Very good value for the money. Breakfast is decent, only should open at 630 rather than 7 to accommodate Disney visitors. Pool was slightly too cold. Overall excellent hotel

Door on lock was not secure and we were stuck on third floor without any elevator. I had a knee injury and typically travel with a wheelchair. There was no indication that elevators were not working and there was kk intent on them being fixed soon

Nice little hotel not too far from Disneylands toy story parking lot. Hotel parking was a bit full at the end of the night but they had a valet service as well.

Staff was friendly. Parking is a struggle. Had to move rooms because the AC wasn’t working. Overall not a bad experience would stay again Wish they had a shuttle to Disneyland.

Went for a two night stay. Over all I give it 4 stars. Breakfast tasted a bit under cooked but I just let the lady know and she took care of it. Parking is a secure but if you check in later like we did around 9pm we didn’t find anything but luckily they have free valet and they will park your car in like a over flow section and move it as they need. No big deal. It was clean in the hotel room seemed to be freshly remodeled. I did notice in the shower sometimes the pressure would die out a little bit. Also if your on the first floor like we were the walking above us was a slight annoying in the early morning but luckily it only lasted like 30 minutes at a time. Overall if you want a safe, fair priced, and clean hotel near Disney i would recommend. I walked to the Toy Story shuttle in 7 minutes and if you really wanted to you can walk to the park in 20 minutes choice is yours. Hope this review helps you make your decision. Moving forward I’m going to try and book here if I can when I come to Anaheim.

Rooms super small, beds uncomfortable , bathroom small, pool and hot tub dirty , no drawers spaces ,I didn’t like it at all

The only thing that wasnt great is the pool wasn't heated and the spa was dirty.

The area was great and had a lot of food options and very close to the park. But not very ADA friendly despite letting them know 2 weeks ahead that I would need a first floor accommodation when I arrived to the hotel I was told they didn’t have anything on the first floor much less the second floor and I was sent all the way to the third floor. Parking was beyond horrible. And the water pressure to shower was ridiculously low. One elevator all the way on the other side of the parking lot.

Pros: the room was clean, spacious, new floor and furniture is nice. We had a fridge and microwave, the mattress was comfortable. Lots of plugs. They offer free valet and free breakfast. Big TV. Our king room also had a couch. Looks remodeled/updated since the change from Travelodge. The heater worked well. Great location, right next to Denny's and Toy Story parking lot for Disneyland, gas station and Roscoe’s across the street (best waffles out there!!!!). The price was pretty great, $268 for two nights during thanksgiving break, Mon-Wed. CONS: No housekeeping unless you request before 11 (pretty standard lately) the pillows were terrible (standard Wyndham pillows). The showerhead had terrible pressure and the water went from barely warm to really hot very fast. We could hear EVERYTHING above us and outside, children running and pounding the floor, housekeeping carts, conversations, early as 6am!! The breakfast, ugh; nothing looked all the way cooked. An employee was in there making waffles, and they looked yellow instead of golden as did the tater tots. Everything looked frozen reheated. No yogurts, which we wanted. No oatmeal. The parking is horrendous if you get there too late. Super restricted parking. The valet double-parks your vehicle, in front of other cars or in red zones on the property because they run out of parking spots. You could say you get what you pay for, which is why I give it 3 stars instead of 2. Very motel-ish. Has potential to be better.

Hotel room has been updated, tile floors, comfy beds. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful getting supplies to us. The down side is, the lack of parking.

Was overall very impressed with this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Location is great. Bus stop is right outside but also easy to walk or rideshare to Disney. The property from the outside doesn't look like the most upscale but I thought the rooms were nice -- large and updated. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean and had no bad smells. Only issue I had was some ants in the bathroom. But nothing too bad. Staff was very friendly and accommodated by request for a first floor room and a later checkout. Breakfast had a good variety but didn't start until 7:00 so only had it a couple days. But was a nice perk.

Room was filthy, dried blood on doorframe, stained sheets, leaking shower that soaked our luggage. No housekeeping or fresh towels for 4 days despite repeated requests. Staff were rude and unhelpful, rolled their eyes when I notified about the dirty room. Unacceptable stay and poor service.

We checked in to find out the pool was closed. Would have been nice to know ahead of time . We had very loud pallet jacks by our room at 8am in the morning. Woke us up. Not cool!! Had black mold on the ceiling above the toilet where a very obvious water leak was. TV signal went out. Couldn’t watch TV

The breakfast was decent. Eggs, sausage, waffles even Mickey Mouse & Disney waffles. Bagels, bread for toast. Apple Juice & Grape Cranberry Apple Juice which was very good. Cold cereal, hot oatmeal. Tater tots are air fried & fall apart when you try to grab them with a fork. After the first breakfast I passed on those. I made egg & sausage biscuit sandwiches. Honestly, it's just to get some food in my kids & I stomach so we didn't have to eat in the park. Parking for us was good because there were plenty of spaces when we arrived at 2pm on a Monday afternoon. Found a space right in front of our room. However, I NEVER moved my car because at night the lot is over filled with cars. They have a guy who valet parks cars at a 2 star hotel! And get this, then tries to charge you if he has to valet park your car. Crazy! Spoke with another guest at breakfast who this happened to. So if I have a parking space, it's free but if I leave & come back & there are no open spaces, you charge my room? Now for the BAD! Black mold in the bathroom, rusted hinge on the bathroom door, hook to hang your towel? Barely hanging on! Delta shower head... Hard water stains, rusted & old. Floors are composite flooring which is fine. Bed frames are metal cage type. Did not find any bed bugs, spiders or cockroaches that other guests previously reported. Complained to Ramada Wyndham corporate. Was told I should hear from someone in a week. Received an apology letter email from Eric Lee on site manager.

Room appeared clean, shower was clogged and water filled up while showering, sheets and room had an awful smell to them. Room did not match the pictures.

Very clean friendly staff. Very comfortable stay. Seems remodeled and they did really well. Wish disney pictures were hung in the room though for the kiddos. Parking is tight. I don't like that they park cars in red zones that is a fire and safety hazard. Otherwise great place to stay. Complementary breakfast was amazing for hotel food. I am very picky about my waffles and the waffles were amazing. One other thing is the air conditioning is so loud when sleeping. We would 100 percent stay again.

It was alright stay, but the beds were not queens. And the sofa bed is a twin. So our family squeezed in more than we were expecting to.

Rooms are MUCH smaller than they appear in the photos. Room for 4 with 2 Queen beds has 2 small drawers and a hanging area with space for maybe 5 items and no closet of any kind, where the heck are you suppose to put your clothes.

We liked modern style of room, plank flooring and convenient location of hotel. Bathroom was very nice. However, outside of hotel was older. We were on 2nd floor. There was a large gap under our door. There could be some room for improvement on quality of pillows. They were so flat and mattress could have been more comfortable. Room itself was specious. It was close enough to walk to Disneyland and restaurants.

The AC is so loud that everytime it's on, it wakes me up in the middle of the night.

the breakfast area was very crowded, and the breakfast options were not very international. On the other hand, the room should be better soundproofed, as there was a lot of noise coming from the hallways. The door to our room (302) had a gap of approximately 2 cm between the door and the floor, which not only lets in noise and dust, but also insects

The rooms were clean and modern. The water pressure in the shower was not very good. Additionally there is a decent gap in the doorframe of our room. Finally, the breakfast while convenient was just ok. It was nice to have hot options but the oatmeal was super watery and there wasn’t really anything to add to it except pancake syrup. Small things but they make a difference.

Staff was friendly. My flight was delayed until the next day and they were understanding throughout the entire process. Room was nice. Lots of amenities for a great price. They held my luggage for me until I left for my flight. That was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay again.

They didnt clean the room, they argue that i have to ask for room cleaning??? Unbelievable Its the first hotel ive been that you have to ask the recepción for the cleaning everyday.

I love booking this hotel since it's so close to the Anaheim Convention Center and Downtown Disney! In addition, the room is always super clean, staff is friendly, and the complimentary breakfast buffet always is a slam dunk. Keep it up Ramada!!! 10/10!

I was pleasantly surprised with the overall feel of the hotel, I highly recommend it. The manager on site, Eric Lee, was very welcoming and accommodating. The highlight of the stay is the quality of toiletries provided: it’s the first time I see Dove products being featured. And it’s the scent I enjoy, cucumber. Additionally, the breakfast served is of high quality. It has the essential items to make you go about your day.

I won’t be staying here again. Starting with that. Check in was terrible. I called ahead and asked if early check in was possible. I was told yes, just call when you’re here and we’ll see if a room is available. I knew it wasn’t going to be ready when I got there at 11am. So I waited. I occasionally called to check. Finally, it’s 1:15pm. I call. The front desk lady said “Oh yeah! Your rooms been ready.” Why didn’t you call me? I’ve been sitting in my car for over two hours. I get to the room. The sink is dirty. There’s some type of scum on the counter. Also, the doors are wonky. Didn’t feel safe at all. The door wasn’t big enough for the hinges. The bottom is raised enough, someone could put something like a wire camera through it. The door handle and lock looked super crooked like someone just took it off. There’s zero insulation. You can hear every single noise that surrounds you. I heard every foot step from the room above me. THE ONLY PLUS was it was a 20 min walk to Disney and only a $6 Uber. I’d rather pay an extra $100 to not stay at this janky motel.

There's only one elevator, and it was in the most inconvenient spot from our room. The room wasn't very clean. We tried to do an early check-in because our young kids were exhausted and wanted to nap, but they wouldn't allow us to do so, even though several other hotels in the area allow early check-in. So we ended up driving around for a few hours, absolutely worn out. The only positive is that the parking is free.

The attendant at the front when we checked was not very helpful. Instead of answering questions in a professional and appropriate manner, he shouted “No” when questions were asked. Did not offer any details to his answers. Was abrupt and rude.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. We could walk to the free shuttle to Disneyland and a short Uber to the LA Angels stadium. It felt safe and was close to dining options open late at night. The reason we initially opted to stay there was free parking and breakfast which is hard to come by these days. Great establishment.

The location of this hotel was great for my trip to Disneyland.

A 10-minute walk to the Convention Center

I would recommend this hotel as an affordable and convenient option to folks visiting Disneyland or the convention center. It is clean and comfortable and well-located. You can walk one block down to get to the Disneyland Toy Story parking lot, and then take the free shuttle to/from the park to avoid having to pay for parking at Disney. The Convention Center is also one block down and walkable. The parking at the hotel is a little tight, but they will help you find a spot if needed, so you don't need to worry about it. Not sure if this is the case for all the rooms, but I was disappointed to discover that our room only had a shower, no tub. That is difficult for families with young children, as they tend to be familiar with baths but not showers. I don't like the trend of hotels moving away from tubs. They can improve their service and eco-friendliness by offering vegan options at the included breakfast, including soy, almond, or oatmilk for cereal and coffee, and some additional options for vegans. Note that if you are a light sleeper, the walls are rather thin and our neighbors woke us up early one morning go in and out of their room over and over. I could hear them using their key to get in, and the door opening and closing, as well as their noise in the hall.

The rooms are newly renovated. Convenient to the Toy Story Parking and Shuttles to Disneyland Resort.

Had a great stay here. Was close to Disneyland. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel that you can ride to Disney for $1. Otherwise it’s like a 20 minute walk. It’s more of a motel than hotel. But there is a hot breakfast and free parking which is great! Would definitely stay here again. Such a good price!

This hotel is perfect. It’s close by the Toy Story parking lot where you can take the shuttle to the park but far enough where the nightly rate is still decent. This has to be one of the last hotels close to anything that still allows free parking. The parking is one of the only downsides though since it’s small and spaces go quick but that is probably the only downside to staying here. Rooms are newly or look newly remodeled and are clean and welcoming. One issue that I know happens in a lot of hotels is the doors to the bathroom are horrible. They swing in which doesn’t give room for using the toilet or getting out of the shower. The breakfast is amazing, the staff is outstanding and the location is perfect.

It is kind of standard for the area but a good standard. Good value considering breakfast, parking and condition. Room comfort is good, space is a little limited for a family of four but managable. Breakfast lacks variety, it is not good for three days, but is better than continental for sure. There is water and ice for your bottles. I could stay again, but also I will try another one that looks similar.

We booked with you for our Disney trip because it was close by and offered breakfast. But you did not open for breakfast until 7am and we were gone each morning by 6:45am. We did have time for breakfast on our last day but breakfast was disappointing. I didn’t recognize the eggs as eggs. The sausage was tasteless and everthing was cold. The hot tub was a murky greenish brown. We’ll not be returning.

We stayed here for one night after Disneyland. We stayed here for the price, free parking, location, and free breakfast. It’s just a short walk to the shuttles to Disney if you don’t want to walk all the way there. Only frustration was their breakfast room was very crowded and they didn’t have all the hot items due to so many people. We had to take our food back to our room because all the tables were full. Clean room and quiet. Would stay here again.

The 2 Queen bed room was standard size. The bed comfortable, nice window shades during the day allow light in but obscure the view in from outside and black out for sleeping. No table for meals etc. The bathroom was large, clean and had all the necessities. The full breakfast was good but the dining area is small. Parking is free. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and we would stay here again.
