TREMONT HOTEL BRONx-GRAND OPENING

Property was clean and modern looking… I just wish they had private parking but surprisingly I found parking quickly..

Entire building smells on weed, very strong smell even in the room.

Easy access to the rain lines with a 15 minute walk. Area around the hotel was dirty. Limited facilities at the hotel, although staff were friendly and helpful.

Vey bad experience. The rooms and hallways smells very bad. Smoking everywhere in the hotel.

Was overall a best nice stay. No offstreet parking

Not kids family, the facility is immersed in smoke I mean there’s nothing like no smoking.room. The hotel lobby was very dirty & noisy. The smell of weed wakes you up and if you have a respiratory problem please advise yourself because my flur up.

Elevator out of order

The rooms are very small, no microwave or iron. The exercise room was out of commission. Also, it was weird because a man was standing in the lobby which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Overall very clean place. Top bed sheet had a burn hole in it, mattress cover was ripped but sheets were clean. Very easy check in/out. Busy area that hotel is in. Streets are a little loud at night. Have to park on very busy streets or pay for parking about a mile down the road at a garage. Overall I’d stay again and recommend

Do not book this hotel. If there is no street parking when you arrive, you won't even be able to get in. The front desk staff hung up on me several times AND hung up on Expedia staff who called on my behalf several times. When asked where to park they said "On the street. If there are no spots, I don't know what to tell you." Extremely unprofessional and a major disappointment. The photographs of the outside of the hotel are also photoshopped. It looks more like a ran-down housing development that someone slapped white duct tape spelling out "HOTEL" on the top. Just save yourself the money and stay elsewhere. Also thank you, Expedia for helping me with this case and upholding your values towards customers and our satisfaction. I didn’t expect them to help me as much as they did and I'm very thankful for that!

This hotel was truly a nightmare. The stay started with the checkin desk ignoring me to take a phone call on a personal cell phone. The hotel was dirty and covered in trash. The hotel room had one towel and the bed comforter had several holes in it. Cleanliness aside, if you want a good night sleep think again. The amount of screaming and yelling all night every night was unbelievable. And the absolute worst part was on my final night stay at midnight someone entered my room with a key. 100% the worst experience and I recommend no one stay here ever. REMOVE FROM HOTELS.COM!!!

The elevator smelled of weed my entire stay. There was something on my floor that was never cleaned, long hair in my sink. Disgusting.

Check in lady didn’t even welcome us. Just asked us straight for payment and ID. Didn’t gave us directions to our room. Went to the room, The floor had not been swept or mapped for days. Garbage in every corner. Bathroom faucet was loose, so the toilet seat, shower head all moldy stained towels and all were “hand” towel size. I always check mattress in every hotel I go, this one was all stained, yellow and dark brown so that means was blood. Asked to get a different room and they said they were booked. Asked for a discount and they said had to wait for manager who never got into the location.

The bathroom did not have soap, towels were old. Hot water in the bathroom was lukewarm, room was either hot or cold( could not be regulated well). Hallway was dirty.

At the hotel our sheets in the bed had blood stains, there was no lightbulbs in any of the main area lights, there was no doorknob on the bathroom door and so we could not shut the door. Had to ask the staff 4 times to get these things fixed and by the time it was fixed it was almost 11pm and we checked in at 3pm.

Easily the worst hotel I have ever seen. Filthy hotel, terrible customer service. Disgusting bathrooms. Absolutely the worst place you can stay. Do not stay here unless you are homeless.

Four Bedrooms, heater don’t work. Broken windows. Toilet don’t flush. Very dirty. Toilet tissues on the ceiling toilet. Got all pictures. Broken emergency door bolt. Terrible place. Smells bad.

I was not satisfied, i will like my money refund back to me...roaches was crawling in room,it was very noisy people, yelling, screaming, doors slamming all night long,fire alarm going off in my room, outside in hallway was full of smoke,the fire fighters came.i called front desk and he told me that he doesn't have any more rooms.also i got a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke

Everything in the rooms were either broken or not in use. I had to change rooms due to light not working just to put me in another room where the door handle was broke

The hotel itself was nice, smaller rooms but the materials and finishes were nice. Bed was below average for comfort and the pillows felt like there were from Dollar General. The doors to the rooms do not seal whatsoever and there’s about an inch gap at the bottom - which means you hear absolutely everything outside your room (and they can hear you). We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and people were having a party on the floor, doors open, shouting between rooms, excessive weed use, til 2am. No complaints about the staff, they brought us more pillows and towels when asked. The room did not have any cups for water and no hair dryer. No complimentary soaps or shampoos in the shower either.

I loved my room, but the absence of a microve and iron in the room was a bit stressful.

It is a small space for 4 people

Not good, rooms look NOTHING like the pictures online. Bathroom door handle fell off. Check in is behind glass. Weird vibe overall.

Check in was easy! But the WiFi didn't work and the walls or the vents were pumping cigarette smoke. I was on the 2 nd floor and the exit door was so loud I couldn't sleep

I booked last minute, no iron in room, there was a whole in the bathroom wall.

It was okay on the first night, the second night there were other persons were noisy from 11:30 pm to 9 am. Couldn’t get enough sleep. There wasn’t even enough space in room to walk around. Staff was okay though. Keys don’t work after 11 am, you would have to get it activated every day after 11. Stay was meh!

Truthfully I wouldn’t stay there again. The hotel was nice. My room was OK but the noise level was awful. I barely got any sleep because of the loud people talking in the hallway door, slamming stomping from the room upstairs. not good fit for me and my family. We’re use to quiet after a certain time when we stay at a hotel.

The staff needs to be more efficient with their services.

Me and my friend began our 1-Night stay at this hotel. In a matter of five minutes, I was able to check-in and enter the room I paid $250 for. We were sent to Room 603. As soon as we entered the room, I encountered 2 roaches together but quickly killed it. Then when entered the bathroom, not only the soap dispensers located in the shower and near the sink were broken but had no soap inside. We were left with two lotions which were opened. It made me question if this room was cleaned. Moving on, I had to call housekeeping for soap more than two times to receive the item 30 minutes later. The housekeeper only brought one soap to share which I think is not great since I stated both soap dispensers were broken. Then next to the mini fridge, there seemed to be red dye or paint and it looks old and untouched that it was hard to clean or wipe it. Then near the closet space, a hanger was missing and broken so me and my friend could not hang out clothes for the next day. And finally, the 50 inch TV was glitching that it turned on and off by itself once. After all this, I spoke to the front desk and he stated that management would be connected. What should have been different is how it was handled. I was immediately dismissed when I told the man at the front desk the inconveniences that were in my room with my friend, an additional guest. Nothing was resolved and I spent $250 on a room that had damages written all over it. I hoped to receive credit or reach some kind of agreement.

Workers are very awesome (men or women), they are very responsive to any concerns: the management need to work more on the smoking in the hallways

Very disrespectful they tried to not let me check in

The staff are very inconsiderate and rude

Front desk attendant made us wait 30 min plus for a room, she was busy with paperwork and did not want to be bothered.

We stayed here due to our flight being canceled. The room had no soap/shampoo/etc. Bedding had bleach stains and holes in it. Towels were very thin and only one set in a room with 2 queen beds. Check-in and check-out process and staff were very friendly and nice!

sheets were all broken, towels were folded but all wet like they been used call for new ones and the lady on the front office never came with new ones and on top of that she kept giving attitud to the customer

Everything was great, big king bed, tv with all channels, big bathroom, all clean and updated. AC and heat worked great, windows open a little for fresh air. One small light in ceiling as soon as u walk in wouldn't turn off. Hot water was nice, everything was updated, vending machines downstairs. Just in a very bad area of the Bronx, lots of homeless right outside and one came inside asking me for money as i checked in. Would have been better if front door was locked and you can be buzzed to come inside. But price was sooo low, very affordable!

Good area and very convenient. Very noisy at though so if you are looking for a quiet stay you wint get that. The shower head was leaking and not working properly but other than that it was a good stay.

Had to stay here 2 nights while waiting for my new apartment to be ready. Located in a bad neighborhood lots of people out especially at night. Rooms are small and halls reek of weed.

I didnt like thats i had to change rooms after settling and after a shower reason i had to change is because there was a leak in the bathrooms underneath my room. And i also dont like that they dont serve breakfast

Don’t use the atm I was scammed out of $200, no room service or anything. I would only stay here if you plan on being out the whole time and just sleeping at the hotel as I did.

We spent 24 hours with no TV. The door to the bathroom had no lock just a hole. Had to go down stairs to the lobby to warm up food and wait in line. Move to another room still no lock on the bathroom door. and no phone in the room. Dog barking all night. Very bad hotel never stay there again. Other guess complaining too.
