Grumpy check-in staff, pool area is grim, peeling paint, cemented-over hot tub…just ugly and unpleasant. Extremely thin towels, noisy due to lack of insulation.

The breakfast was ok. Parking lot was huge and i had a trailer so that was great. Very clean dining area. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable, got a good nights sleep to head out north the next am. Super convenient to food, and gas and highway.

We were not aware that there were two hotel/motels owned by one proprietor. The motel (where we stayed) did not have ice or dining available. We had to walk across a paring lot to get to the hotel which had the dining area, pool, ice machine, etc. The room itself was fine. Our door looked like it was kick at. .The lady who did the morning breakfast was very sweet and did a good job. The staff in the morning were very nice but the evening staff could cared less. We wanted to use the table and chairs to play some cards and asked if they could turn the lights on and she responded that she had no idea cause she works at night!

Just not some place I would ever stay again 😞. Not very clean, most lights didn't work. They don't accept cash, All amenities were located in another building, example.. pool, front desk, breakfast.. no vending machine or ice machine in our building, it was just an old broken ice machine.

We just stayed for the night for a quick shopping trip. We stayed in the front building which looks like it’s been remodeled inside and is quite nice. The breakfast was good the bar area is nice. I was skeptical when we pulled in because the days inn building in the back looks run down. The pictures don’t look like what it shows. We would stay again if guarantee to be in the front building.

The signage was terrible. This hotel sets behind a Best Western Plus and there wasn’t an actual office for the Days Inn by Wyndom! We went into the Best Western and found out that they were operating both sights, but no signage indicates this so it’s very confusing. The hotel was great, large spacious room, clean and with all the amenities. Free breakfast as well.

My room was nice and clean, although did smell a bit smoky. People smoked outside their rooms and I believe the smoke traveled into my room. Breakfast was great, staff was great, I didn’t know that it was right attached to a best western that had a pool and I could use so I was not prepared with the bathing suit. So if you book this property inquire about pool.

Wasn’t going to take a honeymoon but then decided to book something last minute, close to Frankenmuth The guy at the front desk was in the bathroom for 45 minutes while I was waiting to ask for some silverware. Noticed candy wrappers behind the entertainment center and desk in the bedrooms once we got there and unpacked. Jacuzzi and bed were okay nothing that blew us away. Also wasn’t aware of the $50 deposit I had to pay upon arrival. Pool was only 4” deep with no hot tub as well. Not a lot of bang for your buck. The best part of it was the location, that’s it.

Room has been redone.new floors, paint, etc. Bright room. Loads of parking. Issues: Fridge did have small leak, guessing during defrost. You have to check in at best western (did not see that in the small print). Breakfast and pool there too. 30 steps away. My concern would be for best western guests because they left the doors unlocked. We could come and go any time. Overall great room for the price.

Our room had ants crawling up the walls, there were cobwebs in every corner, the bathroom had dead bugs on the floor and the cobwebs were so big that they had bugs trapped in them. Thankfully we did not see any bed bugs!

The keys didn’t even work the first try, back to the lobby. Then they worked and it was like going back to 1970. There was hair on the bathroom walls. There was a door between room that was broken at one point. Speckles of sand on the sheet, or something. Could hear every word the guy beside us said. We did not even stay, went back to the lobby and canceled the room for the 2 night we were to be there. My 20 year old girls were scared to even stay there. Not sure I will get refunded my money, but we didn’t even care. Will never go back. The lady at the desk was nice at least!

The room was dirty. The building was a mess. The bathroom tiles were falling down. The chairs were broken. The sheets were stained and dirty. The blankets had cigarette burns. The eves on the building were falling in. The breakfast was so bad it’s not worth mentioning. The microwave was on the floor. It was high end for cost.

The young lady we had at check-in was great. Our room smelled clean, but it wasn’t. The floor was filthy. We had to brush the dirt off our feet before getting into bed so we didn’t have dirt all over the sheets. The bed was hard as a rock. There was a spotlight located above the window. Even with the curtain closed the light still shown in our room. And there were little bugs in the bathroom that apparently came in through the cracked grout.

Floor of room was so sticky that we had to use a wet towel to clean it because our shoes and socks were sticking to it. The bed was hard as a rock, one thin sheet and one thin blanket with 3 flat, smelly pillows. There was no extra bedding in the room. The water in shower never got above tepid, there was dried toilet paper on the bathroom floor. The gap at the bottom and around the door was enough to see daylight through.

The room was awful! Hair clumps, and dirt on the floor. The bathroom smelled like urine. You could not shut the door to use the restroom because the smell was so bad. There was black all around the shower including the ceiling corners. The door to enter/exit had food splattered on it. The walls were chipped and had stains.

It was ok but, dead bugs ( about 5 we’re in the room) so that was upsetting to me.. and the holes in the sheets .. bed had a kinda rubbery uncomfortable mattress pad on it. So it wasn’t comfortable. But it wasn’t the worst just not worth the money ..

After I checked in and went to the room, realized I could not stay there. The bedding was used with hair all over it. There was ants everywhere. The floor was filthy head wrappers scattered. The wall look like somebody threw coffee on it.

I was not disappointed about our room for price had 3 queen beds which worked great for our family I did find a few candy wrappers here and there that weren’t from us but other than that room was clean the wool blanket on bed I was not a fan of it was uncomfortable against my skin u definitely need to make sure your covered by sheet. I liked location and where we were on the property plenty of room to roam breakfast was excellent as was the coffee and it was definitely hot staff was friendly and assisted us with our needs ice maker near us didn’t work so we had to walk to main area but that wasn’t terrible pool area was super nice we didn’t use it but if we had time would of we mainly slept here arrived in evening left by 7 am short stay for sure but close to restaurants and stores if need be and close to place we had to be by 7:30 am

The buildings outside appearance definitely needs updated. The inside of the room was nice and appeared to be updated. The staff was nice and the fireside restaurant was delicious! I'd recommend and definitely would stay again.

Room was quite clean (best part). Pool was warm but small. Very dated. Toilet could barely flush.. Bed very firm. If you're just passing through, it's worth it but I wouldn't spend more than a few hours there. You get what you pay for.

Great place to rest your head for the night and save a few dollars. Definitely would stay again! The Days Inn building is a bit dated, and some cosmetic things showing but it has been given a nice facelift. Great location, easy on and off the highway. It was quiet and everything in the room worked as it should. Just a heads up for some...there was no in room coffee pots (plenty in lobby), beds were firm but comfortable, and no mattress covers just a thin pad between sheet and mattress. Breakfast was great! There was a good variety to choose from. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Room clean. Bed comfortable, bath spotless, staff very friendly, helpful,and very competent! Only complaint sound proofing, the room next to ours sat outside our door until 1130pm talking on her phone for hours Unfortunately we heard entire conversation even turning volume up on tv.Thats why I say needs soundproofing!

Room did not feel safe. The exterior door was flimsy and it didn’t automatically close. To close it you had to shove it. Also, the shower wasn’t clean.

The breakfast was ok. Parking lot was huge and i had a trailer so that was great. Very clean dining area. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable, got a good nights sleep to head out north the next am. Super convenient to food, and gas and highway.

Arrived and check in went quickly. Got to my room and it was not clean and the beds had black stuff all over them and air didn’t work. Returned to office to request a different room and was accommodated quickly and given a different room. Though this room was cleaner the beds weren’t comfy. Cleaning needs to be done more effectively and proper.

They took a deposit of $50. I asked when will this be deposited back to me. “When you check out tomorrow”. A couple weeks go by and still nothing. I call and ask and was told because there were complaints about noise they kept it. Ummm hello I’m the one that called and complained about the noise and I get charged!!!! No way she eventually reversed it but for real!!!

Front desk staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was not the cleanest and had an odor. We did not have breakfast at the facility, Although the dining area looked very inviting. Parking was great, as we were able to park right outside of our door.

Promised non smoking room. The bedroom smelled of smoke. We where Promised by 3 different shift managers tell us they where going to discount are stay and they never did.

Office was shared with a Best Western on the same property however there was NO signs indicating where the office was. Had to go into the best Western and ask to find out they shared the same office. There was only 1 employee on duty taking care of both businesses so there was a lengthy wait to check in. But the employee was great for the pressure he was under.

The staff are wonderful they all made you feel like you were at home. The property is well kept the housekeeping staff keeps everything very nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay and would feel safe referring anyone to this hotel. I know they would have a great experience.

It was difficult to find this property as it sits behind the Best Western. All the signage, even the front desk and throughout the lobby say Best Western nothing was posted with the Days Inn brand. Our room was clean and smelled ok. Linens were fresh. It was just a single night stay to visit Frankenmuth. The staff was professional and the shining stars of our stay.

The building seemed run down and dowdy, although the room itself was clean. The big problem was finding the office, which was not in a Days Inn building, and finding the place to begin with. Not well marked at all. Still, no problems with the room, it was clean and well maintained.

Great place to rest your head for the night and save a few dollars. Definitely would stay again! The Days Inn building is a bit dated, and some cosmetic things showing but it has been given a nice facelift. Great location, easy on and off the highway. It was quiet and everything in the room worked as it should. Just a heads up for some...there was no in room coffee pots (plenty in lobby), beds were firm but comfortable, and no mattress covers just a thin pad between sheet and mattress. Breakfast was great! There was a good variety to choose from. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Requested first floor room, given 2nd floor. My husband , has a bad back, he had had to carry luggage up to our room. Overall the outside of the building looked sketchy. Needs painting especially the stairwell and the outside walkway. Breakfast was poor at best. No choice of food, coffee awful. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The buildings outside appearance definitely needs updated. The inside of the room was nice and appeared to be updated. The staff was nice and the fireside restaurant was delicious! I'd recommend and definitely would stay again.

Room was nice. Could feel some dirt on the floor. Not sure if tge bathtub was dirty or stained. Otherwise, all was acceptable. The bed was comfortable. Pillows could be nicer and fluffier but managable. They serve a great continental breakfast. Hotel lobby is very nice, clean and comfortable Continental breakfast was excellent. Overall, it was a good stay.

Wonderful staff. The clerk gave us an upgrade to an absolutely gorgeous room. I highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay near the Birch Run Outlet Center. We just needed a stop for the night. We had not been aware of this hotel despite shopping the outlet center countless times. Never needed a stay. Love the fact that the bar and grill were open til midnight on a Saturday night. Didn’t try the pool, but I bet it was great.

Breakfast was very basic, but enough to get your day going. The room was very spacious. The other guest were loud and revving engines until late and then again early morning. Make sure you put your key in a separate pocket from everything else because you won't be able to get into your room. The ice machines don't work. They actually have a pool and nowhere did it mention a pool in the ad for this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located to everything. I personally believe they have people living on the premises full time.

The room was updated and nice. They allowed smoking just outside everyone's door and the were talking and smoking by the in door to the front desk. Everything was fine but just seemed a bit different to me.
