Joi's House Policies and Conditions: We do not have a 24/7 reception please inform us by email when you book by providing your time of check in and flight number (if applicable) and you contact number while travelling. If you have a late arrival we will guide you via Whatsapp to use the keylock box. Please note that this is a small house with a number of rooms and not a big hostel so one shall note that loud noises and partying are not permitted on property. Guests can use the kitchen and dining room as long as they wash their dishes etc and put them back into their drawers. The kitchen can be used from 8am-9pm, the backyard can be used from 8am-10pm. Check in from 12:00 to 23:00 (flexible) let us know as we do not have a 24/7 reception. Check out before 10:00 . Payment upon arrival in cash (remaining balance due + eco tax). General: Taxes not included - eco city tax 0.50 EUR per person per night Breakfast not included. No curfew. Not Child friendly. Not pet friendly. We provide fans for hotter days, should you wish to upgrade to an AC you can pay EUR8 per night. Only guests are allowed at the house - no extra persons
