I liked the indoor area pool jacuzzi etc perfect back up for the kids when it rains. I will stay here again

The indoor "playground" was fantastic. Pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, ping pong, corn hole, and my favorite, a 9 hole putting green. No need to worry if youre stuck inside on a rainy day.

This is the first resort I have ever visited where they lock the pool access up at 10 and kick you out. There was no obstruction of loud obnoxious behavior. They locked up at 10 pm on a Saturday night and were not opening the pool area back up until 12pm Sunday!!!! I will never stay here again.

Very reasonably priced. Older but well maintained. Spouse loved the heated indoor pool. Kitchen area well stocked with cookware and tableware. Interior rooms surround pool/recreational area so can be noisy if other guests ignore quiet hours after 10:00pm. Only had a problem on one night of 7-night stay.

The condo was great and spacious. They drain and clean the pools on Sundays which is a slight inconvenience if you are stay through Monday and looking to spend time in the pool and the pool opens back up at 12pm. We Went to the hot tub around 6 pm and the jets were blowing cold water the pool was the same temp if not slightly warmer than the hot tub. The front desk told us it takes a while to heat up. There was people in the pool playing and yelling at 2:00 am in the morning. The front room does not have black out curtains and the sun beams in around 5:30 / 6:00 am so don’t plan on sleeping in much. All rooms are non smoking so try not to get a room next to the stairs as that’s where Somerset go to sit and enjoy a cigarette. Constantly walking through smoke is never enjoyable either. Other than these issues the hotel staff was ver friendly the place inside was clean and spacious. This is a great location as it’s in the center of a lot of great restaurants and fun places to visit.

This place was perfect. Not only due to the great price, but its close to the beach, has a huge indoor pool, put put, jacuzzi, and even a room where you have watch movies with your family. Overall, great experience.

This condo is well located with plenty of stores and activities within walking distance. They have beach access also within walking distance. Everyone was very friendly. My only negative would be the indoor pool was not heated and the water was freezing cold, the hot tub was more warm than hot.

Seem to be outdated but that didn’t bother me much but it did have a humid old smell and the amenities were not what was expectedz the photos that are displayed are not the reality of the units. They show you updated rooms but give a mustard yellow room with an old smell and the floors did not feel clean. Spa was closed when I wanted to use it during hrs it was supposed to be open. Other than that it was close to everything and was too bad of a price for the stay but I definitely will pay attention to reviews before purchasing. Not the best but not the worst

Very pleased with room. Lots of activities to do there including 2 pools and hot tub. We also enjoyed the movie room. Will stay here again..mov

The room was nothing fancy and not new but it had a nice kitchenette with a full fridge and stove top. I’m disappointed in the cleanliness. Second and third day they did not leave toilet paper. The maid seem to only leave towels and make the bed. The bathroom floor was dirty After the pool on day one and it never got mopped. I was there for five nights. The indoor pool is very nice. I’d like that. It was a lot cheaper than something like a Marriott. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, glasses, and cooking utensils. But no hairdryer.

The staff was nice the hotel however was not so great. There was no soap given in the room. The furniture was like from 1970. The rooms smelled kinda of mildewy, and the thing that was the worst is there was a cockroach crawling around the room. Did not feel clean at all.

Very very dirty. Grout was black. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned.

Clean room friendly staff

I am 100% a believer that you get what you pay for but this place was very affordable, homey & easy access to all the need to go places!! I only wish the floors in the room were cleaner BUT keep in mind you are at the beach and across from the beach so the sand will forever be everywhere Sofa did have some mold but yet again, beach = water.. sitting water or consistent moisture = mold So don’t be to hasty and jump to conclusions Everything else was very clean. The pool and accommodations were perfect. The size room was amazing, especially with the kitchen and accessories. (We had all the accessories) Front desk workers were kind & helpful Parking was easy. It was nice to have our room inside, although the pool was right across from our room so a little noisy but that ended at 10pm (aka naps were sometimes challenging) Also, the light from inside the facility shined into the room so 3am felt like 7am So if you are sensitive to light in your room or want something quieter get one with a outside access We would definitely stay here again!

The room was as clean as it could be, walked in and immediately smelled like mildew. some mold in shower corners, yellow stains on head board. Walked back in from dinner and found a roach on the tv counter. Overall it was an ok stay.

The only good thing about this property was the inside pool area. When we arrived there was a TERRIBLE odor coming from the room we turned the air down in hopes that would help left and went to the beach. When we came back to the room for the night we seen MULTIPLE roaches at this point it would have been to late in busy Destin to find another place to stay so we went to the local Walmart and got cleaning supplies and cleaned the condo to the best of out ability. Also one of the bathrooms inside the condo smell of mold so badly we couldn't even use it. We pushed through the stay because of limited availability in the area. And tried our best to stay busy and away from the condo as much as possible. But we will not be staying @ this location again. The smell from the room and the roach infestation did not get any better throughout our stay..

Great location but not the cleanest place out there. The walls are very thin - we could not sleep because someone’s dog was barking all night on the floor.

Roaches everywhere! We complained the first day and they offered a full refund for our stay or to move to another room! That room was just as bad! We are still waiting for our refund! Don’t stay here!!!

Did not stay. Left 5 minutes after entering room. It had gnats and was grungy. I left and went in the next day to advise I wasn’t there. I was here for baseball tournaments for my grandsons. Ending up staying with my daughter.

There is not much to say about this place other than it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and they have a great doughnut place right outside. These are probably the only good things about it. The place is old and dated, not many food options around it, the internet is slow. I wouldn't stay here again.

Loved that it was close to things. What i did not like- there is not extra lock on door so does not feel very safe. Just 1 turn lock. The blinds on window are wooden so light comes in. If you plan on good nights sleep, it is impossible to get the room dark.

Love the rooms, very spacious! Check out time is at 10am which can be a bit challenging with kids. Other than that i loved the stay. The pool is super nice also!

It’s an older building but very well maintained. The rooms are big, the pools are excellent, and the staff was very helpful. Our ac stopped working and they replaced the entire unit quickly. We asked for extra blankets and they were very accommodating. The indoor pool was probably the best part. It was huge and very clean. We loved our stay and would recommend this property.

This stay was not what I expected but good overall. I wasn’t expecting a motel situation but more of a condo but the rooms were clean and the front desk was quite friendly. Would recommend for a couple night stay

On the main strip. Many options within walking distance and beach is across the street. Rooms need dark or black out curtains instead of the white sheer ones with the Florida sun. Kids loved the indoor pool. Beds are ok but headboards are old

The rooms were pretty basic. Not resort like at all. The outside appearance was not what we expected. It looked like a motel 6.

The property was ok. The staffs knowledge was lacking. They could not figure out how to add an additional night so I checked out early. My room faced outward away from the indoor pool and toward a very noisy road.

The bed was very hard, the room was clean but dated.

Need longer curtains

They have some really nice photos but aside from the indoor pool everything is exaggerated. The rooms are spacious but they smell old and there was mold all over the furniture, I was scared to stay in that area. There is an inside bar but it’s vacant, They do not have any accommodations for disabled people, if they did I was refused service. They also do not have an elevator. The young man that checked me in was rude and not helpful at all, anyone who says this is a nice destination must have stayed in an updated version.

My family and I have been staying at Club Destin for 18 years now . This was the first time we experienced rude service. 1st My daughter arrived 2 hr before us due to heavy traffic for us . I called to ask if they would let her in our room they said no, Even though in years past they have with no problem. 2nd problem, We had requested a ground floor due to my husbands double knee replacement and I knew they had no elevators. But was told they had no vacant rooms on the bottom but yet I counted 10 the next morning. 3rd my so brought a Series of movies to watch in the movie theater room They would not play them and again it never had been a problem in years past. But we made the best of our vacation, and yes we are very likely to stay again .

The property was decent, the hot tub was out of service our entire stay and when I asked the staff when it would be fixed, I kept getting these placating lies, like they’re working on it and we’re hoping it’ll be fixed this evening. They were not working on it at all, I never once saw a tech in the hot tub area. Why can’t they just tell the truth and say it’ll be down for the next week. It was a cop out comment, the truth would have been done to hear. What I did not expect when we arrived was us being ushered over to the desk in front for someone to explain the amenities. It was one of those time-share sales person pressuring us to sit for a ‘presentation’ and when we agreed, they ran a $20 deposit fee on my card, said it was to ensure a seat. They offered us $150 and 2 nights free on the next trip if we sat for a 2 hour presentation. We ended up skipping the presentation, & they kept our $20, I asked for it back and got a flat out no. Oh, by the way, that comment about ensuring a seat, they had a big room of tables and when we stopped by to get our money back, they had pamphlets on 2 tables, there was no huge crowd, just 2 suckers they stole $20 from. Whoever took their ad photos did an amazing job. The photos make everything look way bigger than it was, kudos to your photographer. It’s not a bad place to stay, had a decent rate, just wish the words out of their mouths were more honest. The deceit only gives me a bad feeling about the place. We’ll never stay there again.

There's nothing that I liked about this property they had rude staff hidden fees and pool opening and closing times at the pool didn't open till after check out my children left in tears worst hotel in Destin I've ever stayed in their dated that their TVs are smaller than my kids and they cable didn't work it's worse they tell her

Everything was great. Got more than we expected for our $$. Stacy at the desk was absolutely 💯. Thank you so much for all you do. Our stay was amazing.

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The location gives you plenty of places within walking distance and a short Uber ride to the Boardwalk etc.

The front desk gentlemen was so nice. He really treats the customers really nice and kindly. He made me feel really welcomed when I was checking in. Would stay there again.

Nice little place. The Indoor pool area was really nice. The Location of the Condos was good because it was in the middle of the attractions.

This day was very nice. This swimming pool and hot tub area was very nice and clean. I didn’t even know there was a swimming pool outside. I would’ve enjoyed it with the sun. The only thing that was not enjoyable was walking across the street to get to the public beach area and it turns out to be private and not able to walk around on the beach.

This property is right in the heart of everything! You can walk across the street for the beach! There were enough beds also, could use some updates to sink etc but overall clean. The indoor pool was also a great bonus!

Property was near everything to do in Destin

Wonderful value for money! Very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Just note you can’t just cross the street and get to the beach. The other condos “own” it, and have it locked up tight. Plan accordingly.

I like the location

Came for a 3night 4 day stay to Florida for Summer get away. We had a great time. It’s very close to all the different things to be done in Destin. Shout out to Merlin’s Pizza it was recommended by another guest there also staying here, it was worth the pay! We enjoyed the pool table nights,indoor pool it was kinda cold but size was perfect,movie area for families. Only bad part was we didn’t get to enjoy the beaches is was Red Zone for 2 days straight and my only dislike was no black out drapes this my only complaint. Rooms very clean. You may request cleaning or not it’s your choice. They forgot to clean first day but call and they sent clean towels and etc. Will come and stay again! Staff very nice at front desk.

The hotel was fairly loud and families were playing different music at the pool and it all clashed and just sounded annoying. The receptionist told us we could walk across the street to access the beach but after walking around for half an hour we realized that area of the beach was all private and only accessible to the hotels along the beach. The public access area wasn’t very far when we drove but I wish the receptionist told us accurate information so we didn’t waste out time. The hotel is along a 6 lane street that is very busy and loud so walking along it was not fun. There was plenty of parking and the room was very spacious and clean. Overall a fairly decent hotel and good for large families who need a lot of space and aren’t too bothered by kids yelling. Not good for couples wanting a quiet vacation. Also there aren’t any restaurants within walking distance except for a small and busy pizza shop. Don’t stay here expecting to walk everywhere, you will need to drive due to the busy street out front and the lack of nearby places to go.

Everything is great about this property I give it 5 stars. The only thing I would change is they don't offer breakfast

The room was clean and the front desk clerk was nice. Shawn was helpful giving us recommendations on things to do and places to eat.

Price of rooms for what you get is unbeatable. Clean rooms, great location, awesome little diner in walking distance, great staff, inside pool and lounge to take a break from the sun. Only downside i noticed was the dollar store toilet seats.

Breakfast options were disappointing but everything else was good

Small room a little bit dated but clean and food for our shower stay. Close to shopping, dinning and beaches plenty of parking and lots of activity amenities.

I liked that my room was located inside the indoor pool area and i was able to walk to nearby attractions and dinning places. Easy parking. Nice accommodations.

I loved the location. We had to drive to beach which wasn't bad. Great parking. Pool and hot tub was good. No breakfast 😢 Although rooms were dated, the size of room was good. Overall great budget stay. I would stay again. When first arrived previous guest left dog poop in front entrance of our room notified front, they took care of it.
