We get there stinks like cigarettes and marijuana, there were hookers outside, the bathtub had unused soap and cloth , no clean towel my husband went and asked and they were being washed, sheets were dirty the fridge did not work, it was broken We left

Toilet ran on floor. It was also so staind gross dirty. Only towel in room was foot towel. Cigarette burns on sheets. Smoke detector on shelf with no battery. Tv remote didn't have batteries also. Big roach/ water bugs in room. Lamps didn't even have shades. Only good thing was dog friendly. Do Not Stay Here.

Clean. Beautiful. New everything and lots of space. Staff was super nice. Only problem i hadwas the towels were dingy and its right by the highway so it is noise all day. Ohh sheet n cover was paper thin. So thin i can see thru it.

Room wasn’t very clean had some kind of nasty gunk splattered all over the wall outside the bathroom. Sketchy people all over the parking lot all night long. Worst part was I was charged by Hotels. Com to book the room fine but then the hotel charged me again when I checked in and I didn’t realize it until a few days later. I tried to contact management several times and kept getting the run around and then when I finally did speak to the manager she was very rude and refused to refund my money. So I paid $170 for a nasty room that I only spent a few hours in!

The key card barely functioned. Inside, the door fit so poorly there were gaps at the top, bottom, and side, making the room as loud as being outside. The desk in front of the TV had not been cleaned. The floor was dirty. The blinds had cigarette burns. The sheets had cigarette burns. The pillows were visibly stained. The bed was hard and loud with every movement. When I pulled the bed forward to unplug a humming lamp on the headboard, I found tobacco and trash behind it that had clearly been there a long time. The bathroom was no better. The sink was filthy. The counter was held up by a 2x4. The vent was packed with dust. After about an hour I returned my key and left. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

This location wasn’t even able to access our reservation through Expedia then wanted to charge us more than we paid through Expedia. It was late, they weren’t willing to just get us in a room so they could figure out things on their end since we had given them our Expedia itinerary # and details. Sat in our car (since the lobby smells terrible) and was on hold with Expedia forever since they weren’t willing unable to reach anyone in management at this location to resolve our issue. Never again!
