During my stay, the staff and the place were wonderful. I especially want to thank Roxy, who was absolutely amazing and very accommodating to my needs. She was always helpful, kind, and made my stay much more comfortable. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly appreciated it and would be happy to stay here again! ❤️

Clean and well maintained room, very comfortable to stay in. But lacking some basic essentials like hand towels and facial tissues. Hotel is also probably under staffed, each request took a very long time to respond, sometimes forgotten, Food ordered took 30min to arrive and wrong order came about. Having said that, each and every staff was very friendly and polite. They try to be as helpful as they can. Room was facing the main road so can be little noisy with traffic at times.

Vault /safe should be in safe place not nearby the door and it should be imstalled not movable that safe to put important document or valuable. The water supply in each floor is not supplied well The pillow is not comfortable to use and have a good rest and sleep. Overall.i will not book this hotel in the future
