This planned stay was supposed to be for our daughters 15th year birthday celebration getaway and it started good until we found out after checking in that the fireplaces advertised for all of the units are “permanently non operational”. We expected a nice cozy fireplace to snuggle for this Fall season that just kicked off but that wish was a disappointment. That was our daughter’s birthday wish. The front staff mentioned that the fireplaces were gas at check in after I asked if they were wood or gas. After moving in the unit late day after a long drive we tried kicking on the fireplace and that’s when we realized that the gas was cut off and capped so I called front desk and she said that she would call maintenance and call me back. She called me back and said that the fireplaces were nonfunctional. After that I was upset and asked why would they check us in and tell us otherwise. I asked to speak with the manager and they said that they would leave a message and get back to me tomorrow morning. Manager calls and tells me that the fireplaces are nonfunctional and they are sorry for miscommunication. I told the manager that we were not very happy with the false advertisement business that was dealt and that we expect at least a discounted rate for the stay and she said that she was going to call back and the manager never called back. Hotels.com was no help, I had to do all of the communications with the hotel resort as the rep said that “they were not hear to help further”.

What a nice place. It was roomy,clean and the parking was nice. The only complaint I have is, room that we booked said that it was a King bed. But we had a full bed instead.

The decor was comfortable, but out-dated. We thought we would get to use the fireplace that was advertised, but it did not work. We were told afterwards that none of the fireplaces work. We enjoyed having the use of the washer & dryer, but the lint was greatly built up in the dryer. All of the blinds in the unit were in ill repair and we could not open them, which let a claustrophobic feel. The check-in and check-out staff were friendly and helpful especially in heklping us to add another night on the front end of our stay. We enjoyed our time at Great Rock, but these little things add up and I would not be as likely to recommend or stay again.

Location was good, it was quiet, off the strip but easy getting to everything. Kitchen- it was nice to have a kitchen to have breakfast and cook a few dinners. Loved having a washer and dryer. Bed- the second bedroom had a nice comfortable bed and pillows. The master was absolutely horrible! The most uncomfortable bed I ever spelt on. The mattress is probably 25-30 years old. The pillows were probably just as old. The toilet in the master runs unless you jiggle the handle. Other than the bed it was a nice place to stay. We would stay again as long as they get a new mattress. There is no view! Trees are over grown! Room 213

Property looked nice surrounded by a gaolf course, and woods. However, you are given these run around circus go here and there to get your key and checkin. First day in the dhower door handle fell off wasn't the first-time, looked they tried some tape. Second day elevator stop working snd my handicapped brother had to wak 2 flights stairs til yhey got it going.

This was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. The location was great — off the road and peaceful but still extremely close to all of the shows and attractions. We were on the fourth floor but you couldn’t hear any neighbors when inside. We loved having the in suite washer/dryer. Every thing you could imagine already stocked in the kitchen helped as well. The jacuzzi AND shower combo was awesome. I enjoyed a few mornings on the balcony. We were a group of ladies and felt completely safe, which was a concern for us. I’ve already planned our next stay here and will be happy to return.

Our stay was good. Quiet and nice. Only thing need to have a tv channel guide that shows what channels you get. The fireplace is another one no instructions on how to use it. That's on of the reasons I choose Great Rock.

Very private in a cozy quiet area. Very clean. Easy check in and check out. Elevator for upper floors. Would be nice if they had a laundry basket available. Loved it and would stay again if we come back

The location was very nice and quiet, the parking was close and easy. The only problem I had was they don’t tell you that they’re are two separate buildings, you have to go to a different location to check in.

Lets start with my husband has been fighting a very aggressive cancer. He just finished chemo a couple of weeks ago and gets a 4 week break before loosing his stomach and esophagus. He wanted a quick trip before surgery. So we chose branson since its like 4 hours from home. I called the actual front desk because the description said jacuzzi tub on the 1 bedroom condos. She verified it did. So i booked it. Coke to fine out it DOES NOT have a jacuzzi tub in the 1 bedroom. Only the 2 bedroom does. We check in and find this issue and call the drint desk again. The gorl said she will figure out a solution and call me right back. That was on Thrusday. Well today is Sunday and still have not heard back. Imagine that. The condo itself was just ok. Better than a hotel room. Could use some updating. Old wallpaper falling off walls in bathroom. Wallpaper was just dirty. Black pubic hairs all over tub, crackers smashed all over under the bed. Could use some basic cleaning. The grounds need some landscaping attention. Bushes overgrown into the habdicap parking. Something smells horrible of cat urine by building #2. The place is ok, not fancy by any means. For the price its ok. Its quiet and off the beaten path.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a great experience overall. We had a full kitchen, living and dining area, and a large bathroom with a stand-up shower and large tub. The room was very clean, and we had zero issues with check-in or anything else during our stay. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. The only slightly negative thing was that the AC seemed to struggle a bit in the evenings—but that may be in part that it was extremely hot all weekend. The only other thing worth mentioning is about check-out. When we checked in, we were told to leave our key cards on the counter and call to let them know we were checking out. I called as we were leaving and the woman I spoke to on the phone seemed a little annoyed that we’d been told to do it that way. She wasn’t rude, just seemed a bit irritated. After reading other reviews, it seems like this happens fairly often. It would be helpful if all staff communicated the same check-out process to avoid confusion. It was okay but it was dirty found old chips under bed and couch... Missing spatula for made cooking area no bowls to prep dinner . Not big deal but had to purchase for our use. Over all the floors are cracked and the door was like someone broke in or tried too. The shower design not great for shower the water just streams out near toilet we used towels to keep shoaking up the water. The drain wont hold water because the stopper doesnt work...

We ordered, paid for, received confirmation, for king size bed, and got a queen. We killed two roaches and a different kind of bug on day one. We killed another roach on day two. We had to keep everything sealed, shake out our clothes, turn them inside out, shake them again, turn them right side out, shake them again, and load them to come home to make sure we did not bring roaches home. we requested more towels on day one, never got them. Had to use the same towel for three days in a row. The receptionist was extremely nice, we had an easy check in, but that was about the only good part. The door key panel fell off when we tried to use our key card the first time. The back porch had bird poop on the chairs and needed swept and had cobwebs. Had to go outside to get connected to Wi-Fi.

The property manager where we picked up our keys was so friendly. Our room was super clean. Need to add some ice trays but overall it is a great place to stay away from the strip but close.

Good value for the money. The whole place was clean but it could use updating and there were a few things that needed repair or replacing. The couch cushions were peeling, there was no stopper for the kitchen sink, and at least one downspout was in need of replacing. It could use something for sound absorption like throw rugs or curtains. We could hear noise around us and it wasn’t very busy during our stay. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, adequate tools and cookware in the kitchen, and plenty of parking. Nice views and peaceful location. All in all the staff was very pleasant and we would stay here again.

Office is not on site. If you need anything after 4 pm you have to go get it. First room we got smelled like mold and urine. Had to drive back to the office crossing 76. IYKYK. Given a different room drove back to the property. It smelled much better but the bed was awful. Caved in in the middle. Would have been more comfortable sleeping in the parking lot.

Most cozy getaway I’ve had. Great WiFi - I was able to take my Zoom calls with no issues. Only problem: the bed was sooo hard. I prefer a squishy bed, so if you like firm beds then this will be perfect for you.

Condo was clean but outdated. It needs fresh paint throughout. Ad stated Mountain View, the view was trees in the back of condo, no mountain view to it. Check-in was at a completely different area than condo was located. The positive was the cost. Good rates for a condo.

This place has very little sound insulation. We could hear everything happening in the units next to us and anyone walking on the deck outside. Toilet was broken, maintenance tried to fix, but unable. Beds had very minimal pillows, blankets. Very dated compared to pictures. Staff was friendly and tried to help.

Our key cards didn’t work after first issued. Some lightbulbs were burned out, tv in living room didn’t work. The people in the room upstairs sounded like elephants running. Overall, rooms clean & nice. Biggest issue was communication-terms seemed to change after booking through Expedia.

We enjoyed having the use of the washer & dryer, but the lint was greatly built up in the dryer. The check-in and check-out staff were friendly and helpful especially in heklping us to add another night on the front end of our stay. Exceeded our expectations, was really big and looked like an apartment. Was very nice and clean. Kinda a pain to use the outside elevator and was told by front desk (have to check in at a different location) we didnt have to return the key card only to be told when we called to check out we had to bring them back because housekeeper wouldnt find them and we would be charged. Overall experience was great and will probably use them again

This planned stay was supposed to be for our daughters 15th year birthday celebration getaway and it started good until we found out after checking in that the fireplaces advertised for all of the units are “permanently non operational”. We expected a nice cozy fireplace to snuggle for this Fall season that just kicked off but that wish was a disappointment. That was our daughter’s birthday wish. The front staff mentioned that the fireplaces were gas at check in after I asked if they were wood or gas. After moving in the unit late day after a long drive we tried kicking on the fireplace and that’s when we realized that the gas was cut off and capped so I called front desk and she said that she would call maintenance and call me back. She called me back and said that the fireplaces were nonfunctional. After that I was upset and asked why would they check us in and tell us otherwise. I asked to speak with the manager and they said that they would leave a message and get back to me tomorrow morning. Manager calls and tells me that the fireplaces are nonfunctional and they are sorry for miscommunication. I told the manager that we were not very happy with the false advertisement business that was dealt and that we expect at least a discounted rate for the stay and she said that she was going to call back and the manager never called back. Hotels.com was no help, I had to do all of the communications with the hotel resort as the rep said that “they were not hear to help further”.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a great experience overall. We had a full kitchen, living and dining area, and a large bathroom with a stand-up shower and large tub. The office of this property is offsite about a mile from the resort. If there is any issues or problems you have to go to another location. Our key didn’t work and we had to wait for someone to bring new ones to us. That’s my only complaint and everything else was fine.

We were very happy with the Condo we were assigned. It was situated off the yellow route in a quiet area. The listing stayed the location was a short walk from the strip, this was not the case. The condo had a full size coffee maker, and there was a charcoal grill on site. There were minor maintenance issues that a person not attending to details would overlook. We left a note when we left.

Location was good, it was quiet, off the strip but easy getting to everything. Kitchen- it was nice to have a kitchen to have breakfast and cook a few dinners. Loved having a washer and dryer. Bed- the second bedroom had a nice comfortable bed and pillows. The master was absolutely horrible! The most uncomfortable bed I ever spelt on. The mattress is probably 25-30 years old. The pillows were probably just as old. The toilet in the master runs unless you jiggle the handle. Other than the bed it was a nice place to stay. We would stay again as long as they get a new mattress. There is no view! Trees are over grown! Room 213

This was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. The location was great — off the road and peaceful but still extremely close to all of the shows and attractions. We were on the fourth floor but you couldn’t hear any neighbors when inside. We loved having the in suite washer/dryer. Every thing you could imagine already stocked in the kitchen helped as well. The jacuzzi AND shower combo was awesome. I enjoyed a few mornings on the balcony. We were a group of ladies and felt completely safe, which was a concern for us. I’ve already planned our next stay here and will be happy to return.

I wasn't aware prior to booking the trip that check in was not onsite. It was rather ridiculous to check in and then drive 8 minutes away to the actual place where you are staying. Another thing was it was 8pm or so so it was dark out but nothing was well lite along the drive. Some lights were burnt out but even where there was lighting it was not enough. Didn't feel safe just because of the darkness. The condo was really clean and nice! The bed was super comfortable

We liked the spaciousness of the condo. It had everything we needed, and was comfortable and quiet. Loved the view of the trees from the balcony. The condo was in good shape, but the furnishings could do with an upgrade; some of the furniture was pretty shabby. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied.

We had a great stay! The house was well stocked with towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, cookware, and even condiments and spices! The beds were comfortable, the house was very spacious, and the AC was great! We would highly recommend this place to friends and family!

This was a lovely place to stay. In our two bedroom condo the back bedroom was very quiet; however, the front bedroom occupants were bothered by neighbor noise and what we think must have been some sort of HVAC noise above them. I would stay here again but would request a room not on the top floor. Communication was lacking. I had to call the front desk numerous times to get information that is normally provided. The stocked kitchen made it easy to have meals without going out.

Good value for the money. The whole place was clean but it could use updating and there were a few things that needed repair or replacing. The couch cushions were peeling, there was no stopper for the kitchen sink, and at least one downspout was in need of replacing. It could use something for sound absorption like throw rugs or curtains. We could hear noise around us and it wasn’t very busy during our stay. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, adequate tools and cookware in the kitchen, and plenty of parking. Nice views and peaceful location. All in all the staff was very pleasant and we would stay here again.

The location was convenient & one of the best parts of our stay. Check-in is at a separate location, but staff there were very friendly at arrival. Finding our specific condo was a bit confusing since the building and floor numbering seemed out of order. The entry to the unit was also unusual—it was accessed through a small shared space between two condos, which made unloading luggage awkward. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The main living area floor needed to be mopped, with visible residue on it. The coffee table & other surfaces were sticky, & the glass on the back door was covered in handprints. In the bathroom, there were visible hairs & mold around the tub. The shower curtain was too short for the shower, & the curtain rod was difficult to move, causing water to end up on the floor where mold had developed. The pull-out sofa mattress was not usable. When we removed the cushions, we found hair and dirt on the mattress. It was also very uncomfortable. we ended up booking at a different location for 2 guests because of this. The master bed, however, was very comfortable. One final frustration was lack of information about trash disposal. There were no directions in the unit on dumpster location. The location was convenient & one of the best parts of our stay. Check-in is at a separate location, but staff there were very friendly at arrival. Finding our specific condo was a bit confusing since the building and floor numbering seemed out of order. The entry to the unit was also unusual—it was accessed through a small shared space between two condos, which made unloading luggage awkward. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The main living area floor needed to be mopped, with visible residue on it. The coffee table & other surfaces were sticky, & the glass on the back door was covered in handprints. In the bathroom, there were visible hairs & mold around the tub. The shower curtain was too short for the shower, & the curtain rod was difficult to move, causing water to end up on the floor where mold had developed. The pull-out sofa mattress was not usable. When we removed the cushions, we found hair and dirt on the mattress. It was also very uncomfortable. we ended up booking at a different location for 2 guests because of this. The master bed, however, was very comfortable. One final frustration was lack of information about trash disposal. There were no directions in the unit on dumpster location. The two things I didn’t like were it was cold in our condo and we couldn’t control the climate. Also, they need to take of the drains since the bathtub didn’t drain very well.
