The hotel is in a good location, walkable to bars and restaurants and the reception team were excellent. The hotel rooftop top bar served good cocktails and decent food. The rooftop pool was a nice addition but I wish the hotel upheld their rule of not allowing beds to be reserved with towels as it's a small area. The rooms are a good size and clean but not sound proof. Our first room (106) had a large window facing a road with bars/restaurants that seemed to let all sound through. Luckily we were able to move to a quieter room (208), it was underneath the pool so we were lulled to sleep each night by the sound of trickling water but woken at 7:30am each day by (presumably a cleaner) dragging sun beds around above.

Great location near many bars and restaurants. Not far from the beach. Nice rooftop pool, but get there early. It is small and was full all day every day. People wait at the door before opening time. Overall nice place.

I loved this hotel, and would definitely stay again. The room was perfect, didn’t have balcony but we were on same floor as the bar and pool. The bar closed at 8pm which I think is a little early. The hotel offer laundry service - which I didn’t use, but it’s free so I think that’s a nice touch. One day the housekeeper knocked at 10am so we said come back later, and they never did - which was a shame. As we were out all day and came back to an unclean room and it was quite late to do anything about it. As mentioned I would stay again.

Room was basic for the price, roof pool was very good and was the roof bar. Service was very good with staff friendly and efficient. Some rooms can be noisy until 12pm due to the club opposite. We moved to another room which was very quiet.

All staff were very welcoming, pleasant and kind, everyone is happy to help, easy check in/check out, facilities all nice and clean, room was well presented and clean. Location is nice and quiet, lovely surrounding area, nice and safe, nice walk down to the beach and close to the main bus stop. Made the holiday so fantastic, would definitely return and recommend.

Das Hotel liegt etwa 10 Gehminuten zum Strand, wobei der echte Sandstrand zum Baden nochmals 10 min weiter entfernt ist. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren einigermaßen sauber, insgesamt aber etwas alt und abgenutzt. Die Betten waren bequem. Wer an der Strassenseite oder direkt über dem Haupteingang sein Zimmer bekommt, muss mit ziemlich viel Lärm und lauter Live-Musik vom Pub gegenüber zurechtkommen, so dass an entspanntes Schlafen nicht zu denken ist - für uns war es zu laut und man hat uns nach 2 Nächten ein Zimmer in den Innenhof gegeben. Die Hotel-Rooftop-Bar ist wirklich schön, gleich morgens beim Frühstück angenehme Sonne und vernünftige Preise. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cheap and cheerful. I decided to leave after one night. The room was far too hot with the window closed and incredibly noisy with the window open. Also the mattress was very uncomfortable. On the plus side, the reception staff were very friendly and I liked the laundry facilities.

En recepción nos han atendido muy bien. Nos han dejado toallas de piscina gratis. La habitación está renovada y muy bien. Éramos 3 y teníamos apartamento con una habitación. La única pega es que los colchones son un poco duros. La zona de la piscina también estaba muy limpia y agradable

These apartments have no air-conditioning and were uncomfortably hot. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable with metal springs sticking out making for a difficult night's sleep. The couch was very grubby and badly needed cleaned. The apt was clean and the staff were polite. It was conveniently situated for some bars and restaurants.

Good location, one bed apartment has good space, quiet in the evening, restaurants nearby, staff really lovely and helpful, wifi good, good gym for holiday workout. Just a couple of things that would make it perfect - the gym doesn’t open until 9am which is really late for us. There is also no air con in the rooms (just a fan).. can ventilate with opening windows which works but hot when you first get back. However this is our 4th time here and we will return again.

The location was great near the main bus routes and shops for all the essentials and food. The pool was also great with decent views from the roof. The room was nice but quite warm as there was no air conditioning. They provided a good fan which helped but we needed to keep it on all night to stay cool enough to sleep as we couldn’t keep the door/window open due to live music from the venue across the road. I would happily stay again overall.

I just can't fault it - stayed here whenever we've travelled before and it will always be a go to on a trip to Tenerife for us. Lovely staff who genuinely can't do enough for you, fantastic facilities, plenty of beds around pool (I only wish we had more sun but it seems it can't be ordered. Great roof top bar with excellent prices. Cleaned every day other than Sunday, it's rare for accommodation to be cleaned so regularly on the Island. I just can't fault it - stayed here whenever we've travelled before and it will always be a go to on a trip to Tenerife for us. Lovely staff who genuinely can't do enough for you, fantastic facilities, plenty of beds around pool (I only wish we had more sun but it seems it can't be ordered. Great roof top bar with excellent prices. Cleaned every day other than Sunday, it's rare for accommodation to be cleaned so regularly on the Island. Je recommande vivement cette hôtel, il est situé à 10mn à pied de la mer. Le personnel de l’accueil est adorable, les chambres sont propres et la dame de ménage passe tout les jours si vous le souhaitez pour changer les serviettes et les draps. Je vous recommande de prendre une salade César au Snack elle est excellente :) néanmoins un des serveurs du bar n’a pas était très agréable avec nous. Dommage que les personnes mettent leurs serviettes tôt le matins sur les transats car il les monopolise pour la journée. Là ville a une population assez âgé donc si vous souhaitez faire la fête je vous recommande d’aller dans une autre ville. Le marché est ouvert le dimanche et mardi à partir de 10h, il y a beaucoup de stand de contrefaçon. Je vous conseille de faire l’excursion des dauphins (nous avons vue énormément de baleine), le Teide, Masca et Garachico c’était magnifique !! Situated in an area away from the main resort but easily walkable to the beach etc. Very reasonable price. Apartment was spacious and clean. Roof top pool was an added bonus and was never busy. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location, walkable to bars and restaurants and the reception team were excellent. The hotel rooftop top bar served good cocktails and decent food. The rooftop pool was a nice addition but I wish the hotel upheld their rule of not allowing beds to be reserved with towels as it's a small area. The rooms are a good size and clean but not sound proof. Our first room (106) had a large window facing a road with bars/restaurants that seemed to let all sound through. Luckily we were able to move to a quieter room (208), it was underneath the pool so we were lulled to sleep each night by the sound of trickling water but woken at 7:30am each day by (presumably a cleaner) dragging sun beds around above.

Third stay here and gets better every time! From reception to housekeeping to the wonderful rooftop bar staff nothing is to much trouble. Highly recommend staying here just a walk down the hill to the beach and bars and restaurants just across the road, fantastic location. Can not wait to return!

Very nice hotel a short walk from the beach and helpful staff. The only drawback is that there is a loud bar across the street, so it is noisy until midnight.

The location was great near the main bus routes and shops for all the essentials and food. The pool was also great with decent views from the roof. The room was nice but quite warm as there was no air conditioning. They provided a good fan which helped but we needed to keep it on all night to stay cool enough to sleep as we couldn’t keep the door/window open due to live music from the venue across the road. I would happily stay again overall.

I loved this hotel, and would definitely stay again. The room was perfect, didn’t have balcony but we were on same floor as the bar and pool. The bar closed at 8pm which I think is a little early. The hotel offer laundry service - which I didn’t use, but it’s free so I think that’s a nice touch. One day the housekeeper knocked at 10am so we said come back later, and they never did - which was a shame. As we were out all day and came back to an unclean room and it was quite late to do anything about it. As mentioned I would stay again.

Liked the area as a lone female felt safe. Staff lovely. Very helpful. The only thing was the beds weren't very comfortable. But i would stay again. Facitities good. Lovelybar for breakfast and drinks and pool area.

Clean and tidy hotel in great location to bars, restaurants and short walk to the beach. Friendly, helpful staff that work hard to make for a great stay. Lovely little roof top terrace, the pool is warm and the bar serves nice cocktails. Booked by my daughter who stayed here with her family last year. Will be back!
