A séjourné 4 nuits

Food and drinks at the bar were very good. Stayed 4 nights but recommend no more than 2 other guest were extremely rude. Receptionist double charged me even after I told her I payed in advance but I did not have an active eSIM at the time so wasn’t able to show proof and she stated that on her end it showed that I had not payed and took 2 days to get the refund back once I had internet service. Rooms were not cleaned I only noticed because I dropped something and looked under the bed and it was extremely dirty, but restrooms were cleaned every day. They do rent towels for 10 yen body wash.

Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. Stay away.
