Great service and an accommodation, beautiful place

The property is good, the pool facilities, indoor and outdoor, the kids playing area, the animalfarm/ zoo near the hotel - was great. the food in the restaurant good. staff and service - extremely poor. it seems that all good turkish service people left the country. no ones cares about you and the way how you are being spoken to and looked at - especiallg when you try to communicate with them in English is terrible and not even 1 star level! The hotel seems to have become a hide out place for russians - all staff speak russian, the entertainment (animationteam / live music) everything is in Russian... I am still shocked by this... It seems that all other nationalities were irrelevant and / or forgotten. The Animation team were a bunch of kids who repeatedly tried very hard, but just didnt manage to deliver - I dont blame them. they were just too young and inexperienced. They could not even impress my 4 year old... They didnt seem to enjoy what they were doing and they were so careless... Could be because my son isnt russian... A real shame, as the hotel itself was lovely and has tremendous pontential, but as I always preach - a good hardware is useless, if the software isnt great. the staff, the service - one of the worst I have experienced in 25 years.

Generally speaking, It was awesome. The food, the stuff…everything was incredible. Finding Parking space was a bit of an issue. Otherwise it was amazing.

Should not recommend this to any body staff could not be bothered to do any thing for you
