffet mit wenig Auswahl und teilweise kalt - Service beim Abendessen etwas chaotisch - das toll angekündigte Kino war relativ unbequem zum Sitzen Ist vlt Jammern auf höchsten Niveau - aber es wäre definitiv mit kleinen Handgriffen noch mehr rauszuholen

We loved our stay at Grand Tirolia. Firstly, the staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming. Secondly, the food was INCREDIBLE. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The indoor pool was a great depth and the natural pool was beautiful (if a little cold!).

All in all a fantastic hotel with amazing nature around it. Bad: - Hotel Price is very expensive. - Parking cost 20€ pr night which is robbery in daylight and extremely overpriced. U all ready pay a lot to sleep. - Dont order Room Service. It is extremely overpriced and they add a fee just to have someone bring it over (10€) and then they ask for tip on top off on their bill. - Fridge is cheap and doesnt cool anything. When u pay so much pr night these things should just work but they have offered customers the cheapest solution. Good: - Hotel location is great - Rooms were clean and cleaned Daily - Breakfast was very good - Staff everywhere were very polite - Pool area is amazing but shower rooms are too tiny
