Allting var jättebra, men jag skulle vilja ha även en glasdörr till duschutrymmet. Glasväggen som finns där täcker bara halva utrymmet.

Baño con 1 único bote de jabón/champú para todo. Solo eso, escasísimo. Cocina equipada en la habitación pero con pocos accesorios, sin cafetera, solo 1 vaso.. Solo tiene 4 ascensores y puedes tardar 5 minutos en coger uno. Ojo! Es una residencia de estudiantes tambien

It was good, very peaceful and welcoming

Large room with cooking facilities, but not much in the way of utensils. Room seemed reasonably clean, but let down by mould in the shower grouting. If cleaning services could get some mould magic or something similar and really have a good go at the mould in the bathrooms it would improve the overall image of the properties. Getting initial access to the property was a bit stressful especially when carrying heavy bags in the heat as the pedestrian access wasn't very clearly marked as was the high security entrance gate which somewhat gave the impression of entering a high security prison. However once inside, pretty good facilities for the price. Gym well equipped. Pool served it's function although not the most picturesque location, however you would be unlikely to get a pool in most establishments at that price point. Location a little bit sketchy, felt safe enough walking around it during the day, did not go out in the evening as not part of my plans, although did see the odd local character who looked as if the may have a somewhat edgy lifestyle. But as someone who is happy to go out in Camden Town area in London on a Saturday night, nothing I couldn't handle, but may explain the high security. Other residents of the studios seemed nice enough. Most of staff helpful and pleasant. No kettle, but was able to borrow one plus a hairdryer, so was able to have my morning cuppa! All in all good value basics covered, but don't expect 5 star luxury for the price.

Les points positifs : logement plutôt bien situé (15 minutes de la plage à pied, centre-ville accessible en bus, la cité des sciences et des arts accessible également en bus/velo). De quoi faire des courses alimentaires à proximité. Le logement est bien, la climatisation fonctionne très bien, il y a des vrais stores aux fenêtres. Les points négatifs : pour les dormeurs au sommeil léger, ça peut être un peu bruyant, je pense notamment si vous êtes dans les étages inférieurs qui donnent sur cour. Également, le ménage n’était pas parfaitement fait, et personnellement dans mon logement, il y avait beaucoup d’eau en dehors de la douche, des joints mériteraient un renouvellement. Mais malgré tout ça, pour le prix, il n’y a rien à redire. Très bien situé si vous voulez profiter de la ville et de la plage. Pas mal de bus à proximité, un métro, un tram et une station de vélo. Il y a également une laverie automatique, très utile quand on reste un petit moment.
